Background

The power plant as a primary energy consumer has a large amount of heat discharged to the external environment through the low-temperature cooling water system. With the continuous deepening of the policy of energy conservation and emission reduction in China and the continuous development of energy conservation and environmental protection technologies, waste heat utilization becomes an important way for promoting energy conservation and emission reduction in the power industry. The absorption heat pump is used for converting low-level heat generated in the operation of a power plant into high-level heat for utilization, and the method has the potential of energy conservation and emission reduction.

In the running process of the generator, heat generated by the stator core needs to be taken away through the stator cooling water system, the stator cooling water enters the generator at the temperature of about 40 ℃ for heat exchange, and the temperature of outlet water can reach about 60 ℃. The flow of the fixed cooling water system of the large-scale unit is about 100m3And h, transferring the part of heat to a cooling water system through a heat exchanger to cause heat loss.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a device and a method for utilizing the waste heat of the cooling water of the stator of the generator.

A solution pump 15 is arranged in a pipeline from the absorption heat pump absorber 10 to the absorption heat pump generator 7 in a solution process; a pressure reducing valve 14 is arranged in the solution return path from the absorption heat pump generator 7 to the absorption heat pump absorber 10.

And an expansion valve 13 is arranged between a working medium outlet of the absorption heat pump condenser 8 and a working medium pipeline of the absorption heat pump evaporator 9.

The heat source inlet of the absorption heat pump generator 7 is connected with a flow regulating valve 17, the heat source outlet of the absorption heat pump generator 7 is connected with an automatic steam trap 18, and the output end of the automatic steam trap 18 is connected with a steam condenser draining flash tank 19.

And a heating and ventilation steam-water heat exchanger 12 is arranged between the absorption heat pump condenser 8 and the heating and ventilation water separator 3 through a pipeline, and the heating and ventilation steam-water heat exchanger and the heating and ventilation water separator are arranged in series.

The outlet pipeline of the absorption heat pump evaporator 9 and the fixed cold water cooler 6 are arranged in series.

And an inlet pipeline of the fixed cold water pump 5 is provided with an expansion water tank 4, and a fixed cold water system is in closed circulation.

The use method of the generator stator cooling water waste heat utilization device comprises the following steps;

when the heat pump device is started, the heat supply backwater and the constant cooling water system of a plant area are firstly put into operation, and then the flow regulating valve 17 is opened; after the temperature of the heating water rises, controlling the opening degree of the heating ventilation steam-water heat exchanger 12 to reduce, and keeping the inlet water temperature of the heating ventilation water separator 3 constant; after the temperature of the stator cooling water is reduced, the stator cooling water cooler 6 is gradually controlled to quit the operation, and the water inlet temperature of the generator is kept constant; the heat pump device takes the water inlet temperature of the generator as the primary control quantity, and the steam quantity is adjusted through the flow regulating valve 17 to ensure that the constant-cooling water maintains the required operating temperature of the generator. When the temperature of the heating water can not meet the heating requirement, the compensation is carried out through the heating ventilation steam-water heat exchanger 12.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the energy-saving effect is good. The invention utilizes the absorption heat pump to take away the heat of the stator cooling water, reduces the cooling water flow of the stator cooling water cooler, and reduces the plant power consumption. Meanwhile, under the condition that the temperature of the heating water is not changed, the consumption of auxiliary steam is reduced, and the operation efficiency of the unit is improved.

2. The operation reliability is strong. The invention designs a fixed cold water cooler and a heating and ventilating steam-water heat exchanger which are respectively connected with an absorption heat pump evaporator and a condenser in series, and the device can be rapidly put into operation when the absorption heat pump and an auxiliary steam source system have faults, thereby ensuring the operation safety of a generator and the stability of heating load.

Referring to fig. 1, the device and method for utilizing the waste heat of the cooling water of the stator of the generator according to the present invention includes a generator 1, a heating and ventilation water collector 2, a heating and ventilation water separator 3, a heating and ventilation steam-water heat exchanger 12, a fixed-cold water cooler 6, an absorption heat pump generator 7, an absorption heat pump condenser 8, an absorption heat pump evaporator 9, and an absorption heat pump absorber 10;

after the plant heating backwater is collected to the heating and ventilation water collector 2, the plant heating backwater is connected to a hot water inlet of an absorption heat pump absorber 10 through a hot water circulating pump 16, a hot water outlet of the absorption heat pump absorber 10 is connected to a hot water inlet of an absorption heat pump condenser 8, a hot water outlet of the absorption heat pump condenser 8 is connected to a heating and ventilation steam-water heat exchanger 12, and finally the heating and ventilation water collector 3 is communicated. The plant heating backwater firstly absorbs the stator cooling water waste heat and the driving steam heat in the absorption heat pump, then the supplementary heating is carried out through the heating and ventilation steam-water heat exchanger 12 according to the heating demand, and the heating and ventilation steam-water heat exchanger 12 is also used as a standby heating means for keeping the heating system normally running during the shutdown period of the heat pump unit.

The generator stator cooling water enters the absorption heat pump evaporator 9 after being pressurized by the fixed cold water pump 5, heat is released in the absorption heat pump evaporator 9, the outlet of the absorption heat pump evaporator 9 is sequentially connected with the fixed cold water cooler 6 and the generator 1, and the fixed cold water outlet of the generator 1 is connected to the inlet of the fixed cold water pump 5. The constant cold water cooler 6 is used as a standby cooler, and the constant cold water temperature is adjusted when the absorption heat pump stops running.

Auxiliary steam is used as a driving steam source of the absorption heat pump, a steam source pipeline is connected to an auxiliary steam flow regulating valve 17 and then connected with a heat source inlet of an absorption heat pump generator 7, and a heat source outlet of the absorption heat pump generator 7 is connected to an automatic steam trap 18 and then communicated with a steam trap drainage flash tank 19.

The absorption heat pump generator 7, the absorption heat pump condenser 8, the absorption heat pump evaporator 9 and the absorption heat pump absorber 10 form an absorption heat pump main body, wherein an expansion valve 13 is arranged at a working medium outlet of the absorption heat pump condenser 8 and a working medium pipeline of the absorption heat pump evaporator 9; a solution pump 15 is arranged in a solution process pipeline from the absorption heat pump absorber 10 to the absorption heat pump generator 7; a pressure reducing valve 14 is arranged in a solution return stroke from the absorption heat pump generator 7 to the absorption heat pump absorber 10; a solution heat exchanger 11 is arranged between the inlet pipeline and the return pipeline for heat exchange.

Further, the absorption heat pump condenser 8 and the heating and ventilation steam-water heat exchanger 12 are arranged in series, and the absorption heat pump evaporator 9 and the fixed cold water cooler 6 are arranged in series.
