1. Process for dyeing keratin materials, in particular human hair, comprising the following steps:

-applying an agent (a) to the keratin materials, wherein the agent (a) comprises at least one organosilicon compound selected from silanes having one, two or three silicon atoms, the organosilicon compound comprising one or more hydroxyl groups and/or hydrolysable groups per molecule, and the agent (a) further comprises at least one oligoalkylsiloxane, and

-applying an agent (b) to the keratin materials, the agent (b) comprising at least one colorant compound selected from the group consisting of pigments and/or direct dyes.

2. The process according to claim 1, characterized in that the reagent (a) comprises at least one organosilicon compound of formula (I) and/or (II)

4. The process according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the agent (a) comprises at least one organosilicon compound of formula (I) selected from the group consisting of:

- (3-aminopropyl) trimethoxysilane

- (3-aminopropyl) triethoxysilane

- (2-aminoethyl) trimethoxysilane

- (2-aminoethyl) triethoxysilane

- (3-dimethylaminopropyl) trimethoxysilane

- (3-dimethylaminopropyl) triethoxysilane

- (2-dimethylaminoethyl) trimethoxysilane, and/or

- (2-dimethylaminoethyl) triethoxysilane.

5. The agent according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the agent (a) comprises at least one organosilicon compound of formula (II):

(R5O)c(R6)dSi-(A)e-[NR7-(A’)]f-[O-(A”)]g-[NR8-(A”’)]h-Si(R6’)d’(OR5’)c’ (II),

wherein

-e and f both represent the number 1,

-g and h both represent the number 0,

-A and A' independently represent a linear divalent C1-C6An alkylene group, and

-R7 represents a hydrogen atom, a methyl group, a 2-hydroxyethyl group, a 2-alkenyl group, a 2-aminoethyl group or a group of formula (III).

6. Agent according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that it comprises (a) at least one organosilicon compound of formula (II) selected from the group consisting of:

-3- (trimethoxysilyl) -N- [3- (trimethoxysilyl) propyl ] -1-propylamine

-3- (triethoxysilyl) -N- [3- (triethoxysilyl) propyl ] -1-propylamine

-N-methyl-3- (trimethoxysilyl) -N- [3- (trimethoxysilyl) propyl ] -1-propylamine

-N-methyl-3- (triethoxysilyl) -N- [3- (triethoxysilyl) propyl ] -1-propylamine

-2- [ bis [3- (trimethoxysilyl) propyl ] amino ] ethanol

-2- [ bis [3- (triethoxysilyl) propyl ] amino ] ethanol

-3- (trimethoxysilyl) -N, N-bis [3- (trimethoxysilyl) propyl ] -1-propylamine

-3- (triethoxysilyl) -N, N-bis [3- (triethoxysilyl) propyl ] -1-propylamine

7. Process according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the reagent (a) comprises at least one organosilicon compound of formula (IV)

Wherein

-R9Represents C1-C12An alkyl group, a carboxyl group,

-R10represents a hydrogen atom or C1-C6An alkyl group, a carboxyl group,

-R11represents C1-C6An alkyl group, a carboxyl group,

-k is an integer from 1 to 3, and

m represents an integer of 3-k.

8. The process according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the reagent (a) comprises at least one organosilicon compound of formula (IV) selected from the group consisting of:

-methyltrimethoxysilane

-methyltriethoxysilane

-ethyltrimethoxysilane

-ethyltriethoxysilane

-octyl trimethoxysilane

-octyl triethoxysilane

Dodecyl trimethoxy silane, and/or

-dodecyltriethoxysilane.

9. The process according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that reagent (a) comprises one or more organosilicon compounds in a total amount of from 0.1 to 20.0% by weight, preferably from 1.0 to 15.0% by weight and particularly preferably from 2.0 to 8.0% by weight, based on the total weight of reagent (a).

10. Process according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that reagent (a) comprises one or more organosilicon compounds of the formula (I) and/or (II) in a total amount of from 0.1 to 10.0% by weight, preferably from 0.5 to 5.0% by weight and particularly preferably from 1.0 to 3.0% by weight, based on the total weight of reagent (a).

11. Process according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that reagent (a) comprises one or more organosilicon compounds of the formula (IV) in a total amount of from 0.1 to 20.0% by weight, preferably from 2.0 to 15.0% by weight and particularly preferably from 4.0 to 9.0% by weight, based on the total weight of reagent (a).

12. The process according to any one of claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the reagent (a) comprises at least one linear and/or cyclic oligomeric alkylsiloxane.

13. The process according to any one of claims 1 to 12, characterized in that the reagent (a) comprises at least one oligomeric alkylsiloxane of formula (V) and/or (VI):

wherein z is an integer from 0 to 10, preferably from 0 to 3,

wherein y is an integer of 1 to 5, preferably 0 to 3.

14. The method of any one of claims 1-13, wherein the agent (a) comprises at least one oligomeric alkylsiloxane selected from the group consisting of: hexamethyldisiloxane, octamethyltrisiloxane, decamethyltetrasiloxane, hexamethylcyclotrisiloxane, octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane and/or decamethylcyclopentasiloxane.

15. The process of any one of claims 1 to 14, characterized in that reagent (a) comprises one or more oligoalkylsiloxanes in a total amount of from 0.1 to 25.0 wt. -%, preferably from 1.0 to 15.0 wt. -%, more preferably from 1.5 to 10.0 wt. -% and most preferably from 2.0 to 9.0 wt. -%, based on the total weight of reagent (a).

16. The process as claimed in any of claims 1 to 15, characterized in that the weight ratio of all organosilicon compounds of the formulae (I), (II) and (IV) contained in the reagent (a) to all oligoalkylsiloxanes of the formulae (V) and (VI) contained in the reagent (a) is from 5:1 to 1:1, preferably from 3:1 to 1:1, and particularly preferably from 2:1 to 1: 1.

17. The method of any one of claims 1 to 16, wherein the agent (b) contains at least one colorant compound from the group of pigments selected from the group consisting of: colored metal oxides, metal hydroxides, metal oxide hydrates, silicates, metal sulfides, composite metal cyanides, metal sulfates, bronze pigments and/or mica-based colored pigments or mica coated with at least one metal oxide and/or one metal oxychloride.

18. The process according to any one of claims 1 to 17, characterized in that the agent (b) comprises at least one colorant compound from the group of organic pigments, preferably selected from the group consisting of: carmine, quinacridone, phthalocyanine, sorghum, blue pigments with color index numbers CI 42090, CI 69800, CI 69825, CI 73000, CI 74100, CI 74160, yellow pigments with color index numbers CI 11680, CI 11710, CI 15985, CI 19140, CI 20040, CI 21100, CI 21108, CI 47000, CI 47005, green pigments with color index numbers CI 61565, CI 61570, CI 74260, orange pigments with color index numbers CI 11725, CI 15510, CI 45370, CI 71105, red pigments with color index numbers CI 12085, CI 12120, CI 12370, CI 12420, CI 12490, CI 14700, CI 15525, CI 15580, CI 15620, CI 15630, CI 15800, CI 50, CI 15865, CI 15880, CI 17200, CI 26100, CI 45380, CI 45410, CI 58000, CI 73360, CI 75 73915 and CI 75470.

19. The process according to any one of claims 1 to 18, characterized in that the reagent (b) comprises at least one direct dye, preferably selected from the group consisting of anionic, cationic and nonionic direct dyes.

The method according to any one of claims 1 to 20, characterized in that the agent (a) is applied first and then the agent (b) is applied, the time between the application of the agents (a) and (b) being at most 24 hours, preferably at most 12 hours, and particularly preferably at most 6 hours.

22. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 21, comprising the following steps in the order indicated:

(1) applying an agent (a) to the keratin materials,

(2) allowing said agent (a) to act for a time of 10 seconds to 10 minutes, preferably 10 seconds to 5 minutes,

(3) if necessary, rinsing the keratin materials with water,

(4) applying an agent (b) to the keratin materials,

(5) allowing said agent (b) to act for a time of from 30 seconds to 30 minutes, preferably from 30 seconds to 10 minutes, and

(6) rinsing the keratin materials with water.

23. Multi-component packaging unit (kit of parts) for dyeing keratin materials, comprising a packaging containing individual components

-a first container comprising a reagent (a), wherein said reagent (a) comprises at least one organosilicon compound selected from silanes having one, two or three silicon atoms, wherein said organosilicon compound comprises one or more hydroxyl groups and/or hydrolysable groups per molecule, and wherein said reagent (a) further comprises at least one oligomeric alkylsiloxane as described in claims 1 to 16, and

-a second container comprising reagent (b), wherein said reagent (b) comprises at least one colorant compound selected from the group consisting of pigments and/or direct dyes as described in claims 1, 17, 18, 19 and/or 20.

24. Multi-component packaging unit (kit of parts) for dyeing keratin materials, comprising a packaging containing individual components

-a first container comprising a reagent (a1), wherein the reagent (a1) comprises at least one organosilicon compound selected from silanes having one, two or three silicon atoms, wherein the organosilicon compound comprises one or more hydroxyl groups and/or hydrolysable groups per molecule, and wherein the reagent (a1) further comprises at least one oligomeric alkylsiloxane as described in claim 1, 17, 18, 19 and/or 20, and

-a second container comprising a reagent (a2), said reagent (a2) comprising water, and

-a third container comprising reagent (b), wherein said reagent (b) comprises at least one colorant compound selected from the group consisting of pigments and/or direct dyes as described in claims 1, 17, 18, 19 and/or 20.

25. The multi-component packaging unit (kit of parts) according to claim 24, wherein the agent (a1) has a water content of 0.001-10.0 wt. -%, preferably 0.5-9.0 wt. -%, more preferably 1.0-8.0 wt. -% and very particularly preferably 1.5-7.0 wt. -%, based on the total weight of the agent (a 1).

26. A multicomponent packaging unit (kit of parts) according to any one of claims 24 to 25, characterized in that the agent (a2) has a water content of 15-100 wt. -%, preferably 35-100 wt. -%, more preferably 55-100 wt. -%, still more preferably 65-100 wt. -% and very particularly preferably 75-100 wt. -%, based on the total weight of the agent (a 2).

Examples

1. Preparation

The following formulations were prepared.

2. Storage testing

5g each of the reagents (a1V1), (a1V2) and (a1E) were directly put into a glass bottle after preparation. Each vial was left for 1 hour at the opening. Then, each vial was sealed and stored at 20 ℃ for 10 weeks.

3. Applications of

To prepare ready-to-use pretreatment agent (a), the amounts of storage reagent (a1V1), (a1V2) and (a1E) were mixed with the amount of reagent (a2), respectively, under shaking. Then, the reagent (a) was left for 15 minutes. The reagent (a) is a ready-to-use reagent. .

A tress of hair (Kerling, european natural white hair) was immersed in the agent (a) and left for 1 minute. Then, the excess agent (a) is removed from each bundle of hair. Each hair tress was washed with water. Excess water is scraped from each bundle of hair.

Subsequently, the hair strands were each immersed in the agent (b) and left therein for 1 minute. Then, the excess agent (b) is removed from each bundle of hair. Each hair was dried and evaluated visually. Then, each hair tress was washed thoroughly with water (1 min), dried and again evaluated visually.

Color intensity: very good-colorless-low +++++ -on average
