1. An internal and external layered filtering kettle is characterized by comprising:

a kettle body (100);

According to the embodiment of the invention, the inner and outer layered filtering kettle comprises: a main body of the kettle; the container assembly is detachably mounted on the kettle main body and comprises an outer shell and an inner shell which is arranged inside the outer shell and is spaced from the outer shell, an inner cavity of the inner shell forms a raw water cavity, and an area between the outer shell and the inner shell forms a water purification cavity; the filter element assembly is arranged inside the kettle main body, the input end of the filter element assembly is communicated with the raw water containing cavity through a water suction pump, and the output end of the filter element assembly is connected with a drainage pipeline which drains water towards the water purification containing cavity; the induction device is arranged between the container assembly and the kettle main body and can induce water which is discharged from the raw water containing cavity towards the water suction pump; and the control unit assembly is arranged in the kettle main body and is electrically connected with the induction device and the water suction pump.

In some embodiments of the present invention, an input end of the water pump is connected to a water receiving pipe, one end of the water receiving pipe, which is away from the water pump, is connected to a transfer connecting piece, the transfer connecting piece is provided with a transfer cavity capable of communicating the raw water cavity with the water pump, the sensing device includes a first conductive sheet and a second conductive sheet which are arranged on the transfer connecting piece and extend into the transfer cavity, and the control unit assembly is provided with a detection circuit, two ends of which are electrically connected to the first conductive sheet and the second conductive sheet respectively.

In some embodiments of the present invention, a water outlet communicated with the raw water cavity is formed at the bottom of the inner housing, a valve rod is movably inserted into the water outlet, a sealing member is arranged at the upper part of the valve rod, and an elastic member for driving the sealing member to move downwards to seal the water outlet is arranged between the valve rod and the inner housing.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the transfer connector is provided with a top rod portion capable of jacking the valve rod to separate the sealing member from the water outlet, and a gap for communicating the raw water cavity with the transfer cavity is formed between the valve rod and the water outlet.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the valve rod includes a rod portion movably inserted into the water outlet, the lower portion of the rod portion is provided with an anti-slip portion, the upper portion of the rod portion is provided with a ring of annular groove, and the sealing member is a sealing ring detachably connected to the annular groove.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the raw water cavity has an upward first opening, the water purification cavity has an upward second opening, the outer shell is provided with a cover plate capable of closing the first opening and the second opening, the cover plate is provided with a water inlet communicated with the first opening, and the cover plate is movably provided with a movable warping plate capable of automatically abutting against the water inlet.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the movable rocker is rotatably connected to the cover plate through a pivot portion, a torsion spring is sleeved on the pivot portion, and two ends of the torsion spring respectively abut against the movable rocker and the cover plate to drive the movable rocker to close the water inlet.

In some embodiments of the invention, the kettle body is provided with an installation groove with an upward opening, the installation groove is matched with the filter element assembly, the kettle body is detachably provided with a surface cover assembly, and the surface cover assembly is provided with an extension part which can extend into the installation groove and abut against the upper part of the filter element assembly.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the extending portion is connected to the mounting groove through a rotating slot and a locking portion engaged with the rotating slot, one of the rotating slot and the locking portion is disposed on an inner sidewall of an opening of the mounting groove, and the other is disposed on an outer peripheral wall of the extending portion.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the inner and outer layered filtering water kettle of the present invention comprises: a main body 100 of the kettle; the container assembly 200 is detachably mounted on the kettle main body 100, the container assembly 200 includes an outer housing 210 and an inner housing 220 arranged inside the outer housing 210 and spaced from the outer housing 210, an inner cavity of the inner housing 220 forms a raw water cavity 221, and an area between the outer housing 210 and the inner housing 220 forms a purified water cavity 211; the filter element assembly 300 is arranged inside the kettle main body 100, the input end of the filter element assembly 300 is communicated with the raw water cavity 221 through the water pump 400, and the output end of the filter element assembly 300 is connected with a drainage pipeline 500 which drains water towards the water purification cavity 211; a sensing device 600 disposed between the container assembly 200 and the kettle main body 100, capable of sensing water discharged from the raw water receiving chamber 221 toward the water pump 400; the control unit assembly 700 is disposed in the kettle body 100 and electrically connected to the sensing device 600 and the water pump 400.

When water to be filtered is contained in the raw water containing cavity 221 of the container assembly 200, after the container assembly 200 is placed on the kettle main body 100, the sensing device 600 can sense water discharged from the raw water containing cavity 221 toward the water pump 400 and transmit the signal to the control unit assembly 700, the control unit assembly 700 controls the water pump 400 to work, the water to be filtered is transported to the filter element assembly 300, and the water is discharged to the water purifying containing cavity 211 after being filtered by the filter element assembly 300, so that a user can drink the water. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, an input end of the water pump 400 is connected to a water receiving pipe 410, one end of the water receiving pipe 410 away from the water pump 400 is connected to a transfer connector 800, and the transfer connector 800 is provided with a transfer cavity 810 capable of communicating the raw water cavity 221 with the water pump 400; the sensing device 600 includes a first conductive sheet 610 and a second conductive sheet 620 disposed on the transfer connector 800 and extending into the transfer cavity 810, and a detection circuit having two ends electrically connected to the first conductive sheet 610 and the second conductive sheet 620 is disposed on the control unit assembly 700. When water in the raw water containing cavity 221 flows into the transfer containing cavity 810, unfiltered water is a conductive body, so that two ends of the detection circuit can be conducted through the first conductive sheet 610, the unfiltered water and the second conductive sheet 620, the detection circuit transmits a signal to the control unit assembly 700 after being conducted, the control unit assembly 700 controls the water suction pump 400 to be started, and the water suction pump 400 is prevented from working in an anhydrous state and losing the service life of the water suction pump 400.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, in order to prevent water in the raw water chamber 221 from leaking when the container assembly 200 is not mounted on the kettle main body 100, a water outlet communicated with the raw water chamber 221 is formed at the bottom of the inner housing 220, a valve rod 223 is movably inserted into the water outlet, a sealing member 224 is disposed at an upper portion of the valve rod 223, and an elastic member 225 for driving the sealing member 224 to move downward to seal the water outlet is disposed between the valve rod 223 and the inner housing 220. In order to realize that the transfer chamber 810 can communicate with the raw water chamber 221, the transfer connector 800 is provided with a stem portion 820 which can lift the valve stem 223 to separate the sealing member 224 from the water outlet, and a gap is formed between the valve stem 223 and the water outlet to communicate the raw water chamber 221 with the transfer chamber 810. When the container assembly 200 is placed at a corresponding position of the main body 100 of the kettle, the stem part 820 drives the valve rod 223 to move upward against the elastic member 225, so that water in the raw water chamber 221 can flow into the intermediate chamber 810 from a gap between the valve rod 223 and the water outlet, thereby activating the sensing device 600.

Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, the valve rod 223 includes a rod portion movably inserted into the water outlet, the lower portion of the rod portion is provided with a retaining portion 226, the elastic member 225 is a compression spring inserted into the rod portion, two ends of the compression spring respectively abut against the retaining portion 226 and the outer bottom surface of the inner housing 220, the upper portion of the rod portion is provided with a ring-shaped groove, and the sealing member 224 is a sealing ring detachably connected to the ring-shaped groove, so as to facilitate replacement of the sealing ring and ensure sealing performance.

Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, the raw water cavity 221 has an upward first opening, the purified water cavity 211 has an upward second opening, a cover plate 230 capable of closing the first opening and the second opening is disposed on the outer housing 210, a water inlet communicated with the first opening is disposed on the cover plate 230, and a movable rocker 232 capable of automatically abutting against the water inlet is movably disposed on the cover plate 230. When the water flow is downwardly impacted on the movable rocker 232, the movable rocker 232 rotates to open the water inlet, and when the water flow is stopped, the movable rocker 232 may be naturally restored to a state of being abutted against the water inlet.

Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, the movable rocker 232 is rotatably connected to the cover 230 through a pivot portion 233, the pivot portion 233 is sleeved with a torsion spring 234, and two ends of the torsion spring 234 abut against the movable rocker 232 and the cover 230 respectively to drive the movable rocker 232 to close the water inlet. The spring constant of the torsion spring 234 should not be too large as long as the movable rocker 232 can be kept closed to close the water inlet in a natural state.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the control unit assembly 700 is provided with a timing module (not shown) and a prompt module (not shown), and the timing module is electrically connected to a hall sensor for detecting the flow rate of water input into the filter element assembly 300. The timing is performed when water enters the filter element assembly 300, when the service life of the filter element assembly 300 reaches a set value, the control unit assembly 700 can control the prompt module to work, and the prompt module can be in a light or audio playing mode.

Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments of the present invention, in order to facilitate the installation of the filter element assembly 300, the main body 100 of the kettle is provided with an installation groove 110 which is opened upward and matches with the filter element assembly 300, the main body 100 of the kettle is detachably provided with a surface cover assembly 120, and the surface cover assembly 120 has an extension part 121 which can be inserted into the installation groove 110 and abut against the upper part of the filter element assembly 300.

Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments of the present invention, in order to facilitate the detachment and installation between the kettle body 100 and the face cover assembly 120 and further facilitate the replacement of the filter element assembly 300, the extension portion 121 is connected to the mounting groove 110 through the rotary locking groove 131 and the locking portion engaged with the rotary locking groove 131, one of the rotary locking groove 131 and the locking portion is disposed on an inner side wall of an opening of the mounting groove 110, and the other is disposed on an outer circumferential wall of the extension portion 121.

The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
