The display device 2 can adopt an LED display screen, and besides displaying necessary information, the function of conveying and interacting time, weather or other information can be added.

The working process of the invention is as follows:

when the hand of the user is inserted into the channel 7, the infrared sensor 3 senses that the hand is inserted into the channel, the infrared sensor 3 transmits a signal to the PLC controller, the PLC controller starts a cleaning mode,

s1, cleaning: the PLC controller sends a signal to the booster pump 53, the booster pump 53 starts to work, tap water flows into the annular water outlet 1 from the water inlet 6, the water outlet pipe 4 through the clear water guide pipe 5 and the water outlet pipe 4 in two paths, and the water shape is changed from centralized to dispersed; meanwhile, the display device 2 displays the cleaning process, the set time of the cleaning stage is 5-10s, and is set time I; when the set time is reached in the cleaning stage, the PLC controller controls the booster pump 53 to stop working.

In the whole process, the waste water and the air are discharged out of the machine through the lower end of the channel 7, and the whole process program is displayed on the display device 2.

The drying air outlet 9 and the spray water outlet 1 are both directed towards the inner angle of the hand washing machine, so that water is prevented from splashing or spilling out of the hand washing machine.
