The electric coagulation head and the aspirator are combined into a whole in the scheme, the operation can be carried out by one hand, and the suction and the electric coagulation operation are carried out synchronously; however, the angle between the suction end of the suction apparatus and the electrocoagulation head of the device cannot be adjusted in the using process, the suction and electrocoagulation effects are not good, and the operation is not facilitated to be effectively carried out, so that a surgical instrument with the angle adjustment of the suction end of the suction tube and the angle adjustment of the electrocoagulation head can be needed.
