Background

The existing chain saw has the characteristics of small structural size, large saw cutting depth, flexibility and convenience. The saw chain mechanism generally comprises a guide plate, a saw chain body and a rack, wherein a transmission gear is arranged on the rack, the guide plate is fixed on the rack through a nut, and the saw chain body is connected to the transmission gear and the guide plate; the transmission gear drives the saw chain body to act to cut the material; the saw chain of this structure has the following disadvantages: the saw chain body can be used as a common saw chain only due to the limitation of the mounting structure; this results in a product with a single use function.

The present invention is directed to a multifunctional saw chain convertible to a reciprocating saw, so as to solve the problems of the prior art.

Preferably, the reciprocating saw component comprises a fixing part connected with the transmission gear, the fixing part is connected with the reciprocating motion transmission component, and the reciprocating motion transmission component is connected with the reciprocating saw body.

Preferably, the reciprocating motion transmission assembly comprises a crank arm connected with the fixing part, the crank arm is connected with a linear rod, and the end part of the linear rod is connected with the reciprocating saw body.

Preferably, the device also comprises a positioning seat, wherein the positioning seat is detachably connected with the mounting part, a sliding seat is formed on the positioning seat, and a sliding cavity is formed in the sliding seat; the linear rod is arranged in a sliding cavity of the sliding seat.

Preferably, the positioning seat is provided with a plurality of fixing holes, and the fixing holes are penetrated through by screws to be fixed on the positioning seat; the positioning seat is provided with a notch used for penetrating through the guide plate fixing nut.

When the reciprocating saw is used, the guide plate of the saw chain and the saw chain body are detached, and the reciprocating saw assembly is fixed on the mounting component, so that the reciprocating saw can be used as a reciprocating saw.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

after the guide plate of the saw chain and the saw chain body are detached, the reciprocating saw assembly is fixed on the mounting part and can be used as a reciprocating saw; the application range of the tool is expanded; so that the product can be used as a chain saw and a reciprocating saw.

The reciprocating saw component comprises a fixing part 4 connected with the transmission gear, the fixing part is connected with a reciprocating motion transmission component, and the reciprocating motion transmission component is connected with the reciprocating saw body.

The reciprocating motion transmission assembly comprises a crank arm 5 connected with the fixing part, the crank arm is connected with a linear rod, and the end part of the linear rod 6 is connected with the reciprocating saw body.

The positioning seat is detachably connected with the mounting part, a sliding seat 8 is formed on the positioning seat, and a sliding cavity is formed in the sliding seat; the linear rod is arranged in a sliding cavity of the sliding seat.

A plurality of fixing holes 9 are formed in the positioning seat and penetrate through the fixing holes through screws to be fixed on the positioning seat; the positioning seat is provided with a notch 10 for passing through the guide plate fixing nut.
