(2) According to the replaceable pen head part 2, after the pen head part 2 is damaged and replaced, because air pressure exists in a new pen head part 2 and cannot be communicated with the ink body 3 in the pen tube 1, the air pressure in the pen head part 2 needs to be released by matching with an air release valve device and a vacuum pressing device, and the ink body 3 in the pen tube 1 is pressed into the pen head part 2, so that the replaceable pen head part is recovered to be used.

With regard to the detachable connection: the pen head part 2 and the pen tube 1 are detachably connected, so the pen head part 2 can be replaced. The vertical groove 31 and the horizontal groove 32 are used for positioning, and when the spring ball 30 slides in place, the first pipeline 15 and the second pipeline 16 are just opposite.

Regarding the internal structure of the first duct 15: the first vertical rod 19 can move up and down along the strip-shaped groove under the action of the pushing piece 20, the first annular plate 17 is fixed at the bottom of the first pipeline 15, and the second annular plate 18 is fixedly connected with the first vertical rod 19, so that the first annular plate 17 is not moved when the pushing piece moves up and down, the second annular plate 18 moves up and down along with the first vertical rod 19, and the first vertical rod 19 can penetrate through the first annular plate 17 to touch the second vertical rod 24 below. The first spring body 21 is intended to bring the first vertical rod 19 to move up and return automatically.

Regarding the internal structure of the second duct 16: similarly, the third annular plate 22 is stationary, and when the first vertical rod 19 moves downward, the third annular plate passes through the first annular plate 17 to touch the second vertical rod 24 below, so that the second vertical rod 24 moves downward, and the traction mechanism 27 is driven to move, so as to open the plug 26, release the air pressure in the pen point 5, and move the ink body 3 downward into the pen point 5. The second spring body 25 is used to drive the second vertical rod 24 to move upwards and return automatically without external force, and simultaneously close the plug 26.

The vacuum pressing device and the air release valve device are matched for use, so that the ink body 3 can be quickly and completely fused into the pen point 5, and the ink pen is better used.

When the pen point 5 is broken in the using process and the normal use cannot be carried out due to the problem, the pen head part 2 can be directly replaced, and one pen tube 1 can be matched with 2-3 pen point parts 2.
