4. The PP flame retardant plastic according to claim 2, wherein the coupling agent is one of KH570, KH171, KH550 and titanate coupling agents.

5. The PP flame retardant plastic as claimed in claim 2, wherein the composite anti-aging agent is compounded from titanium dioxide and a hindered amine light stabilizer.

6. The PP flame retardant plastic as claimed in claim 2, wherein the flame retardant synergist is compounded from magnesium sulfate whisker halogen-free flame retardant and graphene.

7. The PP flame retardant plastic according to claim 2, wherein the antioxidant is one of an antioxidant 1010, an antioxidant 168 and an antioxidant 264.

8. The PP flame retardant plastic of claim 2, wherein the toughening agent is one of ethylene-octene copolymer, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and ethylene propylene rubber.

9. The PP flame retardant plastic according to claim 2, wherein the mildew and antibacterial agent is a mildew and antibacterial agent AEM 5700-B.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of plastics, and particularly relates to a composite environment-friendly flame retardant for PP and PP flame-retardant plastic.

Background

Fire is a symbol of human civilization, the application of the fire in human life promotes the historical progress, but simultaneously, the fire can engulf a large amount of social wealth at the moment of hectare and endanger the life safety of people. According to statistics, the fire disaster is about 500 tens of thousands every year around the world, nearly 10 thousands of people lose the fire, hundreds of millions of properties are damaged, and countless people lose their relatives.

Most of materials used in daily life belong to thermoplastic materials, and the commonly used thermoplastic plastics include Polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), Polystyrene (PS), Polyamide (PA), polyacrylic acid (PMA), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and the like, and the thermoplastic elastomers include styrenes (SBS, SIS, SEBS, SEPS), olefins (TPO), dienes (TPB, TPI), urethanes (TPU), esters (TPEE), amides (TPAE), organic fluorine (TPF), and the like.

The PP has excellent heat resistance, belongs to a nonpolar polymer, has good electrical insulation, has extremely low water absorption, is not influenced by humidity, and is widely applied to household electrical appliances, chemical building materials, electronic products, medical sanitation, daily necessities, automobile industry, packaging industry and the like. Household appliances, chemical building materials and the like using PP plastics need the plastic products not to burn, have good flame retardant property and require the plastic to have low smoke degree in big fire. For this reason, the choice of flame retardants to be added in the plastic formulation becomes very important.

Requirements for flame retardants:

(1) the flame retardant function is good, and the flame retardant effect can be obviously achieved with a small amount of the flame retardant;

(2) after the flame retardant is added, the mechanical strength of the plastic cannot be influenced, and particularly the thermal deformation temperature, the mechanical temperature and the electrical insulation performance of a plastic product cannot be reduced;

(3) the compatibility with resin is good, and the resin does not migrate, precipitate or be extracted in plastic products;

(4) in the high-temperature melting molding and thermal molding processing engineering, decomposition and reaction with other materials are avoided;

(5) the flame retardant is easy to disperse uniformly in the plastic, has good weather resistance and good durability, and ensures that the plastic has long-term flame retardance.

It can be seen that the selection of flame retardants in plastics is a very complicated process, and all of these factors must be taken into account. Examples are given in existing textbooks: protective film mechanisms, mechanisms that otherwise gas, cool, and terminate chain reaction mechanisms, which may provide a vague direction to flame retardant selection, do not provide a truly effective aid.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a composite environment-friendly flame retardant for PP and PP flame-retardant plastic, the prepared composite environment-friendly flame retardant for PP has a good flame-retardant function, decomposition does not occur in high-temperature melt molding and thermoforming processing engineering, the properties such as thermal deformation temperature, mechanical temperature, electrical insulation property and the like of the prepared PP flame-retardant plastic are not influenced, and the plastic has long-term flame retardance; in addition, the environment-friendly pollution-free graphene is added as a flame retardant, the compounded magnesium sulfate whisker is used as a flame retardant for enhancing the flame retardance, and the flame retardance of the recycled material is greatly improved.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

The PP flame-retardant plastic comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of the composite environment-friendly flame retardant for PP, 80-90 parts of PP resin, 10-14 parts of nitrile rubber, 3-5 parts of an initiator, 4-6 parts of a coupling agent, 0.7-1.2 parts of a composite anti-aging agent, 2-5 parts of an antioxidant, 3-6 parts of a toughening agent and 2-5 parts of a mildew-proof antibacterial agent.

Further, the initiator is one of BPO, DCP, DTBP and dibutyltin dilaurate.

Further, the coupling agent is one of KH570, KH171, KH550 and titanate coupling agents.

Further, the composite anti-aging agent is compounded by titanium dioxide and hindered amine light stabilizer.

Further, the flame retardant synergist is compounded by magnesium sulfate whisker halogen-free flame retardant and graphene.

Further, the oxidant is one of antioxidant 1010, antioxidant 168 and antioxidant 264.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. the composite environment-friendly flame retardant for PP has good flame retardant function, good compatibility with PP, no migration, no precipitation and no extraction in PP, easy uniform dispersion, good weather resistance and good durability, does not decompose in high-temperature melt molding and thermoforming processing engineering, and the properties of the prepared PP flame retardant plastic such as thermal deformation temperature, mechanical temperature, electrical insulation property and the like are not influenced, so that the plastic has long-term flame retardance.

2. According to the PP flame-retardant plastic, the environment-friendly pollution-free graphene is added as a flame retardant, the compounded magnesium sulfate whisker is used as a flame retardant to increase the flame retardance, the flame retardance of the recycled material is greatly improved, the composite anti-aging agent is added, the anti-aging performance is high, the tensile strength and the bending strength are improved by adding the toughening agent, the impact strength is high, the processing flowability is good, the glossiness of a finished product is high, and the thermal deformation performance is stable.

Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. The PP flame-retardant plastic comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30 parts of the composite environment-friendly flame retardant for PP, 80 parts of PP resin, 10 parts of nitrile rubber, 3 parts of an initiator, 4 parts of a coupling agent, 0.7 part of a composite anti-aging agent, 2 parts of an antioxidant, 3 parts of a toughening agent and 2 parts of a mildew-proof antibacterial agent.

A preparation method of PP flame retardant plastic comprises the following steps:

the method comprises the following steps: weighing PP resin, nitrile rubber, dimethyl trimethylsilyl methylphosphonate, pentaerythritol melamine phosphate, magnesium hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide, antimony trioxide and a flame retardant synergist in proper weight according to a designed formula, adding the raw materials into a high-speed mixer, and mixing for 3-5min at a medium speed;

step two: adding an initiator, a coupling agent, a composite anti-aging agent, an antioxidant, a toughening agent and a mildew-proof antibacterial agent into a high-speed mixer, mixing for 2min at a medium speed to obtain a premix, generating heat by friction between the mixed material and the inner wall of the high-speed mixer in the stirring process to increase the temperature of the mixed material, and discharging and cooling to the ambient temperature when the temperature of the mixed material is increased to 130 +/-10 ℃;

step three: putting the premix into a double-screw extruder, heating, melting, extruding and plasticizing to obtain a semi-finished product, wherein the rotating speed of a screw can be 40-60 r/min, a heating section heater, a compression section heater and a homogenization section heater are sequentially arranged outside a charging barrel of the screw extruder along the material extrusion direction, the heating temperature of the heating section heater is 85-100 ℃, the heating temperature of the compression section heater is 160-180 ℃, and the heating temperature of the homogenization section heater is 180-200 ℃;

step four: and (3) bracing, cooling, drying, granulating and packaging the semi-finished product to obtain the PP flame-retardant plastic.

The difference from the above embodiment is that the composite environment-friendly flame retardant for PP in this embodiment is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 25 parts of trimethylsilyl dimethyl methylphosphonate, 50 parts of pentaerythritol phosphate melamine, 35 parts of magnesium hydroxide, 55 parts of aluminum hydroxide, 11 parts of antimony trioxide and 20 parts of flame retardant synergist.

The PP flame-retardant plastic comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40 parts of the composite environment-friendly flame retardant for PP, 90 parts of PP resin, 14 parts of nitrile rubber, 5 parts of an initiator, 6 parts of a coupling agent, 1.2 parts of a composite anti-aging agent, 5 parts of an antioxidant, 6 parts of a toughening agent and 5 parts of a mildew-proof antibacterial agent.

EXAMPLE III

The difference from the above embodiment is that the composite environment-friendly flame retardant for PP in this embodiment is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 20 parts of trimethylsilyl dimethyl methylphosphonate, 45 parts of pentaerythritol phosphate melamine, 20 parts of magnesium hydroxide, 40 parts of aluminum hydroxide, 10 parts of antimony trioxide and 15 parts of flame retardant synergist.

The PP flame-retardant plastic comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35 parts of the composite environment-friendly flame retardant for PP, 85 parts of PP resin, 12 parts of nitrile rubber, 4 parts of an initiator, 5 parts of a coupling agent, 1 part of a composite anti-aging agent, 3 parts of an antioxidant, 4 parts of a toughening agent and 4 parts of a mildew-proof antibacterial agent.

Example four

The difference from the above embodiment is that the composite environment-friendly flame retardant for PP in this embodiment is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 20 parts of trimethylsilyl dimethyl methylphosphonate, 45 parts of pentaerythritol phosphate melamine, 20 parts of magnesium hydroxide, 40 parts of aluminum hydroxide and 10 parts of antimony trioxide.

The PP flame-retardant plastic comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35 parts of the composite environment-friendly flame retardant for PP, 85 parts of PP resin, 12 parts of nitrile rubber, 4 parts of an initiator, 5 parts of a coupling agent, 1 part of a composite anti-aging agent, 3 parts of an antioxidant, 4 parts of a toughening agent and 4 parts of a mildew-proof antibacterial agent.

EXAMPLE five

The difference from the above embodiments is that the PP flame retardant plastic in the present embodiment comprises the following components in parts by weight: 85 parts of PP resin, 12 parts of nitrile rubber, 4 parts of initiator, 5 parts of coupling agent, 1 part of composite anti-aging agent, 3 parts of antioxidant, 4 parts of toughening agent and 4 parts of mildew-proof antibacterial agent.

The performance of the plastic sample strips prepared in the above examples was tested according to various national standards of similar plastics, and the specific data are shown in table 1. Wherein, the fifth example is a blank example without adding any flame retardant.

The PP flame-retardant plastic disclosed by the invention is excellent in heat resistance and flame retardance, simple in preparation process, low in product cost and excellent in comprehensive performance.

The composite environment-friendly flame retardant for PP disclosed by the invention does not contain halogen, has a good flame retardant function, is good in compatibility with PP, does not migrate, precipitate or be extracted in PP, is easy to disperse uniformly, is good in weather resistance and durability, does not decompose in high-temperature melt molding and thermoforming processing engineering, does not influence the properties such as thermal deformation temperature, mechanical temperature and electrical insulation property of the prepared PP flame retardant plastic, and has long-term flame retardance.

According to the PP flame-retardant plastic, the environment-friendly pollution-free graphene is added to serve as a flame retardant, the compounded magnesium sulfate whisker serves as a flame retardant to enhance the flame retardance, and the flame retardance of the recycled material is greatly improved.
