Background

The traditional concrete products are usually produced by recycling waste engine oil, mineral oil, vegetable oil and even some kitchen waste grease purificates as release agents. The product has no obvious technical requirements, the quality control threshold is low, the appearance quality of the produced concrete is poor, and even the interface of the steel bar and the concrete is affected, so that the structural strength of the concrete is affected. In addition, emulsion release agents generally popularized in the market have poor film forming property with templates, influence the release effect and generate corrosion action on steel templates.

In the invention, the crosslinking polyacrylate is a copolymer which takes acrylate as a monomer and is crosslinked into macromolecules through chemical bonds between macromolecular chains; triethanolamine oleic soap is a nonionic surfactant formed by amidating oleic acid and triethanolamine, is generally used as a finishing agent and a softening agent, is used as a metal cleaning agent, and can play a role in short-term rust prevention. Ethoxylated isotridecyl alcohol, as emulsifier E-1303, is a condensate of an isomeric alcohol with ethylene oxide; sorbitan oleate, as emulsifier S-80, is insoluble in water, soluble in hot oil and organic solvents, insoluble in isopropanol, tetrachloroethylene, xylene, cottonseed oil, mineral oil, etc.

The preparation method of the novel release agent for the concrete product is characterized by comprising the following steps of: firstly weighing 20-40 parts of white oil, then respectively adding 5-8 parts of triethanolamine oleate soap and 0.5-1.0 part of cross-linked polyacrylate, uniformly stirring, then adding 15-27 parts of emulsifier, emulsifying at 1000-4000r/min for 5-15min, finally adding 51-74.5 parts of deionized water while stirring, and after adding the deionized water, continuously stirring for 20-40min to obtain the finished product.

The release agent disclosed by the invention is good in film forming property, the release effect is obviously improved compared with that of the traditional release agent, and most importantly, compared with the traditional oil-in-water release agent, the release agent does not generate a rust effect on a steel template, can be applied to spraying construction, and improves the construction efficiency.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

by using the release agent, the member after concrete molding and demolding has high surface smoothness, no mold sticking phenomenon and uniform color;

compared with blank reinforcing steel bars, the bond stress between the reinforcing steel bars coated with the lubricating oil and concrete is slightly reduced by about 5 percent and is greatly lower than the bond stress between the reinforcing steel bars coated with the lubricating oil and the concrete contact surface; meanwhile, the invention does not generate corrosion action on the steel mould.

The preparation method of the novel release agent for the concrete product is characterized by comprising the following steps of: firstly weighing 40 parts of white oil, then respectively adding 3 parts of triethanolamine oleate soap and 1.0 part of cross-linked polyacrylate, uniformly stirring, then adding 27 parts of emulsifier, emulsifying at 4000r/min for 5min, finally adding 74.5 parts of deionized water while stirring, and after adding the deionized water, continuously stirring for 40min to obtain a finished product.

Example 8

The preparation method of the novel release agent for the concrete product is characterized by comprising the following steps of: firstly weighing 30 parts of white oil, then respectively adding 1.9 parts of triethanolamine oleate soap and 0.7 part of cross-linked polyacrylate, uniformly stirring, then adding 19 parts of emulsifier, emulsifying at 1000-4000r/min for 5-15min, finally adding 51-74.5 parts of deionized water while stirring, and after adding the deionized water, continuously stirring for 20-40min to obtain the finished product.

Testing of Release agent Performance

Comparative example 1: commercially available aqueous concrete release agents;

comparative example 2: based on example 3, ethoxylated isotridecanol and sorbitan oleate were not incorporated, and the other components and preparation process were unchanged.

The release agents of examples 3 to 5, comparative example 1 and comparative example 2 were subjected to a release test for C30 general concrete in accordance with concrete article release agent (JC/T949-2005), and the results of the test are shown in the following tables.
