1. A washing machine characterized by: the method comprises the following steps:

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of washing machines, in particular to a washing machine and a using method thereof.

Background

At present, the main stream washing machines on the market are in the form of impellers or rollers, and the impellers mainly remove stains by driving clothes, the clothes and the friction between cylinder walls through water flow stirring. The drum removes dirt among the clothes by beating. However, the two methods have disadvantages of washing clothes, the pulsator washing machine consumes much water and electricity, and the drum washing time is long. There is an urgent need for a new washing method to wash clothes while saving water and electricity.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention provides a washing machine and a method for using the same, which at least solve the technical problem of low washing rate of clothes in the prior art, and specifically:

in a first aspect, the present invention provides a washing machine comprising:

the inner wall of the washing drum is provided with a plurality of roller assemblies, and the plurality of roller assemblies are arranged along the circumferential direction of the washing drum;

a flexible bag assembly arranged in the washing drum and comprising a flexible bag and a driving mechanism, wherein the driving mechanism is connected with the flexible bag and is used for driving the flexible bag to rotate,

the flexible bag can flexibly deform and is used for containing clothes to be washed, the flexible bag is internally provided with a squeezing rib, and the roller assemblies act on the squeezing rib to enable the squeezing rib to wash the clothes in a squeezing mode when the flexible bag rotates.

Further optionally, the scroll wheel assembly comprises:

the roller bracket is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the washing drum;

the roller is rotatably arranged on the roller bracket, wherein the rotation axis of the roller is parallel to the axis of the washing drum.

The invention realizes the washing of clothes by extruding and rubbing modes through the matching of the flexible bag and the roller, and can greatly improve the washing rate of the clothes compared with the traditional modes of friction, beating and the like. And the extrusion rib in the flexible bag is set to be a flexible structure, so that the abrasion to the clothes can be reduced to the maximum extent.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. The roller assemblies are uniformly distributed along the circumference of the washing tub 3, for example, three roller assemblies are provided, which are respectively located at three vertexes of an equilateral triangle, or four roller assemblies are provided, which are respectively located at four vertexes of a square. The space between the plurality of roller assemblies is smaller in radial dimension than the flexible bag in the unfolded state so that the outer wall thereof can contact the rollers 16 and be pressed when the flexible bag is rotated.

As shown in fig. 1, 2, and 3, the flexible pouch includes:

the bottom of the outer bag 5 is fixedly connected with the driving mechanism, the open end of the outer bag 5 is rotatably connected with the inner wall or the open end of the washing drum 3, preferably, the inner wall of the outer bag 5 is smooth, and the friction force between the inner bag and the inner bag 6 is reduced;

The extrusion rib 6.1 is arranged on the inner wall of the inner bag 6, the extrusion rib 6.1 extends from the bottom of the inner bag 6 to the opening end, and the extrusion rib 6.1 is provided with a plurality of ribs along the circumference of the inner bag 6. Preferably, extrusion muscle 6.1 and inner bag 6 form an organic whole structure, and extrusion muscle 6.1 is flexible material, receives the extrusion and can produce a certain amount of deformation, and along with the rotation of inner bag 6, a plurality of extrusion muscle 6.1 contact with gyro wheel 16 in proper order and receive the extrusion, then extrudees the washing clothing, accomplishes the washing of clothing.

Further, the opening of the outer bag 5 is connected to an outer bag support ring which supports the open end of the outer bag 5 to maintain the open state. Preferably, the inner bag support ring is connected with the outer bag support ring such that the inner bag support ring and the outer bag support ring can rotate synchronously. In the present embodiment, a plurality of permanent magnets 13.1 are provided on the inner bag support ring for magnetically attaching to the outer bag support ring. As shown in fig. 4, the permanent magnet 13.1 is preferably formed on the second lower ring 13 and is formed into a convex structure, correspondingly, as shown in fig. 5, a groove 12.1 is preferably formed on the first upper ring 12 at a position corresponding to the permanent magnet 13.1 of the outer bag support ring, and a magnetic material is embedded in the groove 12.1 to achieve mutual adsorption with the permanent magnet 13.1, thereby achieving detachable connection of the inner bag support ring and the outer bag support ring.

Preferably, the drive shaft is a hollow shaft, which is connected to the water circuit of the washing machine, through which the inlet pipe 3.2 and the outlet pipe 3.1 of the washing machine can communicate with the inside of the outer bag 5. and (3) dehydrating procedure: after the washing procedure is finished, the washing water is discharged, the flexible bag continues to rotate, and the clothes are squeezed and washed by the squeezing ribs 6.1 to finish the dehydration of the clothes.

Specifically, before washing, the top cover 1 is opened, clothes 17 and detergent are placed in the inner bag 6, the operation is started after the top cover 1 is closed, the water inlet pipe 3.2 is communicated with the driving shaft through the three-way valve 4, and tap water is respectively filled into the outer bag 5 and the inner bag 6 through the water pipe, the driving shaft and the water through holes 6.2 at the bottom of the inner bag 6. After a certain time, the three-way valve 4 is closed, and the driving motor 8 starts to operate to drive the outer bag 5 to rotate. The outer bag 5 drives the inner bag 6 to rotate through the middle and outer bag supporting rings and the inner bag supporting ring.

In the rotation process of the flexible bag, the roller 16 applies a pair of extrusion forces to the flexible bag, and along with the rotation of the flexible bag, the extrusion ribs 6.1 are alternately extruded by the roller 16, so that the clothes 17 in the flexible bag are rubbed at multiple angles. After washing is finished, the three-way valve 4 is opened, the driving shaft is communicated with the drain pipe 3.1, and washing water is drained, and meanwhile, the motor still keeps running, so that the clothes 17 are continuously kneaded and extruded, the washing water in the clothes 17 is squeezed out, and the residual quantity of the detergent is reduced. After the washing water is drained, the three-way valve 4 is communicated with the water inlet pipe 3.2 again, and tap water is filled into the flexible bag to be rinsed by repeating the steps.

And after the rinsing is finished, performing the dewatering operation by pressing again.

The schematic diagram of the operation principle of the invention is shown in fig. 6 and 7, the rotation direction of the flexible bag is omega, the extrusion ribs a, b and c in the flexible bag displace along with the rotation of the flexible bag, and the displacement direction of each extrusion rib 6.1 is shown in fig. 6. The roller 16 gives an extrusion force F to the flexible bag, the extrusion force F is decomposed and applied to the clothes 17 through the extrusion ribs a, b and c, and the extrusion force F is decomposed to the clothes 17 through the extrusion ribs 6.1 and is continuously changed due to the continuous rotation of the flexible bag, so that the light and heavy gradual extrusion force is formed, and various extrusion effects are provided for the clothes 17. In the position shown in fig. 6, the clothes 17 are pressed as shown in fig. 6, and the middle of the clothes 17 is pressed downward by the pressing rib 6.1a, and the moving direction of the pressing rib 6.1a is leftward, so that the clothes 17 are simultaneously given a force Fa of the same friction force as the moving direction of a. The pressing ribs 6.1b give an upward pressing force and a friction force Fb to the clothes 17, the pressing ribs 6.1c give an upward pressing force and a friction force Fc to the clothes 17, when the flexible bag rotates from the state shown in figure 6 to the state shown in figure 7, the pressing ribs 6.1 operate, the surface of the pressing ribs 6.1 and the surface of the clothes 17 continuously rub in the operation process, and the process forces Fa, Fb and Fc slide along the surface of the clothes 17 to form a rubbing effect, so that the dirt 18 on the clothes 17 is removed.

The invention realizes the washing of clothes in a squeezing and rubbing way by matching the flexible bag and the roller, realizes the multi-angle and all-around washing of the clothes, and is closer to the hand washing effect, thereby improving the cleaning rate of the clothes and reducing the abrasion of the clothes in the washing process.
