9. Code box according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the box body (13) is provided with a cable opening (134), the cable opening (134) being used for plugging in a cable.

10. Combination according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the door (11) is provided with a handle (112) for opening and closing the door (11).

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of coded locks, and particularly relates to a code case.

Background

The code case is widely applied to occasions where people need to store important objects, such as a file cabinet, a safe case, a cash register cabinet and the like. The traditional mechanical code case has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, long service life, no need of power supply and the like, but also has the defects of complex operation, long unlocking time and the like.

In the related art, the combination lock mainly includes a box body and a box door, wherein the box door and the box body are movably assembled together, and an object is stored between the box door and the box body. The door is provided with a coded lock, and when a correct code is input, the door can be controlled to be opened quickly.

However, the user often forgets the password of the combination box, and in the emergency situation, only a professional unlocking person can be found or the combination lock can be destroyed violently to open the combination box, so that the opening efficiency of the combination box in the emergency situation is greatly reduced.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above drawbacks or needs for improvement in the prior art, the present invention provides a combination lock, which aims to improve the opening efficiency in an emergency situation, thereby solving the technical problem of low opening efficiency of the combination lock in the emergency situation.

The invention provides a code case which comprises a shell component and two emergency components;

the shell component comprises a box door, a box cover and a box body, wherein the box door is movably inserted into the box cover, a coded lock is arranged on the box door to control the box door to be opened in the box cover, the outer edge of the box cover is detachably inserted into the box body, a cavity for storing articles is formed between the box cover and the box body, two emergency key holes are formed in the box body, the two emergency key holes are communicated with the cavity, and the two emergency key holes and the coded lock are respectively positioned on two sides of the box body;

the emergency components are arranged oppositely, each emergency component comprises a transmission part, an emergency key for driving the transmission part to rotate, a fixed plate, a sliding plate, a plurality of shaft sleeves and a plurality of hooks, the transmission part is positioned in the cavity and the transmission part and the emergency key hole are arranged oppositely, the transmission part is used for driving the corresponding sliding plate to slide, the fixed plate is fixed on the inner wall of the box body and is arranged on the fixed plate in a sliding manner, the sliding direction of the sliding plate extends along the length direction of the fixed plate, the shaft sleeves are arranged on the box cover at intervals and correspond to the hooks one by one, one end of each hook is arranged on the fixed plate in a rotating manner, and the other end of each hook is arranged on the sliding plate in a rotating manner, so as to be hooked together with the corresponding shaft sleeve.

Optionally, the driving part includes an emergency rotating shaft, a driving boss and two driven blocks, the emergency rotating shaft is rotatably inserted into the inner wall of the box body, the emergency rotating shaft and the emergency key hole are arranged oppositely, a groove meshed with the emergency key is formed in the emergency rotating shaft, the driving boss is sleeved on the emergency rotating shaft, the two driven blocks are located on the sliding plate, and the driving boss is located between the two driven blocks to drive the sliding plate to move.

Optionally, the transmission part further comprises a limiting boss, and the limiting boss is sleeved on the emergency rotating shaft and abuts against the fixing plate.

Optionally, one end of the emergency rotating shaft is provided with a mounting seat, the mounting seat is fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the box body, and the emergency rotating shaft is rotatably inserted into the mounting seat.

The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects:

for the password box provided by the embodiment of the invention, on one hand, the box door can be opened in the box cover by inputting the correct password into the password lock, and then the articles can be taken out from the cavity. On the other hand, when forgetting the password, through cartridge emergency key respectively and rotate in two emergency key hole, each emergency key can drive corresponding transmission part and rotate, and the transmission part then can drive corresponding sliding plate and slide, and the sliding plate then can drive corresponding a plurality of couples and rotate at gliding in-process to remove the hookup of couple and axle sleeve, and then remove the connection of box and case lid, just also can realize the dismouting of case lid, thereby finally realize taking out of article.

In other words, the code case provided by the invention can not only open the case door through the codes, but also open the case cover through the emergency component under the emergency condition that the codes are forgotten, can conveniently and efficiently take out articles, and has a double-insurance effect.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention. In addition, the technical features involved in the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a cipher case according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the cipher case includes a housing assembly 1 and two emergency assemblies 2.

The case assembly 1 includes a door 11, a cover 12 and a case 13, the door 11 is movably inserted into the cover 12, the door 11 has a combination lock 111 thereon to control the opening of the door 11 in the cover 12, an outer edge of the cover 12 is detachably inserted into the case 13, a cavity 14 for storing the article 100 is formed between the cover 12 and the case 13, the case 13 has two emergency key holes 131, both of the emergency key holes 131 are communicated with the cavity 14, and the two emergency key holes 131 and the combination lock 111 are respectively located at both sides of the case 13.

Fig. 2 is a schematic view of a first state of the hook according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, two emergency components 2 are oppositely arranged, each emergency component 2 includes a transmission member 21, an emergency key (not shown) for driving the transmission member 21 to rotate, a fixed plate 22, a sliding plate 23, a plurality of shaft sleeves 24 and a plurality of hooks 25, for any one emergency component 2, the transmission member 21 is located in the cavity 14, the transmission member 21 and the emergency key hole 131 are oppositely arranged, the transmission member 21 is used for driving the corresponding sliding plate 23 to slide, the fixed plate 22 is fixed on the inner wall of the box body 13, the sliding plate 23 is slidably arranged on the fixed plate 22, the sliding direction of the sliding plate 23 extends along the length direction of the fixed plate 22, the plurality of shaft sleeves 24 are arranged on the box cover 12 at intervals (see fig. 3), and the plurality of shaft sleeves 24 and the plurality of hooks 25 are in one-to, the other end of each hook 25 is rotatably disposed on the sliding plate 23 to be hooked with the corresponding bushing 24.

For the cipher case provided by the embodiment of the present invention, on one hand, the correct cipher can be input into the cipher lock 111, so that the case door 11 can be opened in the case cover 12, and the article 100 can be taken out from the cavity 14. On the other hand, when the password is forgotten, the emergency keys are respectively inserted into the two emergency key holes 131 and rotate (see fig. 4), each emergency key drives the corresponding transmission member 21 to rotate, the transmission member 21 drives the corresponding sliding plate 23 to slide, and the sliding plate 23 drives the corresponding hooks 25 to rotate in the sliding process, so that the hooks 25 and the shaft sleeves 24 are disengaged, the connection between the box body 13 and the box cover 12 is further disengaged, the box cover 12 can be detached, and the article 100 can be finally taken out.

That is to say, the code case provided by the invention not only can open the case door 11 through the code, but also can open the case cover 12 through the emergency component 2 under the emergency condition of forgetting the code, can conveniently and efficiently take out the article 100, and has the function of double insurance.

In addition, the emergency key hole 131 of the cipher case provided by the invention is positioned on the back surface of the case body 13 (the cipher lock 111 is positioned on the front surface of the case body 13), so that the safety of the cipher case can be improved.

In the present embodiment, each fixing plate 22 has 3 hooks 25.

Illustratively, each hook 25 has a stepped surface, so that the upper and lower portions of each hook 25 respectively abut against the surfaces of the fixed plate 22 and the sliding plate 23, and the upper and lower portions of each hook 25 respectively realize the rotational connection of the upper and lower portions of each hook 25 with the fixed plate 22 and the sliding plate 23 through a pin 251.

Referring to fig. 3 again, the transmission member 21 includes an emergency rotating shaft 211, a driving boss 212 and two driven blocks 213, the emergency rotating shaft 211 is rotatably inserted into the inner wall of the box 13, the emergency rotating shaft 211 and the emergency key hole 131 are oppositely arranged, the emergency rotating shaft 211 has a groove engaged with an emergency key, the driving boss 212 is sleeved on the emergency rotating shaft 211, the two driven blocks 213 are both located on the sliding plate 23, and the driving boss 212 is located between the two driven blocks 213 to drive the sliding plate 23 to move.

In the above embodiment, the emergency rotary shaft 211, the driving boss 212 and the two driven blocks 213 are linked to each other, so that the sliding plate 23 can be conveniently driven, and the hook 25 can be driven to rotate.

Illustratively, follower blocks 213 are right trapezoid shaped to facilitate driving of drive bosses 212.

Illustratively, when the emergency rotating shaft 211 is driven to rotate forward by the emergency key, the driving boss 212 drives the driven block 213 to move left, so as to drive the sliding plate 23 to move left, and the hook 25 can rotate clockwise, so as to release the hooking with the shaft sleeve 24, thereby separating the box body 13 from the box cover 12. Similarly, when the emergency rotating shaft 211 is driven to rotate reversely by the emergency key, the driving boss 212 drives the driven block 213 to move rightwards, so that the sliding plate 23 is driven to move rightwards, the hook 25 can rotate anticlockwise, the hooking of the hook and the shaft sleeve 24 is realized, and the connection of the box body 13 and the box cover 12 is realized.

Optionally, the transmission member 21 further includes a limit boss 214, and the limit boss 214 is sleeved on the emergency rotating shaft 211 to abut against the fixing plate 22.

In the above embodiment, the limiting boss 214 can abut against the fixing plate 22 when the emergency rotating shaft 211 rotates to a certain angle, so as to limit the rotation of the emergency rotating shaft 211, improve the rotating efficiency of the emergency rotating shaft 211, and avoid invalid rotation.

Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a second state of the hook according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, one end of the emergency rotating shaft 211 has a mounting seat 2111, the mounting seat 2111 is fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the box body 13, and the emergency rotating shaft 211 is rotatably inserted into the mounting seat 2111.

In the above embodiment, the mounting seat 2111 plays a role of mounting the emergency spindle 211.

Illustratively, the mounting 2111 is a square configuration.

With continued reference to fig. 5, the other end of the emergency rotating shaft 211 is provided with a U-shaped mounting plate 2112, the U-shaped mounting plate 2112 is fixedly mounted on the fixing plate 22, the driving boss 212 is located in the U-shaped mounting plate 2112, and the emergency rotating shaft 211 is rotatably inserted into two transverse plates of the U-shaped mounting plate 2112.

In the above embodiment, on the one hand, the U-shaped mounting plate 2112 also serves as a mounting for the emergency spindle 211. On the other hand, the U-shaped mounting plate 2112 serves as a cover for the drive boss 212.

In this embodiment, the fixing plate 22 includes a strip 221 and two risers 222, a U-shaped structure is formed between the strip 221 and the two risers 222, the strip 221 and the inner wall of the box 13 are arranged in parallel at intervals, and the two risers 222 are respectively connected with the inner wall of the box 13 perpendicularly.

In the above embodiment, the strip-shaped plate 221 and the vertical plate 222 are provided to facilitate the installation and fixation of the fixing plate 22, and reduce the wear of the fixing plate 22 and the inner wall of the box body 13.

Illustratively, the fixing plate 22 further includes a plurality of support plates 224 to support a gap between the support plate 221 and the inner wall of the case 13, so that the fixing plate 22 is more stably installed.

Illustratively, the fixing plate 22 further includes two connecting plates 223, the two connecting plates 223 are fixed on the inner wall of the box 13, the two connecting plates 223 correspond to the two risers 222 one by one, and each connecting plate 223 is vertically connected to the corresponding riser 222.

Referring again to fig. 1 and 2, the housing 13 includes an outer housing 132 and an inner housing 133, the inner housing 133 is inserted into the outer housing 132, a gap is formed between the inner housing 133 and the outer housing 132, each transmission member 21 is located in the gap, the outer edge of the cover 12 is detachably inserted into the outer housing 132, and a cavity 14 is formed between the cover 12 and the inner housing 133.

In the above embodiment, the inner case 133 serves to isolate the emergency rotation shaft 211, so as to prevent the article 100 from interfering with the rotation of the emergency rotation shaft 211.

Optionally, the housing 13 has a cable port 134, and the cable port 134 is used for plugging a cable.

In the above embodiment, the cable port 134 functions as a plug-in cable so that power can be supplied to the equipment inside the combination lock, for example, lighting.

Illustratively, the door 11 has a handle 112 for opening and closing the door 11.

In the above embodiment, the opening and closing of the door 11 from the lid 12 is facilitated by the handle 112.

the front surface of the password box provided by the invention is not provided with the key hole, and only the correct password needs to be input for unlocking; when forgetting the password or the password lock 111 fails, the emergency key is directly inserted through the emergency keyhole 131 on the back surface, the box cover 12 can be quickly opened, the emergency component 2 is not damaged, the operation is not carried out by using tools, the electric control and the sensor induction are not needed, and the pure mechanical linkage mechanism is simple in structure and convenient to operate.
