the ball throwing packer 14 comprises an isolation pipe 141, a sealing ring 142 and a soluble ball throwing 143, wherein the inner diameter of the upper port of the ball throwing packer is larger than the outer diameter of the lower port of the sealing bush joint 13, the isolation pipe 141 is in a circular pipe shape, the middle lower part of the inner wall of the isolation pipe is provided with an annular protruding section 1411 of the isolation pipe, the sealing ring 142 is in a circular ring shape, the outer diameter of the sealing ring is smaller than the inner diameter of the sleeve 2, the inner diameter of the sealing ring is larger than the outer diameter of the isolation pipe 141, the sealing ring 142 is fixedly sleeved on the outer wall of the isolation pipe 141 at the annular protruding section 1411 of the isolation pipe, and the diameter of the soluble ball throwing 143 is smaller than the inner diameter of the isolation;

the sealed liquid production adapter 4 is composed of two sections of pipe bodies which are perpendicular to each other, the upper end of the sealed liquid production adapter 4 is an upper flange end 41, the lower end of the sealed liquid production adapter 4 is a lower flange end 42, a coaxial limiting ring 43 extends out of the pipe body of the sealed liquid production adapter 4 on the end face of the lower flange end 42, the inner diameter of the limiting ring 43 is larger than the outer diameter of the core pipe 3, the outer diameter of the limiting ring is smaller than the diameter of the central hole of the oil pipe plugging ring 11, the upper flange end 41 of the sealed liquid production adapter 4 is fixedly connected with the produced liquid control valve 6, the latter is connected with an oil gas produced liquid pipeline on the ground, and the lower flange end 42 of the sealed liquid production adapter 4 is fixedly;

the plunger 31 is in a hollow shuttle shape, the upper port of the plunger 31 is fixedly connected with the lower end of the core tube 3, the inner diameter of the upper port is larger than the outer diameter of the core tube 3, and the outer diameter of the middle section of the plunger 31 is smaller than the inner diameters of the core tube 3 and the sealing bush joint 13 and is larger than the inner diameter of the annular protruding section 131 of the bush;

the water inlet end of the hot water circulating system 5 is fixedly connected with the oil pipe branch pipe orifice 12, and the water outlet end is fixedly connected with the sleeve pipe branch pipe orifice 22.

In this embodiment, the hot water circulating system 5 comprises a circulating water pipeline 51, a circulating water pump 52, a circulating water control valve 53 and a solar heater 54, wherein the water inlet end of the circulating water pipeline 51 is fixedly connected with the oil pipe branch pipe orifice 12, the water outlet end of the circulating water pipeline 51 is fixedly connected with the sleeve pipe branch pipe orifice 22, the circulating water pump 52 is arranged at the water outlet end of the circulating water pipeline 51, the circulating water control valve 53 is arranged between the sleeve pipe branch pipe orifice 22 and the circulating water pump 52, and the solar heater 54 is arranged between the circulating water pump 52 and the water inlet end of the circulating water pipeline 51.

In this embodiment, a liner inner space 133 is provided at an upper port of the seal liner joint 13, a packer inner space 1412 is provided at an upper port of the packer tube 141 of the ball injector packer 14, a joint inner space 44 is provided at a port of the lower flange end 42 of the seal production joint 4, and a plunger inner space 311 is provided at an upper port of the plunger 31.

In this embodiment, the sealing ring 142 of the ball injector packer 14 is integrally connected to the outer wall of the packer tube 141.

In this embodiment, the seal bush joint 13, the plunger 31, the packing tube 141 of the ball injector packer 14 and the seal ring 142 are all made of rolled manganese bronze material.

In this embodiment, six sets of grooves are uniformly arranged on the outer wall of the middle section of the plunger 31 along the circumference of the tube, the grooves are provided with balls 312, and the diameter of the outer opening of each groove is smaller than that of the ball 312.

As shown in fig. 6-7, an implementation process of a high-pressure pipe column sealing circulation heat tracing wax-proof device comprises the following steps:

(a) the lower end of the oil pipe 1 is sequentially and fixedly connected with a sealing bush joint 13 and a ball throwing packer 14, the oil pipe 1 is put into the casing 2, a casing plugging ring 21 is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the oil pipe 1, the water inlet end of the hot water circulating system 5 is fixedly connected with an oil pipe branch pipe orifice 12, and the water outlet end of the hot water circulating system is fixedly connected with a casing branch pipe orifice 22;

(b) fixedly connecting the upper end of the core pipe 3 with the lower flange end 42 of the sealed liquid production adapter 4, fixedly connecting the lower end of the core pipe with the plunger 31, lowering the core pipe 3 into the oil pipe 1 to lower the plunger 31 to the position of the sealing bush joint 13, and fixedly connecting the upper flange end 41 of the sealed liquid production adapter 4 with the produced liquid control valve 6;

(c) connecting a lower flange end 42 of the sealed liquid production adapter 4 to the oil pipe plugging ring 11, pressing down the core pipe 3 to seal the plunger 31 and the sealing bush joint 13, and fixedly connecting the lower flange end 42 with the oil pipe plugging ring 11;

(d) inflating and pressurizing the core pipe 3, pushing the soluble ball 143 of the ball throwing packer 14 to descend, and extruding the annular protruding section 1411 and the sealing ring 142 of the packing pipe to seal and encircle the oil pipe 1 and the sleeve 2, and meanwhile, the oil pipe 1 and the core pipe 3;

(e) opening a circulating water control valve 53 and a circulating water pump 52 of the hot water circulating system 5, enabling circulating hot water to flow in from the branch pipe orifice 12 of the oil pipe, sequentially passing through an annular channel between the core pipe 3 and the oil pipe 1, a circulating hole on the sealing bush joint 13, an annular channel between the oil pipe 1 and the sleeve 2 and the branch pipe orifice 22 of the sleeve to form hot water circulation 8, and heating the core pipe 3;

(f) the high-pressure oil gas produced liquid 7 flows upwards, dissolves the soluble shot 143, flows out of the core pipe 3, flows to an oil gas produced liquid pipeline on the ground through the sealed liquid production adapter 4, and is stably produced for a long time.
