As an embodiment of the present invention, a second groove 15 is disposed on two side walls of the first groove 12; a pushing block 16 is connected in the second groove 15 in a sliding manner; a first spring 17 is arranged between the pushing block 16 and the bottom end of the second groove 15, the cross section of the pushing block 16 is in a right trapezoid shape, and the larger one of the two ends of the pushing block 16 is in contact with the bottom of the first groove 12; one end of the first spring 17 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the second groove 15, and the other end of the first spring is fixedly connected with the pushing block 16; during operation, the air pump blows air to enable the first air film 2 to inflate and extend, the two pushing blocks 16 are pushed to extrude the first spring 17, the pushing blocks 16 move into the second groove 15, the space inside the first groove 12 is enlarged, the extending speed of the first air film 2 is increased, when the first air film 2 continuously extends out of the first groove 12, the first spring 17 restores to push the pushing blocks 16 to approach each other, and the pushing blocks 16 are in a right trapezoid shape, so that in the process that the pushing blocks 16 approach each other, the pushing blocks 16 can generate vertical inclined planes and upward oblique pushing force on the first air film 2, and further the first air film 2 can be pushed to accelerate to extend out of the first groove 12; according to the invention, the pushing block 16 is arranged, so that when the first air film 2 extends, the pushing block 16 is extruded, the space of the first groove 12 is increased, the contact surface between the extended first air film 2 and the baffle 3 is increased, the thrust of the first air film 2 to the baffle 3 is increased, the first air film 2 is accelerated to extend out of the first groove 12, and the first spring 17 and the pushing block 16 are matched with each other, so that the extension of the first air film 2 is accelerated, and the wrapping speed of the first air film 2 to the end part of the fan blade 1 is increased.

As an embodiment of the invention, a third groove 4 is formed on the surface of the fan blade 1; the section of the third groove 4 is U-shaped, the third groove 4 faces the narrower side of the two sides of the fan blade 1, and two opposite groove walls of the third groove 4 are internally provided with a second spring 41; one end of the second spring 41 is fixedly connected to the groove wall of the third groove 4, and the other end of the second spring is fixedly connected with a sliding block 42; the sliding block 42 is connected in the groove walls at two sides of the third groove 4 in a sliding manner, and the upper end of the sliding block 42 is rotatably connected with a U-shaped rod 43; a second air film 5 is sleeved on the U-shaped rod 43; a second air passage 44 is formed at the bottom of the third groove 4; one end of the second air passage 44 is communicated with the cavity 11, and the other end of the second air passage passes through the bottom of the third groove 4 and is communicated with the second air film 5; when the air pump works, the controller controls the air pump to blow air into the cavity 11, so that air flows into the second air film 5 through the second air passage 44, the second air film 5 extends out of the third groove 4, the second air film 5 can push the U-shaped rod 43 to rotate upwards in the process of extending the second air film 5, the second spring 41 pulls the sliding block 42 to be away from the second air passage 44 continuously, the sliding block 42 drives the U-shaped rod 43 to pull the second air film 5 to slide together while sliding, the extension of the second air film 5 is accelerated, after the second spring 41 is restored, the air pump can continue to convey air into the second air film 5, so that the second air film 5 pushes the U-shaped rod 43 to rotate, the U-shaped rod 43 pulls the sliding block 42, the sliding block 42 presses the second spring 41 and moves towards the narrower one of the two sides of the fan blades 1, and the U-shaped rods 43 are clamped into the two side walls of the third groove 4 until the second air film 5 extends completely, the second air film 5 covers the narrower side of the two sides of the fan blade 1, so that the narrow side of the fan blade 1 is prevented from killing birds by winching, when the work is finished, the controller controls the air pump to pump air, the second air film 5 loses air contraction, the second spring 41 recovers and pushes the sliding block 42 to approach the second air passage 44 till the second spring 41 completely recovers, the second air film 5 continuously contracts into the second air passage 44 under the suction effect of the air pump, the U-shaped rod 43 is pulled to rotate, the U-shaped rod 43 can pull the sliding block 42 to move towards the second air passage 44, the sliding block 42 pulls the spring to extend till the second air film 5 completely enters the second air passage 44, and the U-shaped rod 43 is completely clamped into the third groove 4; and when the sliding block 42 moves to the maximum, a gap for the U-shaped rod 43 to rotate is still left between the sliding block 42 and the groove wall of the third groove 4.

As an embodiment of the present invention, the lower end of the second gas film 5 is provided with a V-shaped hole 51; when the second gas film 5 extends, two side walls of the V-shaped hole 51 are far away from each other, so that the V-shaped hole 51 is opened, and gas is sprayed out from the V-shaped hole 51; when the fan blade 1 works, with the continuous extension of the second air film 5, two side walls of the V-shaped hole 51 at the lower end are far away from each other, so that the V-shaped hole 51 is opened, the air input into the second air film 5 is ejected from the V-shaped hole 51, the air ejected through the V-shaped hole 51 can blow away dust on the surface of the fan blade 1 in the process that the second air film 5 moves towards the narrower end of the fan blade 1, an air flow layer is formed between the second air film 5 and the fan blade 1 through air flow ejection, the friction between the second air film 5 and the fan blade 1 is reduced, and when the fan blade 1 finishes working, the second air film 5 contracts to enable two ends of the V-shaped hole 51 to be close, so that the V-shaped hole 51 is closed; according to the invention, through the arrangement of the V-shaped holes 51, on one hand, the air sprayed out through the V-shaped holes 51 can clean the surface of the fan blade 1 along with the movement of the second air film 5, and the friction between the second air film 5 and the fan blade 1 is reduced due to the generation of the airflow layer, so that the movement of the second air film 5 on the surface of the fan blade 1 is accelerated, the abrasion to the second air film 5 is reduced, and the service life of the second air film 5 is prolonged; on the other hand, when the birds impact on the second air film 5, the extruded gas can be discharged from the V-shaped holes 51, so that the birds impacting on the second air film 5 are buffered.

As an embodiment of the invention, one thicker end of the two sides of the fan blade 1 is provided with a sound wave emitter 6; when the electromagnetic induction device induces birds appearing in the range of 50 meters around, the electromagnetic inductor transmits electromagnetic waves to the controller, and the controller controls the sound wave emitter 6 to emit sound waves towards the area where the birds are located; when the bird dispelling device works, the controller controls the electromagnetic induction device to start, the electromagnetic induction device detects whether birds appear in the range of 50 meters around through electromagnetic waves, when the electromagnetic induction device induces the birds appearing in the range of 50 meters around, the electromagnetic inductor transmits electromagnetic waves to the controller, and the controller controls the sound wave emitter 6 to emit sound waves towards the area where the birds are located, so that the birds are dispelled, and the situation that the birds are close to the wind driven generator is avoided.

When the wind driven generator works, the fan blade 1 is arranged on a tower of the wind driven generator, an air pump is arranged on the tower, and the air pipe 13 is positioned inside the tower; the working personnel controls the wind driven generator to operate through the controller, the electromagnetic sensor emits electromagnetic waves to sense the position of birds within 50 meters around, when the distance between the birds and one end of the fan blade 1 is less than 10 meters, the electromagnetic sensor emits the electromagnetic waves to the controller, the controller controls the air pump to convey air into the cavity 11, at the moment, the air is conveyed to the first air film 2 through the first air passage 14, the first air film 2 is inflated and extends out of the first groove 12, the extended first air film 2 extends towards two sides of the first groove 12, at the moment, the controller controls the iron sheet 21 and the first magnet 22 to operate, when the iron sheet 21 extends out of the first groove 12, the iron sheet moves towards the first magnet 22 under the attraction of the magnetic force of the first magnet 22 until the first air film 2 completely extends, the iron sheet 21 and the first magnet 22 mutually attract, at the moment, the controller controls the air pump to stop, the first air film 2 wraps the end part of the fan blade 1, when the electromagnetic inductor senses that no birds are around, the electromagnetic inductor transmits electromagnetic waves to the controller, the controller controls the air pump to pump air in the cavity 11 at the moment, the controller controls the iron sheet 21 and the first magnet 22 to be powered off, the air in the first air film 2 is pumped out, and the first air film 2 is retracted into the first groove 12; the air pump blows air to enable the first air film 2 to be inflated and stretched, the two pushing blocks 16 are pushed to extrude the first spring 17, the pushing blocks 16 are enabled to move into the second groove 15, the space inside the first groove 12 is enabled to be enlarged, the stretching speed of the first air film 2 is enabled to be increased, when the first air film 2 continuously stretches out of the first groove 12, the first spring 17 restores to push the pushing blocks 16 to be close to each other, and the pushing blocks 16 are right-angled trapezoids, so that in the process that the pushing blocks 16 are close to each other, the pushing blocks 16 can generate vertical inclined planes and upward oblique pushing force on the first air film 2, and further the first air film 2 can be pushed to stretch out of the first groove 12 in an accelerating mode; the controller controls the air pump to blow air into the cavity 11, so that air flows into the second air film 5 through the second air passage 44, the second air film 5 extends out of the third groove 4, the second air film 5 can push the U-shaped rod 43 to rotate upwards in the process of extending the second air film 5, the second spring 41 pulls the sliding block 42 to be away from the second air passage 44 continuously, the sliding block 42 drives the U-shaped rod 43 to pull the second air film 5 to slide together while sliding, the extension of the second air film 5 is accelerated, after the second spring 41 is restored, the air pump can continue to convey air into the second air film 5, so that the second air film 5 pushes the U-shaped rod 43 to rotate, the U-shaped rod 43 pulls the sliding block 42, the sliding block 42 presses the second spring 41 and moves towards the narrower side of the two sides of the fan blade 1, and the two side walls of the U-shaped rod 43 are clamped into the two side walls of the third groove 4 until the second air film 5 is fully extended, the second air film 5 covers the narrower side of the two sides of the fan blade 1, so that the narrow side of the fan blade 1 is prevented from killing birds by winching, when the work is finished, the controller controls the air pump to pump air, the second air film 5 loses air contraction, the second spring 41 recovers and pushes the sliding block 42 to approach the second air passage 44 till the second spring 41 completely recovers, the second air film 5 continuously contracts into the second air passage 44 under the suction effect of the air pump, the U-shaped rod 43 is pulled to rotate, the U-shaped rod 43 can pull the sliding block 42 to move towards the second air passage 44, the sliding block 42 pulls the spring to extend till the second air film 5 completely enters the second air passage 44, and the U-shaped rod 43 is completely clamped into the third groove 4; when the sliding block 42 moves to the maximum, a gap for the U-shaped rod 43 to rotate is still left between the sliding block 42 and the groove wall of the third groove 4; with the continuous extension of the second air film 5, two side walls of the lower V-shaped hole 51 are far away from each other, so that the V-shaped hole 51 is opened, the air input into the second air film 5 is ejected out from the V-shaped hole 51, the air ejected through the V-shaped hole 51 can blow away dust on the surface of the fan blade 1 in the process that the second air film 5 moves towards the narrower end of the fan blade 1, an airflow layer is formed between the second air film 5 and the fan blade 1 by airflow ejection, the friction between the second air film 5 and the fan blade 1 is reduced, and when the work is finished, the second air film 5 contracts to enable two ends of the V-shaped hole 51 to be close, so that the V-shaped hole 51 is closed; the controller controls the electromagnetic induction device to start, the electromagnetic induction device detects whether birds appear in the range of 50 meters around through electromagnetic waves, when the electromagnetic induction device induces that the birds appear in the range of 50 meters around, the electromagnetic inductor transmits electromagnetic waves to the controller, and the controller controls the sound wave emitter 6 to emit sound waves towards the area where the birds are located, so that the birds are driven, and the birds are prevented from being close to the wind driven generator.
