Background

The cooling air of the cooler passes through the grate plate through the air chamber in the production process of the cement clinker to cool the clinker on the grate bed, the thickness of the clinker layer on the grate bed is basically consistent, but the separation of coarse and fine materials is obvious, and the air resistance difference of the material bed is large due to the separation of the coarse and fine materials: the same bed of material thickness, the coarse material layer that the material granule is big is little than the fine material layer windage that the granule is little, and the cooling air can be toward the gathering of the less coarse material layer of windage, and this just leads to the cooling air volume of fine material layer not enough, seriously influences the processing property of cooler.

At the moment, an air volume balance valve is required to be arranged at a cooling air outlet to control air volume distribution, so that the air volume distribution can be automatically adjusted under the conditions of uneven material distribution and variable working conditions, and air supply areas can supply air according to requirements.

The existing air volume balance valve has poor universality, 5-7 air volume valves with different sizes are specially equipped for a single cooler, and the production cost is high; in addition, the air volume cannot be automatically adjusted and the adjustment range is small, so that the air volume can only play the best performance under the rated output, cannot adapt to the production condition with large output or material characteristic change, has small application range and needs to be solved urgently.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the current situation of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a stepless automatic air volume balancing valve which reduces the production cost and enlarges the application range.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a stepless automatic air quantity balance valve is characterized by comprising a box body, a magnetic cylinder, a rotating shaft, a valve plate and a torsion spring; the magnetic cylinder is concentrically arranged in the box body, the rotating shaft is concentrically arranged in the magnetic cylinder, and the right end of the rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the right end of the box body; the valve block is rotatably sleeved on the rotating shaft and fixed at the right end of the magnetic cylinder, the right end face of the valve block is attached to the inner wall of the right end of the box body, the torsion spring is sleeved on the rotating shaft and is arranged between the valve block and the right end of the box body, one end of the torsion spring is fixed on the inner wall of the right end of the box body, the other end of the torsion spring is fixed on the valve block, two fan-shaped pieces which are diagonally arranged are formed on the valve block, correspondingly, two fan-shaped holes which are diagonally distributed are formed at the right end of the box body, the area of each fan-shaped hole is smaller than that of each fan-shaped piece, a plurality of vent holes which are sequentially distributed at equal angles along the circumferential direction are formed in each fan-shaped; the rotating shaft is further sleeved with a rotatable fan blade and a conductive coil, the fan blade and the conductive coil are concentrically arranged in the magnetic cylinder, and the conductive coil is fixed at the left end of the fan blade in an insulating mode.

Preferably, the varistor is connected with the conductive coil in series through the conductive slip ring to form a closed circuit.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the invention can automatically and steplessly adjust the air inlet amount of the cooling air according to the set value so as to keep the sum of the resistance of the air amount balance valve and the resistance of the material layer constant, and the air amount balance valve can be commonly used in a cooling machine only by one specification, thereby reducing the production cost; in addition, the air quantity adjusting range is greatly expanded so that the air quantity adjusting device can play the best performance under any output, and is less influenced by the output or material characteristic change, thereby expanding the application range.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a stepless automatic air volume balancing valve comprises a box body 5, a magnetic cylinder 7, a rotating shaft 6, a valve plate 9 and a torsion spring 10; the magnetic cylinder 7 is concentrically arranged in the box body 5, the rotating shaft 6 is concentrically arranged in the magnetic cylinder 7, and the right end of the rotating shaft 6 is rotatably connected with the right end of the box body 5; the valve plate 9 is rotatably sleeved on the rotating shaft 6 and fixed at the right end of the magnetic cylinder 7, the right end face of the valve plate 9 is attached to the inner wall of the right end of the box body 5, the torsion spring 10 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 6 and is arranged between the valve plate 9 and the right end of the box body 5, one end of the torsion spring 10 is fixed on the inner wall of the right end of the box body 5, the other end of the torsion spring 10 is fixed on the valve plate 9, two fan-shaped pieces 91 which are diagonally arranged are formed on the valve plate 9, correspondingly, two fan-shaped holes 51 which are diagonally distributed are formed at the right end of the box body 5, the area of each fan-shaped hole 51 is smaller than that of each fan-shaped piece 91, a plurality of vent holes 92 which are sequentially distributed at equal angles along the circumferential direction are; the rotating shaft 6 is further sleeved with a rotatable fan blade 8 and a conductive coil 4, the fan blade 8 and the conductive coil 4 are concentrically arranged in the magnetic cylinder 7, and the conductive coil 4 is fixed at the left end of the fan blade 8 in an insulating mode.

The stepless automatic air quantity balance valve also comprises a rheostat 2 and a conductive slip ring 3, wherein the rheostat 2 is connected with a conductive coil 4 in series through the conductive slip ring 3 to form a closed circuit.

The working principle is as follows:

the cooling air blows to the two fan-shaped holes 51 from right to left, then enters the magnetic cylinder 7 through the plurality of vent holes 92 on each fan-shaped piece 91 after passing through the two fan-shaped holes 51, then continues to flow to left and blows to the fan blade 8, and then drives the fan blade 8 to rotate around the rotating shaft 6.

When the cooling air volume is larger, the driving force to the fan blade 8 is larger, the rotating speed of the fan blade 8 is larger, the fan blade 8 rotates to drive the conductive coil 4 to synchronously rotate in the magnetic cylinder 7, then the magnetic field generated by the magnetic cylinder 7 is cut, induction current is generated, damping torque is generated at the same time, the damping torque can push the magnetic cylinder 7 to reversely rotate towards the conductive coil 4, and the rotating speed of the conductive coil 4 is larger, so that the damping torque is larger.

When the magnetic cylinder 7 rotates, the valve plate 9 will rotate synchronously with the magnetic cylinder 7 and overcome the torque of the torsion spring 10, and the plurality of vent holes 92 are gradually covered by the fan-shaped holes 51, thereby reducing the intake air.

After the air quantity is smaller, the rotating speed of the fan blade 8 is slowed, the damping torque is reduced, the valve plate 9 slowly rotates to the original position under the action of the rebound force of the torsion spring 10, the magnetic cylinder 7 is driven to rotate synchronously, the plurality of air vents 92 are gradually communicated with the fan-shaped holes 51 along with the rotation of the valve plate 9, and the air quantity begins to increase; namely, the larger the air quantity is, the larger the wind resistance is; the smaller the air quantity is, the smaller the wind resistance is, thereby realizing that the sum of the resistance of the air quantity balance valve and the resistance of the material layer is kept constant and achieving the effect of uniformly distributing the air quantity.

The regulating rheostat 2 can regulate the magnitude of the induced current in a stepless manner by virtue of the conductive sliding ring 3, so that the magnitude of the air quantity is regulated in a stepless manner; in addition, electric equipment such as the light bulb 1 can be connected between the rheostat 2 and the conductive slip ring 3 to utilize induction current; the induced current is accessed into the DCS system, and then intelligent control can be realized.

The invention can automatically and steplessly adjust the air inlet amount of the cooling air according to the set value so as to keep the sum of the resistance of the air amount balance valve and the resistance of the material layer constant, and the air amount balance valve can be commonly used in a cooling machine only by one specification, thereby reducing the production cost; in addition, the air quantity adjusting range is greatly expanded so that the air quantity adjusting device can play the best performance under any output, and is less influenced by the output or material characteristic change, thereby expanding the application range.
