Background

The traditional axial plunger pump has a complex layout structure, a high manufacturing process requirement and high processing, maintenance and use costs. Constrained by the structure principle, the displacement is not high and the self-priming performance is poor. The moving friction pairs are more, the performance and the service life of the plunger pump are directly influenced, and the plunger pump is not suitable for high-speed and high-load working conditions. Aiming at the defects of the traditional axial plunger pump, a novel plunger pump is designed in demand from the development concept of noise reduction, simplification and efficient manufacturing, the problems are effectively solved, and the development theme of energy conservation and environmental protection in the modern society is met.
