The invention relates to an on-line measuring mechanism for the outer diameter of a flat wire, in particular to a measuring mechanism for measuring and monitoring the outer diameter of the flat wire in real time on line in the production process.

Background

The flat steel wire is a metal product which is cold-processed to a designed size by adopting metal materials such as high-quality carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and the like through rolling, die drawing, roll drawing and the like. The flat steel wire has the characteristics of good mechanical property, high dimensional precision, excellent surface smoothness and the like, and is widely applied to the fields of automobiles, household appliances, medical treatment, daily supplies and the like.

In the process of processing and forming the flat steel wire, the stress state is complex, so that in order to ensure the outer diameter size precision of the flat steel wire, the real-time measurement and monitoring of the outer diameter of the flat steel wire in the production process are very important. At present, optical diameter measuring equipment such as infrared or laser is installed on a production line by some manufacturers to measure the outer diameter of the flat wire on line in real time, but the measurement precision cannot be guaranteed due to the influences of factors such as vibration of mechanical equipment for producing the flat steel wire, slight overturn of the flat wire, shaking and the like. Especially, the thickness of flat steel wire is littleer for width size, and because of the side blocks the light influence during the shake upset, the measuring accuracy of optics caliber is unable to obtain guaranteeing more.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide an on-line measuring mechanism for the outer diameter of a flat wire, which can accurately measure the size of the flat wire regardless of external influence.

In order to solve the problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

the flat wire outer diameter on-line measuring mechanism comprises a static measuring instrument and a dynamic measuring instrument, wherein the static measuring instrument and the dynamic measuring instrument are arranged in front and at the back, a flat steel wire sequentially passes through optical measuring ports of the static measuring instrument and the dynamic measuring instrument when being conveyed backwards, the dynamic measuring instrument is U-shaped, and the flat steel wire penetrates through the middle of the U-shaped;

the static measuring instrument is directly fixed through the bracket, a measuring port of the static measuring instrument is vertically arranged, the flat steel wire horizontally penetrates through the measuring port of the static measuring instrument, the measuring port of the dynamic measuring instrument is horizontally arranged, the flat steel wire horizontally penetrates through the measuring port of the dynamic measuring instrument, and the flat steel wire is perpendicular to the measuring port of the dynamic measuring instrument;

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the invention relates to an on-line measuring mechanism for the outer diameter of a flat wire, which comprises a static measuring instrument 1 and a dynamic measuring instrument 2, wherein the static measuring instrument 1 and the dynamic measuring instrument 2 are arranged in front and back, and the flat wire passes through optical measuring ports of the static measuring instrument 1 and the dynamic measuring instrument 2 in sequence when being conveyed backwards, so that the width and the thickness of the flat wire are measured.

Wherein static measuring apparatu 1 directly keeps motionless through the support, and its measurement port is vertical to be set up, and the flat steel wire level passes static measuring apparatu 1's measurement port to let it measure the width of flat steel wire, because the width at flat steel wire level when discharging is the biggest numerical value, horizontal width when the upset can diminish, and consequently the biggest numerical value that obtains in measuring port measurement length is just the width of flat steel wire.

The measuring port of the dynamic measuring instrument 2 is horizontally arranged, and the dynamic measuring instrument 2 swings back and forth through the supporting mechanism which can swing, so that the dynamic measuring instrument 2 can rotate back and forth in the vertical direction, the flat steel wire horizontally penetrates through the measuring port of the dynamic measuring instrument 2, and the flat steel wire is perpendicular to the measuring port of the dynamic measuring instrument 2, so that the dynamic measuring instrument 2 can dynamically measure the thickness of the flat steel wire in real time, and the thickness of the flat steel wire during water drainage is the minimum value, so that a plurality of values can be obtained in the measuring length of the measuring port through continuous rotation, wherein the minimum value is the thickness of the flat steel wire, so that the size specification of the flat steel wire can be accurately judged, and the accurate measurement of the size of the flat.
