Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a pendulum type travel switch, which is used for prolonging the online service life of elements, improving the operation reliability of the elements, reducing operation faults and reducing the workload of maintenance personnel; reduce the consumption level of spare parts and improve the production efficiency.

The metal box body is a flat rectangular body or a flat trapezoid body and consists of a box cover and a box bottom.

The section of the arc-shaped bent pipe is a circular pipe-shaped section or a square pipe-shaped section.

The fixing mode of the arc-shaped bent pipe is that the arc-shaped bent pipe is fixed on the inner side of the metal box body by a hoop and a screw at the position close to the two end parts, or an arc-shaped groove is processed on the inner side of the metal box body, and the arc-shaped bent pipe is embedded in the arc-shaped groove.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

the pendulum travel switch adopts the iron shell and the flexible filling material, so that the element has higher protection level, the anti-collision capacity and the anti-damage performance of the pendulum travel switch are greatly improved, the use of the pendulum travel switch cannot be influenced when the card is scraped, and meanwhile, the pendulum hook design is adopted, so that the pendulum travel switch is more convenient and simpler in equipment replacement, has lower requirement on installation precision and shortens the maintenance processing time. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the pendulum type travel switch of the invention is characterized in that a section of arc-shaped bent pipe 1 made of an insulating material is fixed at the lower part inside a metal box body 4, two ends of the arc-shaped bent pipe 1 are respectively packaged with two round insulating plates 3, two gaps are arranged on the insulating plates 3, a conductive metal pole piece 2 is inserted into each gap and fixed on the insulating plates 3 by using an adhesive, each metal pole piece 2 positioned at the inner side of the insulating plates 3 is bent at an angle, and a lead-out wire 8 is welded on each metal pole piece 2 positioned outside the insulating plates 3 (in fig. 1 and 2, for the purpose of clear expression, only two conductive metal pole pieces are painted with a wire, and the rest are not shown); two longitudinal gaps are formed in the lowest position of the center of the interior of the arc-shaped bent pipe 1, a conductive metal pole piece 2 is inserted into each gap and is fixed well by using an adhesive, each metal pole piece 2 located in the interior of the arc-shaped bent pipe 1 is bent outwards at an angle to be attached to the inner surface of the arc-shaped bent pipe 1, and a lead-out wire 8 is welded on each metal pole piece 2 located outside the arc-shaped bent pipe 1; a metal bead 9 is arranged in the arc-shaped bent pipe 1, and the metal bead 9 can roll in the arc-shaped bent pipe 1; the arc-shaped bent pipe 1 is fixed inside the metal box body 4 by a foaming agent sealing material, and the lead-out wires 8 on each conductive metal pole piece 2 are led out from the openings 7 on the side surface of the upper part of the metal box body 4; the top of the metal box body 4 is welded with a hanging plate 5, and the hanging plate 5 is provided with a hanging hole 6 for hanging the metal box body 4 on an external pin shaft.

The pendulum type travel switch controls the metal beads 9 in the arc-shaped bent pipe 1 to roll through gravity, the metal beads respectively contact the conductive metal pole pieces 2 at the two ends of the arc-shaped bent pipe 1 and the lowest point in the middle of the arc-shaped bent pipe 1, the on-off function of contacts is realized, and lead-out wires 8 are respectively supplied to an external circuit for connection according to the use modes of normally-open contacts and normally-closed contacts. And the pendulum type travel switch is hung on an external pin shaft by utilizing a hanging hole 6 at the top to form a state capable of swinging. When the moving machine impacts the travel switch, the travel switch cannot be damaged, and when the moving machine leaves, the travel switch stops after a plurality of swings with decreasing amplitudes to wait for the next limit control. The normally open or normally closed contact signal of the pendulum type travel switch is transmitted to the control relay or the PLC to control the running contactor to be disconnected, so that the running equipment can be controlled to stop.
