In order to guarantee the personal safety in the working process of detection or regular maintenance before commissioning and avoid the occurrence of power grid safety accidents in the power transmission process after maintenance, how to solve the problems of missed hanging, missed dismounting and the like of the grounding wire by using technical means is a great problem in the safe production and management of the power system.

The utilization rate of the ground wire head of the power system is very high, the power system often works in some occasions with poor conditions, and the integration level of the ground wire head with the structure is high, so that the ground wire head and the ground wire pile are fully considered to be anti-falling, anti-collision, waterproof, wear-resistant, low in power consumption and the like.
