1. A control method of a touch key is characterized by mainly comprising the following steps:

a detection step: acquiring a real-time touch value and detection times of the touch key (1) within a preset time;

the comparison module (3) is used for comparing the real-time touch value with the upper limit value and the lower limit value of the preset range;

the judging module (4) is used for judging that the touch key (1) is interfered when the number of times that the real-time touch value output by the comparing module (3) exceeds the preset range is larger than the preset number of times;

and the control module (6) is used for increasing the reference value from the initial reference value to the first reference value when the touch key (1) is determined to be interfered according to the judgment module (4), and returning the reference value to the initial reference value after the interference disappears.

The invention relates to the technical field of household appliances, in particular to a control method and a control device of a touch key and a household appliance.

Background

Because the use experience of the touch key is better than that of the micro switch, more and more household appliances use the touch key. The touch key is not mechanically generated to generate signals by a microswitch, but is realized by an analog circuit, so that the touch key is easily interfered and the key jumping condition is caused. The high-sensitivity key brings good touch experience, and is easy to jump due to external interference; the low-sensitivity keys are less likely to have a key jump, but the keys may not respond properly.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problem that the existing touch key cannot simultaneously give consideration to high sensitivity and high anti-interference capability in the background art, the invention provides a control method, a control device and a household appliance of the touch key.

Detailed Description

In order to better understand the purpose, structure and function of the present invention, the following describes a control method, a control device and a household appliance of a touch key in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1, the method for controlling a touch key of the present invention mainly includes the following steps:

a detection step: acquiring a real-time touch value and detection times of the touch key 1 within a preset time;

a judging step: when the number of times that the real-time touch value exceeds the preset range is larger than the preset number of times, judging that radio frequency conducted interference exists in the touch key 1;

and (3) adjusting: and increasing the reference value from the initial reference value to the first reference value, detecting again until the interference disappears, and adjusting the reference value back to the initial reference value.

Generally, as shown in fig. 2, before the detecting step, an initial reference value obtaining step is further included: before detecting whether the touch key 1 has radio frequency conducted interference, taking an average value of real-time touch values of the touch key 1 acquired within a period of time as an initial reference value. The initial reference value can be adjusted in different detection periods according to the environment, the control method is more flexible, and the sensitivity of the touch key 1 is higher. In addition, the initial reference value may be set to a fixed value, and the initial reference value is smaller than the first reference value.

In the detecting step, the preset time may be a value within a range of 60ms to 120ms, preferably, the preset time is 100ms, the detection time interval between two adjacent touch keys 1 is 10ms to 20ms, and preferably, the detection time interval is 15 ms.

In the judging step, the preset times are 1/3-2/3 of the total times of detection, and integers are taken. The lower limit value of the preset range takes values in the range of-10% to-5% of the initial reference value, and the upper limit value of the preset range takes values in the range of 5% to 10% of the initial reference value.

In the adjusting step, when the touch key 1 is interfered, the maximum value of the acquired real-time touch value is used as a first reference value, the first reference value is larger than an initial reference value, and the next detection period is entered again for detection. When detecting that touch key 1 receives the interference, through increaseing the benchmark value, effectively prevent to appear touch key 1 because of the condition emergence of radio frequency conducted interference cause the key skip, improve the security.

And in the next preset time after the reference value is adjusted, if the detected real-time touch value is in the preset range, judging that the interference disappears, and adjusting the reference value to be the initial reference value.

As shown in fig. 2, in a preset time, if the real-time touch values are all within a preset range, the touch key 1 is not interfered; if the number of times that the real-time touch value exceeds the preset range is less than the preset number of times, the touch key 1 is interfered, but the reference value is not adjusted. When the touch key 1 is not interfered, the method further comprises a touch key response judging step: and calculating a difference value between the real-time touch value and the initial reference value, after filtering the difference value, responding to the touch operation by the touch key 1 if the difference value is greater than or equal to a threshold value, and not responding to the touch operation by the touch key 1 if the difference value is less than the threshold value.

As shown in fig. 3, the present application also provides a control device for a touch key, including:

the touch detection module 2 is electrically connected with the touch key 1 and is used for acquiring a real-time touch value of the touch key 1;

the counting module is used for recording the detection times of detecting the real-time touch value within the preset time;

the storage module 5 is used for storing the initial reference value;

the comparison module 3 is used for comparing the real-time touch value with the upper limit value and the lower limit value of the preset range;

the judging module 4 is used for judging that the touch key 1 is interfered when the times of exceeding the preset range of the real-time touch value output by the comparing module 3 is greater than the preset times;

and the control module 6 is used for increasing the reference value from the initial reference value to the first reference value when the touch key 1 is determined to be interfered by the judgment module 4, and returning the reference value to the initial reference value after the interference disappears.

The control device also comprises a touch key 1 response judging module which is used for responding the touch operation of the touch key 1 when the touch key 1 is not interfered and the difference value between the real-time touch value and the initial reference value is more than or equal to the threshold value.

The preset time can be a value within a range of 60ms to 120ms, preferably, the preset time is 100ms, the detection time interval of two adjacent touch keys 1 is 10ms to 20ms, and preferably, the detection time interval is 15 ms.

The lower limit value of the preset range takes values in the range of-10% to-5% of the initial reference value, and the upper limit value of the preset range takes values in the range of 5% to 10% of the initial reference value.

The preset times are 1/3-2/3 of the total times of detection and are integers.

The application also provides a household appliance which comprises the control device of the touch key. This domestic appliance can be used to little household electrical appliances cooking equipment, like electric rice cooker, electric pressure cooker, electromagnetism stove etc. adopt the cooking equipment of touch button 1, through improving the benchmark value of touch button 1 when having the interference, transfer back to initial benchmark value when the interference disappears, prevent to appear jumping key, phenomenon such as mistake touch takes place, improves domestic appliance's reliability.

According to the control method of the touch key, whether radio frequency conducted interference exists at present is judged by monitoring the fluctuation condition of the real-time touch value of the touch key 1, the reference value of the touch key 1 is synchronously adjusted, when the radio frequency conducted interference is detected, the reference value of the touch key 1 is improved, when the interference disappears, the reference value is adjusted back, the user experience of the touch key 1 is improved, the touch key 1 is prevented from jumping keys when the radio frequency conducted interference exists, and the safety is improved.
