Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of aquatic fish feed, in particular to a compound feed for improving the survival rate and the weight gain rate of eel in a high temperature period and a preparation method thereof.

Background

Eel, another name: eel, white eel, steamed bread, Japanese eel. Eel is a general name of species belonging to the order anguilla, also called eel, is a fish with the appearance similar to long-strip snake shape and has the basic characteristics of fish. Furthermore, eel has migration characteristics similar to salmon. Eel fishes are similar to snakes but have no scales and are generally produced in salt and fresh water boundary sea areas. Eel is mainly distributed in Yangtze river, Minjiang river, Zhujiang river basin, Hainan island and rivers and lakes in China. Eel spawns and breeds in deep sea and grows in fresh water environment. The sexual feeling is violent, the appetite is greedy, the movement is good, the daytime and night appear, the trend of optical rotation is strong, and the people like running water and warm.

The eel is rich in vitamin A and vitamin E, and the content of the eel is 60 times and 9 times of that of common fish. Wherein the vitamin A is 100 times of beef and more than 300 times of pork. The vitamin A and the vitamin E are rich, and the health care tea has great benefits for preventing visual deterioration, protecting the liver and restoring energy. Other vitamins such as vitamin B1 and vitamin B2 are also abundant. Eel also contains abundant "good" fat. The phospholipids contained therein are nutrients indispensable to brain cells. In addition, the eel also contains DHA and EPA (deep sea fish oil component, DHA is docosahexaenoic acid, EPA is eicosapentaenoic acid) which are commonly called as 'brain gold', the content is higher than that of other seafood and meat, and the DHA and EPA are proved to have important function of preventing cardiovascular diseases. In addition, eel also contains a large amount of calcium, and has certain effect of preventing osteoporosis. Most of all, the skin and meat of the eel are rich in collagen, so that the eel can maintain beauty and keep young and delay aging, and is called as an eatable cosmetic. The eel has the obvious defect in nutrition that vitamin C is hardly contained, and the defect can be compensated by matching with some vegetables when eating the eel. Eel has the effects of tonifying deficiency, nourishing blood, eliminating dampness, resisting tuberculosis and the like, and is a good nutrient for patients with long-term illness, weakness, anemia, pulmonary tuberculosis and the like. Eel contains a rare Xiheuoke protein in vivo, has good effects of strengthening essence and invigorating kidney, and is a health food for young couples and middle-aged and elderly people. The eel is a calcium-rich aquatic product, and can increase the blood calcium value and strengthen the body after being eaten frequently. The liver of eel is rich in vitamin A, and is a good food for people with night blindness.

However, because the eel has high nutritive value and medicinal value, the requirement of the cultured eel on the fed compound feed is high. At present, most of eel compound feeds in the prior art have poor effects on the aspects of increasing the survival rate of eels, reducing the morbidity and increasing the weight gain rate of eels for the growth of eels in a high-temperature period.

Therefore, the invention aims to design a compound feed for improving the survival rate and the weight gain rate of eel in the high temperature period and a preparation method thereof, so as to solve the problems.
