A lamp strip 501 is arranged on the end face of the outer side of the arc-shaped plate 5, and a camera 18 is fixed on the inner side of the arc-shaped plate 5. The lamp strip 501 has lights of two colors, when an answerer answers, the lamp strip 501 usually lights a lamp of one color, and when the answerer leaves the seat, the lamp strip 501 lights a lamp of another color. A gravity sensor may be added to the seat 2 to detect whether the answerer is off the seat during the answering process. The base 1, the seat 2, the left armrest 3, the right armrest 4, the arc-shaped plate 5 and the display 17 jointly construct an approximately closed answering environment, so that the person answering the questions can relax more.

As shown in fig. 4, a part of the answering machine 8 leaks out of the right armrest 4, and the other part is located inside the right armrest 4, two rotating shafts 801 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the middle position of the answering machine 8, the rotating shafts 801 are inserted into the inner wall of the right armrest 4, and a first belt pulley 8011 is fixed on one of the rotating shafts 801. Since the rotating shaft 801 is inserted into the inner wall of the right handrail 4, the area of the answerer 8 leaking to the outside of the right handrail 4 is less than half of the total area thereof. The first button area 802 and the second button area 803 are provided in the area where the answering machine 8 leaks out of the right armrest 4. The keys of the first key area 802 and the second key area 803 are all touch keys. The first button area 802 has a confirmation button opposite to the thumb of the user. The second button area 803 is provided with A, B, C, D four buttons, which are opposite to the index finger, middle finger, ring finger and little finger of the user.

As shown in fig. 5, 6 and 7, the right armrest 4 is provided with a motor 9, a water pump 13 and a disinfectant tank 15 inside.

The output end of the motor 9 is provided with a driving wheel 901, and a first synchronous belt 10 is sleeved between the driving wheel 901 and the first belt pulley 8011. The lower end cover of answer ware 8 be equipped with degassing unit 11, 11 inner wall areas of degassing unit are more than or equal to the area that answer ware 8 leaks to right handrail 4 outside, can ensure that answer ware 8 is rotatory back, degassing unit 11 can be with the whole covers of the position that answer ware 8 was contacted by the person of answering, disinfection.

A liquid spraying pipe 12 is arranged below the disinfecting device 11, one end of the liquid spraying pipe 12, which faces the disinfecting device 11, is provided with a plurality of branch pipes 1201, the branch pipes 1201 are inserted into the disinfecting device 11, and the branch pipes 1201 are provided with a plurality of liquid spraying holes. A liquid inlet of the water pump 13 is communicated with the disinfectant tank 15 through a liquid inlet pipe 1303, and a liquid outlet of the water pump 13 is communicated with the liquid spraying pipe 12 through a liquid outlet pipe 1302.

The liquid adding port of the disinfectant tank 15 is positioned at the top surface of the disinfectant tank and is sealed by a blank cap connected by screw threads. The water pump 13 adopts a peristaltic pump, a power shaft of the peristaltic pump is fixed with a second belt pulley 1301, two driving wheels are separated from the driving wheels 901, a first synchronous belt 10 is sleeved between one driving wheel and the first belt pulley 8011, and a second synchronous belt 14 is sleeved between the other belt pulley and the second belt pulley 1301. After the motor 9 is started, the water pump 13 is driven to operate and the answering machine 8 is driven to rotate.

In order to facilitate the rotation of the answering machine 8, the power supply and the signal transmission of the answering machine 8 are not affected. As shown in fig. 8 to fig. 10, a first pulley 8011 is fixed at one end of the rotating shaft 801 at two sides of the answering machine 8, and a first electric disc 8012 is fixed at the other end of the rotating shaft 801. The first electric pad 8012 is electrically connected to the keys of the first key area 802 and the second key area 803 of the answering machine 8.

One side of the answering machine 8 is provided with an electricity connecting box 19, and the electricity connecting box 19 is arranged inside the right handrail 4. Connect inside electric box 19 along the axis direction be equipped with each other link up the electric chamber 1901 and the displacement chamber 1902 of connecting, connect electric chamber 1901 and be close to answer ware 8, first connect electric dish 8012 to wear to establish to connect inside electric chamber 1901.

The inside of the power connection cavity 1901 is provided with a second electric connecting disc 20, one side of the second electric connecting disc 20, which faces away from the answering device 8, is provided with a shaft 2001, the diameter of the shaft 2001 is smaller than that of the second electric connecting disc 20, and the tail end of the shaft 2001 penetrates into the displacement cavity 1902.

The shaft 2001 is sleeved with a thrust spring 23, and two ends of the thrust spring 23 are respectively contacted with the side surfaces of the second electric connecting disc 20 and the electric connecting cavity 1901.

Under the pushing of the thrust spring 23, the second electric connecting disc 20 is always in contact with the first electric connecting disc 8012, the contact mode and the related electrical connection relation of the second electric connecting disc 20 and the first electric connecting disc 8012 are the same as those of a slip ring, and in order to improve the electric conduction efficiency of the second electric connecting disc 20 and the first electric connecting disc 8012, the contact surfaces of the second electric connecting disc 20 and the first electric connecting disc 8012 are made of copper. The opposite surfaces of the second electric connecting disc 20 and the first electric connecting disc 8012 are respectively provided with at least three copper rings, and the three copper rings are sleeved with each other and respectively used for transmitting positive and negative electrodes and signals.

A first alarm touch plate 2002 is fixed on the outer side of the circumferential surface of the tail end of the shaft 2001, the first alarm touch plate 2002 is arranged in the displacement cavity 1902 in a sliding manner, and a second alarm touch plate 21 is fixed on the end surface of the displacement cavity 1902 at one side of the answer device 8.

The end face of the first alarm touch plate 2002 facing downwards and the end face of the second alarm touch plate 21 are convexly provided with a first contact 2003, the end face of the second alarm touch plate 21 facing towards the first alarm touch plate 2002 is provided with a second contact 2101, the first contact 2003 and the second contact 2101 are arranged at intervals, and the distance between the first contact 2003 and the second contact 2101 is the maximum thickness of the abrasion of copper rings which are arranged at intervals between the first contact 2003 and the second contact 2101 and are in mutual contact.

The end of the shaft 2001 is connected with a first lead 2004, the first lead 2004 penetrates the power connection box 19, the first lead 2004 is electrically connected with the control device, and the first lead 2004 is electrically connected with the first contact 2003 and the second power connection disc 20.

The second contact 2101 is electrically connected with a second wire 2102, and the end of the second wire 2102 is inserted outside the power receiving box 19 and connected with an alarm 22. After the first contact 2003 is contacted with the second contact 2101, the alarm 22 gives an alarm, and the second electric connecting disc 20 and the first electric connecting disc 8012 need to be replaced.

The mental health degree evaluation test method comprises the following steps:

D. when the answer is finished, the answer person leaves the seat, the motor 9 drives the answer device 8 to rotate, the water pump 13 injects disinfectant into the disinfection device 11 through the liquid spraying pipe 12, the part of the answer device 8 originally leaking to the outside of the right handrail 4 rotates into the disinfection device 11 to be disinfected, and the answer device is reset after being disinfected;

E. the first electric disc 8012 provides power and signal transmission functions for the answering machine 8, under the pushing of the thrust spring 23, the second electric disc 20 is always in contact with the first electric disc 8012 and is electrically connected with the first electric disc 8012, as the number of turns of the first electric disc 8012 is increased, the contact surface of the first electric disc 8012 and the second electric disc 20 is abraded, the thickness of the first electric disc 8012 and the second electric disc 20 is reduced, the tail end of the shaft 2001 moves towards one side of the first electric disc 8012, when the abrasion amount of the first electric disc 8012 and the second electric disc 20 reaches the maximum value, the first contact 2003 is in contact with the second contact 2101, and the alarm 22 starts to give an alarm after supplying power to remind a maintenance person to replace the first electric disc 8012 and the second electric disc 20.
