The connecting rod is arranged in the pillow main body and is matched with the end caps to be fixed on the fixed pillow mechanism, in order to prevent the fixed pillow mechanisms at two ends from moving outwards, the connecting rod is arranged to penetrate through the inside of the pillow main body, the end caps are arranged on the fixed pillow mechanism and are matched with the connecting rod to generate a pulling force towards the center, part of displacement of the fixed pillow mechanism moving outwards is counteracted, and the fixing force of the fixed pillow mechanism is increased; the two ends of the connecting rod are provided with threads, and the end caps are rotatably connected with the connecting rod, so that the loose pillow fixing mechanism can be fastened at any time, and the convenience and labor saving are realized; the whole fastening and adjusting device is arranged inside the treatment pillow, so that the space is fully utilized, no additional external shape is added, and the attractiveness of the pillow is kept.

Because the fixed pillow mechanism can deform after being stressed, if the position of the fastening adjusting device is excessively concentrated at the center of the fixed pillow mechanism, the pulling force of the fastening adjusting device applied to two ends of the fixed pillow mechanism is reduced, so that the conditions of middle fastening and loosening of bamboo strips at two ends occur, and therefore, the projections of two groups of fastening adjusting devices respectively arranged in the areas of the first protruding part and the second protruding part on the horizontal plane where the bottom surface is located are between the projections of the highest points of the first protruding part and the second protruding part on the horizontal plane where the bottom surface is located and the projections of the front end point of the front arc-shaped transition area and the rear end point of the rear arc-shaped transition area on the horizontal plane where the bottom surface is located.

The bottoms of the two pillow fixing mechanisms are also provided with additional connecting mechanisms, and the height of the therapeutic pillow is increased by connecting the additional mechanisms.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the treatment pillow is provided with at least two groups of fastening adjusting devices, so that the fastening adjusting devices generate pulling force towards the center, part of displacement of the fixed pillow mechanism moving towards the outside is counteracted, the probability of deformation of the fixed pillow mechanism is reduced, the supporting force and stability of the fixed pillow mechanism are increased, the fastening effect is improved, and the fastening adjusting devices are rotatably connected with the end caps through the connecting rods and the threads of the end caps, so that the adjustment at any time is facilitated. The whole fastening and adjusting device is arranged inside the treatment pillow, so that the space is fully utilized, no additional external shape is added, and the attractiveness of the pillow is kept.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment is a therapeutic pillow, which comprises a pillow body formed by bamboo strips 1, a pillow fixing mechanism 2 at two ends of the pillow body, and two sets of fastening adjusting devices. The inner side of the fixed pillow mechanism 2 is provided with jacks, two ends of the bamboo strip 1 are inserted into the jacks at the inner side of the fixed pillow mechanism 2, and the jacks are uniformly distributed along the outline curve of the fixed pillow mechanism 2. Fixed pillow mechanism 2 is the irregular physique that has two bulges, is equipped with concave position 5 on two terminal surfaces of fixed pillow mechanism 2, is equipped with hole 6 in the concave position 5, fastening adjusting device includes connecting rod 3 and connects the end cap 4 at the connecting rod both ends, and connecting rod 3 passes hole 6, and screw 7 on the connecting rod 3 respectively with two end cap 4 swivelling joints.
