In order to reduce the dead angle of the inspection; as shown in fig. 1-5, the outer walls of both sides of the inspection plate 1 are fixed with the same screw electric slide rail 5 through bolts, the output end of the screw electric slide rail 5 is connected with the same arc moving frame 2 in a sliding manner, the outer wall of the top of the arc moving frame 2 is connected with an adjusting screw 3 in a rotating manner, the outer wall of the bottom of the adjusting screw 3 is connected with an arc seat 10 in a rotating manner through a bearing, the outer wall of the top of the arc seat 10 is fixed with two guide pillars 4 through bolts, the outer walls of the circumferences of the two guide pillars 4 are connected with the inner wall of the arc moving frame 2 in a sliding manner, the outer wall of one side of the arc seat 10 is connected with more than two friction rollers one 22 and two friction rollers two 23 in a rotating manner through bearings, the outer wall of the circumferences of the more than two friction rollers one 22, the output end of the small motor 21 is connected to the input end of one of the second friction rollers 23 through a coupler, and a protection component is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the conveyor belt 9 through a countersunk head bolt; the electric slide rail 5 of the screw rod can drive the arc-shaped moving frame 2 to slide along the arc-shaped moving frame 2, thereby facilitating the subsequent reduction of dead angles for examining the pregnant woman, the arc-shaped seat 10 can be driven to move upwards by rotating the adjusting screw rod 3, so that the distance between the arc seat 10 and the abdomen of the pregnant woman can be adjusted according to the size of the abdomen of the pregnant woman, thereby protecting the pregnant woman, limiting the conveying belt 9 by arranging more than two friction rollers I22 and two friction rollers II 23, thereby the conveyor belt 9 can move in a ring shape under the driving of the small motor 21, and simultaneously, as the whole abdomen of the pregnant woman is in a circular arc shape, the follow-up laminating degree between check out test set and the pregnant woman belly when detecting can be guaranteed, the accuracy that detects is improved, and the length of friction roller 22 is less than the length of friction roller two 23 to be convenient for conveyer belt 9 fixes the protection subassembly.

In order to protect the abdomen of the pregnant woman; as shown in fig. 1-8, the protection assembly includes a connecting column 25 and a universal ball rod 31, the outer wall of the top of the connecting column 25 is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the conveyor belt 9 through bolts, the outer wall of the circumference of the universal ball rod 31 is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the bottom of the connecting column 25, the outer wall of the circumference of the connecting column 25 is fixed with a buffer shell 11 through bolts, the outer wall of the bottom of the universal ball rod 31 is fixed with a guard plate 30 through bolts, the outer wall of the periphery of the guard plate 30 is clamped with more than two springs 29, one ends of the more than two springs 29, which are far away from the guard plate 30, are respectively clamped on the inner; can make it carry out the free rotation along spliced pole 25 bottom inner wall through being provided with universal club 31, utilize two 29 springs to reduce the impact and the injury that inspection mechanism caused its belly when examining the pregnant woman simultaneously when prescribing a limit to universal club 31's turned angle, because the pregnant woman makes the belly need spill in the inspection, consequently can keep warm the pregnant woman belly through heating element, avoid the pregnant woman to appear the bodily discomfort.

In order to preserve the heat of the abdomen of the pregnant woman; as shown in fig. 1 to 8, the heating assembly includes a buffer member 32 and a fixing frame 35, the buffer member 32 is fixed to the outer wall of the bottom of the guard plate 30 by bolts, the fixing frame 35 is fixed to the outer wall of the bottom of the buffer member 32 by bolts, an air guide tube 34 is fixed to the outer wall of the bottom of the fixing frame 35 by bolts, a guide ball 33 is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the bottom of the air guide tube 34, a limiting hole plate 40 is welded to the inner wall of the circumference of the air guide tube 34, an arc-shaped fan blade 24 is rotatably connected to the outer wall of the top of the limiting hole plate 40, a fan 26 and a heating box 27 are fixed to the outer wall of the top of the guard plate 30 by bolts, the output end of the fan 26 is connected to the outer wall of one; the position of the checking mechanism can be roughly adjusted by rotating the adjusting screw rod 3, so that the checking mechanism can be attached to the abdomen of the pregnant woman, meanwhile, because the abdomen of the pregnant woman is in an irregular arc shape, the joint degree of the detection mechanism and the abdomen of the pregnant woman can be ensured within a small range by arranging the buffer part 32, the guide ball 33 is arranged to ensure that the air guide tube 34 can freely move at any position of the abdomen of the pregnant woman, the limit pore plate 40 can limit the guide ball 33 to enable the guide ball to protrude from the bottom of the air guide tube 34, the L-shaped tube 36 can guide the air heated by the heating box 27 into the air guide tube 34, due to the centrifugal action of the gas, the arc-shaped fan blades 24 can be driven to rotate, so that the hot air guiding speed is increased, the air holes are formed in the air duct 34 and the limiting hole plate 40, and the hot air can uniformly act on the abdomen of the pregnant woman through the bottom of the air duct 34.

For the purpose of examination of a pregnant woman; as shown in fig. 6-8, the inspection mechanism includes a containing seat 37, a clamping screw 38 and a clamping plate 39, the containing seat 37 is fixed on the circumferential outer wall of the air duct 34 by bolts, the clamping screw 38 is rotatably connected to the outer wall of one side of the containing seat 37, the clamping plate 39 is rotatably connected to the outer wall of one side of the clamping screw 38 by a bearing, the same B-ultrasonic probe 28 is clamped between the inner wall of one side of the clamping plate 39 and the inner wall of one side of the containing seat 37, and the B-ultrasonic probe 28 is connected to the output end of the inspection display device 8 by a data line; the pregnant woman can be examined by the B-ultrasonic probe 28, the B-ultrasonic probe 28 can be clamped and fixed by the clamping plate 39 by rotating the clamping screw 38, and the B-ultrasonic probe 28 can guide the examination result into the examination display device 8 in an electric signal mode for processing, so that the abdomen of the pregnant woman is developed by the examination display device 8.

When the device is used and a pregnant woman is examined, the pregnant woman lies on the surface of the examination plate 1, the base 19 is extruded by the weight of the pregnant woman, so that the piston pushing assembly 16 extrudes the couplant inside the sleeve 17, the hole-shaped coating plate 42 collects the couplant, medical staff uniformly coats the couplant on the abdomen of the pregnant woman through the hole-shaped coating plate 42 and then rotates the adjusting screw rod 3, the sensing end of the B ultrasonic probe 28 can be attached to the abdomen of the pregnant woman, the screw rod electric slide rail 5 is controlled, the B ultrasonic probe 28 performs B ultrasonic examination on the abdomen of the pregnant woman, hot air is blown to the abdomen of the pregnant woman through the fan 26 and the containing seat 37 in the examination process, the phenomenon that the abdomen of the pregnant woman is exposed to catch a cold for a long time is avoided, and discomfort caused by the B ultrasonic probe 28 to the abdomen of the pregnant woman can be reduced by the arrangement of the protection plate 30 and the buffer 32, meanwhile, the abdomen of the pregnant woman is of a semicircular arc structure as a whole, and the buffer piece 32 can ensure the fitting degree between the B-ultrasonic probe 28 and the abdomen of the pregnant woman, so that the inspection accuracy is ensured.
