Technical Field

Background

The denture base is a part of removable partial denture to connect the artificial tooth with the denture. The base is covered on the alveolar ridge of the missing tooth, can connect all parts of the false tooth into a whole, is a base for arranging the artificial teeth, and uniformly transmits the force born by the artificial teeth to the bracket on the oral tissue. Is made of metal and/or resin.

The denture base is usually lined with a soft lining material on the base, the most common denture soft lining material on the market at present and the most clinically applied denture soft lining material is acrylic soft plastic and silicon rubber material, and the inventor finds that the prior art has the following defects: the acrylate soft plastic and the resin base body can form strong adhesion, but the material loses elasticity and becomes hard in a watery environment for a long time, so that the service life is shortened; the elasticity of the silicone rubber cushioning material is a characteristic inherent to the material itself, and can provide good elasticity for a long period of time, but the adhesion between the silicone rubber cushioning material and the resin base body is poor.

Dentures, commonly known as dentures, are artificial teeth that can replace missing natural teeth and are used to restore the integrity and physiological functions of dentition. The typical denture is a complete denture that attaches an artificial dentition to a base. Since the base of such a denture is very hard, it may be uncomfortable to contact with soft tissues in the mouth of a person for a long time, which may cause pain, and even may be unwilling to wear.

In order to improve the discomfort caused after the denture base is contacted with the oral cavity of a human body for a long time, the application provides a denture base injection molding process.

Optionally, in step S3, the coated silicone rubber is shaped in step S2, and the molded silicone rubber is inspected for the inner forehead surface.

By adopting the technical scheme, a worker needs to perform quality inspection on the inner forehead surface of the silicon rubber to check whether the gum is clear or not and whether the edge of the wax base support is complete or not, and determine the place without damage.

Optionally, in step S4, the silicone rubber removed from the artificial tooth is trimmed.

Optionally, in step S6, a certain proportion of glue solution is prepared and filled into the silicone rubber through an injector.

Optionally, in step S6, the working model and the silicone rubber filled with the glue solution are placed into an injection molding pot for processing and shaping.

Optionally, in step S6, excess glue on the work model at the glue injection port and the air exhaust port is ground.

Detailed Description

The present application is described in further detail below with reference to fig. 1.

The embodiment of the application discloses a denture base injection molding process, which comprises the following steps:

s1: checking and confirming a dental model to be manufactured;

before preparing the dental model to be processed, whether the requirements on the design list to be processed are consistent or not is confirmed, and the problem that the dental model to be processed is not matched with the actual requirements due to negligence of workers, so that the waste of resources is caused is avoided.

S2, taking and manufacturing a proper amount of silicon rubber, and then coating the silicon rubber on the artificial tooth model;

S4: correcting the shaped silicon rubber;

the removed dental model is repaired with a scalpel in step S3, taking care that the silicone rubber covers at least half of the abutment, the wax base must be completely covered 2-3 mm from the edge of the wax base, and then the excess silicone rubber is cut off.

S5: arranging a glue injection port on the silicon rubber;

the method comprises the steps of firstly, forming a glue injection opening communicated with the interior of the silicon rubber at the position, close to the middle of the wax base support, of the tongue side of the repaired silicon rubber by using a split drill, then symmetrically forming a pair of exhaust openings at the edge position, located on the lip and cheek side, of the silicon rubber by using the split drill, and expanding the glue injection opening at the formed glue injection opening and the exhaust openings by using a small pineapple drill to facilitate subsequent glue injection.

S6: processing and shaping the denture base;

the artificial teeth on the working model are taken down and placed in a tooth box to be stored, loss is prevented, the working model is placed in a three-layer net, boiling water is used for boiling for 2-3 minutes until the wax on the working model is completely purified, then the working model after the wax is removed is carefully cleaned by a steam engine until the working model is in a state without the wax and other impurities, in the process of cleaning the working model and the support, the working model and the support are cleaned separately to prevent the support from being cleaned unclean, then the working model is placed in warm clear water to be soaked for about 10 minutes, then the working model and the silicon rubber after the hole is drilled are blown clean by an air gun, and in the process of cleaning the silicon rubber, the silicon rubber and other impurities are prevented from being stored in the silicon rubber.

Placing the taken-down artificial tooth into a tooth net, boiling the artificial tooth for about one minute with boiled water, then blowing the artificial tooth clean with steam, punching a fixing groove on the back surface of the tooth with a small sand sheet, then placing the artificial tooth with the punched fixing groove into denture water for soaking for 3-5 seconds, taking out the artificial tooth, wiping the artificial tooth with toilet paper, then placing back the silicon rubber, and in the process of placing the artificial tooth back to the silicon rubber, dipping a little glue on the buccal surface of the tooth to ensure that the artificial tooth and the silicon rubber can be completely attached.

And drying the soaked working model by blowing, coating a separating agent on the surface of the working model, and preventing the separating agent from being coated too thickly in the process of drawing the separating agent.

The bracket is worn on the working model, the bracket and the working model are required to be tightly attached, then the silicon rubber is attached back to the working model, and the silicon rubber and the model are required to be completely attached tightly.

Then, mixing the following components in a glue solution ratio of 1: 1.7 mixing glue (pouring the measured injection water into a paper cup, pouring a proper amount of injection powder into the paper cup, stirring clockwise for about 20 seconds, sucking into an injector, and taking care to completely discharge bubbles in the injector to start injection molding).

After the glue is reacted and injected into the silica gel in the wire drawing period, the glue solution is uniformly forced until the air vent hole discharges the glue, and the injector is pulled out while pushing the glue to prevent air bubbles.

And (3) putting the work model filled with the glue into an injection molding pot, pressing the work model into the injection molding pot for 30 minutes (the water temperature is about 55 ℃, and the water in the pot is required to completely cover the model) under the pressure of 2.5-4P, removing the silica gel after the glue is solidified, and grinding the redundant glue at the glue inlet and the glue outlet.

And (4) putting the model back to the jaw frame again for checking jaw biting, taking down the false tooth for polishing after determining that the jaw biting is not wrong.

Polishing the dental model by using a 200-mesh polishing machine, brightening after polishing, and finally steaming and washing by using a steam engine to remove impurities on the dental model.
