Background

Vast ocean has abundant renewable energy sources, wave energy is used as one of the ocean energy renewable energy sources, the reserve is huge, the wave energy resources are developed and utilized, the problem of shortage of traditional fossil energy sources and the problem of environmental pollution caused by the use of the fossil energy sources can be effectively relieved, and therefore wave energy power generation has wide application prospects. The wave energy power generation device is mainly divided into an oscillating water column type, a wave-crossing type and an oscillating body type according to the working principle, wherein the oscillating water column type wave energy device is not easy to corrode because an air turbine of the oscillating water column type wave energy device is not directly contacted with seawater, and the device has the advantages of simple structure and high reliability and is widely researched and applied at present. Energy conversion from wave energy to electric energy generally needs to be carried out three times: the wave enters the air chamber to form an oscillating water column, so that the air in the air chamber is forced to form a reciprocating air flow at the air hole, the wave energy is converted into air kinetic energy, and the first conversion of the energy is completed; the airflow drives the air turbine to rotate, and the air kinetic energy is converted into mechanical energy of the turbine to finish the second conversion of the energy; finally, the turbine drives the generator to work, mechanical energy is converted into electric energy, and third conversion of the energy is completed.

Early oscillating water column wave energy power generation devices are mostly of shore-based fixed structures, and due to the fact that the wave energy density of near shore is relatively low, the power generation power of the devices is limited to a certain extent, and large-scale commercialization of the devices is not facilitated. The floating oscillating water column wave energy device can overcome the problems and can develop and utilize deep and open sea wave energy with richer wave energy resources. Oscillating water column wave energy devices require that the wave frequency be close to the device frequency, which is a significant energy conversion efficiency. Therefore, in order to improve the energy conversion efficiency of the device and widen the effective frequency bandwidth of the device, the oscillating water column wave energy device with a double-chamber structure is adopted in the invention.

The wave energy device needs to bear the action of various environmental loads such as waves, ocean currents, wind and the like when working, and the living environment is severe. Especially, under the action of short wave, the transmission capacity of the device is weak, so that large reflection can be generated in front of the device, the energy conversion efficiency of the device is low, large wave load is generated, and the safe operation of the device is threatened. The permeable structure has a good energy dissipation effect on waves, and is widely applied to ocean engineering structures needing wave dissipation. Therefore, the invention provides that the permeable structure is added around the double-air-chamber oscillating water column wave energy device, so that the energy conversion efficiency of the device can be improved, the effective frequency bandwidth of the device can be widened, certain energy dissipation can be performed on waves, particularly short waves, the wave load borne by the device can be reduced, and the survival capability of the device can be improved.
