The invention relates to the field of kitchens and bathrooms, in particular to a faucet control box.

Background

Along with the improvement of living standard of people, the requirement of people on daily disinfection is gradually improved, and the disinfection effect is required to be efficient, environment-friendly and free of residue. Ozone has excellent disinfection performance because of its ability to purify air, sterilize and disinfect, so it is widely used in various disinfection fields.

In public places, families, hospitals and other places, water flow sent by the faucet is needed for washing hands, cleaning fruits, vegetables, devices and the like, so that ozone water flowing out of the faucet is used for disinfection in the places, and different use requirements of users can be greatly met. At present, a faucet capable of outputting ozone water generally adopts an ozone water generating device to generate ozone water, the ozone water generating device can mix water flow and ozone to generate ozone water, the generated ozone water flows out through an ozone water channel through a water outlet nozzle of the faucet, and the ozone water generating device is generally arranged below a faucet table.

For the existing induction tap with the induction control function, the electromagnetic valve is required to be matched with the electromagnetic valve to realize the on-off control of the water channel, the electromagnetic valve of the induction tap is arranged in the induction control box, and the induction control box is arranged below the surface of the tap table.

The existing faucet can output ozone water, and has an induction control function, so that an ozone water generation device and an induction control box need to be arranged at the same time, the overall structure of the faucet is messy, and the ozone water generation device and the induction control box are difficult to be arranged below the faucet table board at the same time due to the fact that the installation space below the faucet table board is limited.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a faucet control box, which can output ozone water and realize on-off control of a water path.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the solution of the invention is:

a faucet control box comprises a box body, an electromagnetic valve and an ozone water generating device; the box body is matched with a first water inlet joint, a second water inlet joint, a first water outlet joint and a second water outlet joint; the electromagnetic valve is matched in the box body, and the water inlet end and the water outlet end of the electromagnetic valve are respectively connected with the first water inlet joint and the first water outlet joint; the ozone water generating device is matched in the box body, and the water inlet end and the water outlet end of the ozone water generating device are respectively connected with the second water inlet joint and the second water outlet joint.

A connecting water pipe is matched in the box body; the connecting water pipe is divided into a water inlet section, a water passing section and a water outlet section which are connected in sequence; the end part of the water inlet section is connected with a first water inlet joint, and the side wall of the water inlet section is provided with an electromagnetic valve water inlet connected with the water inlet end of an electromagnetic valve; the end part of the water outlet section is connected with a first water outlet joint, and the side wall of the water outlet section is provided with an electromagnetic valve water outlet connected with the water outlet end of the electromagnetic valve; the water passing section is matched with a manual opening and closing piece for opening and closing the water passing section, and the box body is provided with an operation hole corresponding to the manual opening and closing piece.

The inner end of the manual opening and closing piece is rotatably matched in the water passing section, the inner end of the manual opening and closing piece is matched with a sealing gasket, and the sealing gasket rotates to seal the communication part between the water passing section and the water outlet section; the outer end of the manual opening and closing piece extends out of the water passing section, and the operation hole of the box body is arranged right opposite to the outer end of the manual opening and closing piece.

And a groove is formed in the end face of the outer end of the manual opening and closing piece.

The ozone water generating device comprises an ejector with a water inlet, a water outlet and a gas inlet and an ozone generator for generating ozone; the ejector and the ozone generator are matched in the box body, and the air outlet end of the ozone generator is connected with the air inlet of the ejector; the water inlet of the ejector is the water inlet end of the ozone water generating device, and the water outlet of the ejector is the water outlet end of the ozone water generating device.

And a one-way valve is connected between the air outlet end of the ozone generator and the air inlet of the ejector in series and is used for controlling the one-way conduction from the air outlet end of the ozone generator to the air inlet of the ejector.

The box body is provided with an air vent; the air inlet end of the ozone generator is connected with the air vent through an air inlet pipe; the side wall of the air inlet pipe is provided with a mounting hole, and a gas flow sensor used for controlling the operation of the ozone generator is matched in the mounting hole.

The tap control box also comprises a control circuit board matched in the box body, and the control circuit board is electrically connected with the electromagnetic valve, the ozone generator and the gas flow sensor respectively.

The box body is matched with a power switch and a power supply connector, and the power switch and the power supply connector are electrically connected with the control circuit board.

The box body can also be matched with an indicating circuit board electrically connected with the control circuit board, and the indicating circuit board is provided with an electromagnetic valve working indicating lamp for indicating the working state of the electromagnetic valve and an ozone working indicating lamp for indicating the working state of the ozone generator; the box body is provided with a light-transmitting area corresponding to the electromagnetic valve work indicator lamp and the ozone work indicator lamp.

After the scheme is adopted, the faucet control box comprises a box body, and an electromagnetic valve and an ozone water generation device which are matched in the box body; the electromagnetic valve can realize the on-off control of the water path, and the ozone water generating device can output ozone water. Therefore, the faucet control box can output ozone water and can realize on-off control of a water path; therefore, for the faucet which can output ozone water and realize induction control, the faucet is only provided with the faucet control box, so that the structure of the faucet is simplified, and the installation space is greatly saved.

Detailed Description

In order to further explain the technical solution of the present invention, the present invention is explained in detail by the following specific examples.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present invention discloses a faucet control box, which comprises a box body 1, an electromagnetic valve 2 and an ozone water generating device 3; the box body 1 is matched with a first water inlet joint 11, a second water inlet joint 12, a first water outlet joint 13 and a second water outlet joint 14; the electromagnetic valve 2 is matched in the box body 1, and the water inlet end and the water outlet end of the electromagnetic valve 2 are respectively connected with the first water inlet joint 11 and the first water outlet joint 13; the ozone water generating device 3 is matched in the box body 1, and the water inlet end and the water outlet end of the ozone water generating device 3 are respectively connected with the second water inlet joint 12 and the second water outlet joint 14. The on-off of the electromagnetic valve 2 can control whether the first water inlet joint 11 is communicated with the first water outlet joint 13 or not, so that the on-off control of a water path is realized; the ozone water generating device 3 can mix the water flow input from the second water inlet joint 12 with the ozone to generate ozone water, and the ozone water generated by the ozone water generating device 3 is output through the second water outlet joint 14, so that the faucet control box of the invention can output the ozone water. Therefore, the faucet control box can output ozone water and can realize on-off control of a water path; therefore, for the faucet which needs to output ozone water and can realize induction control, the faucet only needs to be provided with the faucet control box, and the structure of the faucet is simplified.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the box body 1 may include a box cover 101 and a box base 102 connected to the box cover 101; the cartridge cover 101 and the cartridge base 102 may be detachably connected to facilitate subsequent maintenance of the electromagnetic valve 2 and the ozone water generating apparatus 3.

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 3 to 5, a connecting water pipe 15 is fitted in the box body 1; the connecting water pipe 15 is divided into a water inlet section 151, a water passing section 152 and a water outlet section 153 which are connected in sequence; the end part of the water inlet section 151 is connected with a first water inlet joint 11, and the side wall of the water inlet section 151 is provided with an electromagnetic valve water inlet 1511 connected with the water inlet end of the electromagnetic valve 2; the end part of the water outlet section 153 is connected with a first water outlet joint 13, and the side wall of the water outlet section 153 is provided with an electromagnetic valve water outlet 1531 connected with the water outlet end of the electromagnetic valve 2; the water passing section 152 is matched with a manual opening and closing piece 4 for opening and closing the water passing section 152, and the box body 1 is provided with an operation hole 16 corresponding to the manual opening and closing piece 4 so that people can operate the manual opening and closing piece 4. In a normal state, the manual opening and closing part 4 closes the water passing section 152, and the on-off state of the electromagnetic valve 2 controls whether the water inlet section 151 is communicated with the water outlet section 153 or not, so that whether the first water inlet joint 11 is communicated with the first water outlet joint 13 or not is controlled; when the electromagnetic valve 2 is in a closed state due to the fact that the electromagnetic valve 2 does not have a working power supply or is damaged, people can open and close the water passing section 152 through the manual opening and closing piece 4, and further whether the water inlet section 151 is communicated with the water outlet section 153 or not is controlled, manual water outlet control is achieved, and the electromagnetic valve 2 can be conveniently used when the electromagnetic valve 2 does not have the working power supply or is damaged. The connecting water pipe 15 can be locked with the box base 102 of the box body 1 through a screw, a connecting sheet 154 is arranged on the connecting water pipe 15, and the electromagnetic valve 2 can be locked with the connecting sheet 154 through a screw; the solenoid valve water inlet 1511 and the solenoid valve water outlet 1531 connected to the water pipe 15 can be arranged in the same direction, that is, the solenoid valve water inlet 1511 and the solenoid valve water outlet 1531 are located on the same side of the water pipe 15; the inner end of the manual opening and closing piece 4 is rotatably matched in the water passing section 152, the inner end of the manual opening and closing piece 4 is matched with the sealing gasket 41, the sealing gasket 41 rotatably seals the communication part of the water passing section 152 and the water outlet section 153 to open and close the water passing section 152, the outer end of the manual opening and closing piece 4 extends out of the water passing section 153, the end face of the outer end of the manual opening and closing piece 4 is provided with a groove 42 so that people can rotate the manual opening and closing piece 4 through a screwdriver or a hard sheet, and the operation hole 16 of the box body 1 is arranged right opposite to the outer end of the manual opening and closing piece 4 so that people can rotate the manual opening and closing piece 4.

As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the ozone water generating apparatus 3 includes an ejector 31 having a water inlet 3111, a water outlet 3112 and a gas inlet 3113, and an ozone generator 32 for generating ozone; the ejector 31 and the ozone generator 32 are fitted in the case body 1, and an air outlet end of the ozone generator 32 is connected to an air inlet 3113 of the ejector 31, a water inlet 3111 of the ejector 31 is a water inlet end of the ozone water generating device 3, and a water outlet 3112 of the ejector 31 is a water outlet end of the ozone water generating device 3. When the water flow entering from the second water inlet joint 13 enters the ejector 31, negative pressure is generated inside the ejector 31 to suck the ozone generated by the ozone generator 32 into the ejector 31, the ozone sucked into the ejector 31 is mixed with the water flow entering the ejector 31 to form ozone water, the ozone water is output from the water outlet of the ejector 31, and the ozone water output from the ejector 31 is finally output from the second water outlet joint 14 to the outside of the box body 1.

As shown in fig. 4, the ejector 31 may include a body 311 and a nozzle 312, and the body 311 may be connected to the cartridge seat 102 of the cartridge 1 by screw fastening or clamping; the body 311 is provided with a water inlet 3111, a mixing chamber 3114, a water outlet passage 3115 and a water outlet 3112 in sequence along the axial direction; an air inlet 3113 of the ejector 3 is formed in the side wall of the body 31, and the air inlet 3113 is communicated with the mixing cavity 3114; the aperture of the mixing cavity 3114 may be larger than the aperture of the water outlet passage 3115; the nozzle 312 is inserted into the water inlet 3111 and the mixing cavity 3114, a spout 3121 with a gradually reduced aperture is formed in the nozzle 312, the spout 3121 communicates the water inlet 3111 and the water mixing cavity 3114, and the spout 3121 faces the water outlet passage 3115; when water enters the water inlet 3111, the water flow is accelerated by the nozzle 312 and then enters the mixing cavity 3114, the accelerated water flow generates negative pressure in the mixing cavity 3114, and ozone generated by the ozone generator 32 is sucked into the mixing cavity 3114 through the air inlet 3113, so that the ozone and the water flow are mixed to form ozone water, and the ozone water is output through the water outlet 3115 and the water outlet 3112.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, a check valve 33 may be connected in series between the outlet end of the ozone generator 32 and the inlet 3113 of the ejector 31, and the check valve 33 is used to control the one-way conduction from the outlet end of the ozone generator 32 to the inlet 3113 of the ejector 31. The invention can prevent the water flow in the ejector 31 from flowing backwards into the ozone generator 32 through the one-way valve 33 to cause the damage of the ozone generator 32. Two ends of the one-way valve 33 are respectively connected with the air outlet end of the ozone generator 32 and the air inlet 3113 of the ejector 31 through a first air pipe 34 and a second air pipe 35, and the second air pipe 35 can be connected with the air inlet 3113 of the ejector 31 through a connecting head 351.

As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the box body 1 is provided with a vent 17, and the vent 17 may be disposed on a sidewall of the box base 102; the air inlet end of the ozone generator 32 is connected with the air vent 17 through an air inlet pipe 36, the side wall of the air inlet pipe 36 is provided with a mounting hole 361, a gas flow sensor 37 used for controlling whether the ozone generator 32 works or not is matched in the mounting hole 361, the gas flow sensor 37 can sense whether gas flows in the air inlet pipe 36 or not, and the gas flow sensor 37 can adopt a microphone; when the ejector 31 is filled with water to generate negative pressure, external air enters the ozone generator 32 through the air vent 17 and the air inlet pipe 36, the air flow sensor 37 senses that air flows in the air inlet pipe 36 to control the ozone generator 32 to work, the ozone generator 32 works to enable the air entering the ozone generator 32 to react to generate ozone, and the generated ozone is input into the ejector 31 again, so that the ozone generator 32 automatically works as long as the ejector 31 is filled with water, and the use of people is facilitated.

As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the faucet control box of the present invention may further include a control circuit board 5, the control circuit board 5 is fitted in the box body 1, the control circuit board 5 is electrically connected to the electromagnetic valve 2, the ozone generator 32 and the gas flow sensor 37, respectively, the control circuit board 5 may control the operating state of the ozone generator 32 according to the signal of the gas flow sensor 37, so that the ozone generator 32 automatically operates when the water enters the jet device 31; the control circuit board 5 is also used for being connected with an external sensor, and the control circuit board 5 can control the on-off of the electromagnetic valve 2 according to the signal of the external sensor; as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 3, an indicating circuit board 6 electrically connected to the control circuit board 5 may be further fitted in the case 1, and the indicating circuit board 6 is provided with an electromagnetic valve operation indicating lamp 61 for indicating the operation state of the electromagnetic valve 2 and an ozone operation indicating lamp 62 for indicating the operation state of the ozone generator 32; the box cover 101 of the box body 1 is provided with a light-transmitting area corresponding to the solenoid valve operation indicator lamp 61 and the ozone operation indicator lamp 62, so that people can confirm the operation states of the solenoid valve 2 and the ozone generator 32 according to the solenoid valve operation indicator lamp 61 and the ozone operation indicator lamp 62.

In order to make the structure of the present invention compact, as shown in fig. 3, the electromagnetic valve 2, the connecting water pipe 15, the ozone generator 32, the control circuit board 5 and the ejector 31 of the present invention can be sequentially arranged in the box body 1 from left to right, the check valve 33 is arranged between the connecting water pipe 15 and the ejector 31, the check valve 33 is arranged behind the control circuit board 5, and the indicating circuit board 6 is arranged on the left side of the connecting water pipe 15 and behind the electromagnetic valve 2. As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 3, in addition, a mounting bracket 7 may be fitted in the box body 1, and the connector 351 and the air inlet pipe 36 may be integrally formed with the mounting bracket 7; the mounting bracket 7 is locked with the box seat 102 of the box body 1 through screws; the ozone generator 32 may be fixed to the mounting bracket 7, the mounting bracket 7 may be provided with a holding jaw 71 holding the check valve 33 to position the check valve 33, the mounting bracket 7 may be further provided with a circuit board mounting groove 72, and the control circuit board 5 may be mounted in the circuit board mounting groove 72.

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 3, the box body 1 is further provided with a power switch 18 and a power supply connector 19, the power switch 18 and the power supply connector 19 can be fixed on a side wall of the box base 102 of the box body 1, the power switch 18 and the power supply connector 19 are electrically connected with the control circuit board 5, the power switch 18 is used for controlling whether the control circuit board 5 is powered on, and the power supply connector 19 is used for connecting an external power supply to the control circuit board 5 to supply power to the control circuit board 5.
