Background

The electric valve comprises a valve shell connected with a pipeline, a valve rod and an electric head, wherein one end of the valve rod is arranged in the valve shell and controls the pipeline to be communicated/closed in the rotating process, and the electric head is connected with the other end of the valve rod. The power head is used to lock the valve stem to prevent inadvertent rotation of the valve stem.

However, the power head needs to be periodically overhauled to ensure the reliability of the power head. When the electric head is separated from the valve rod, the valve rod loses the protection of the self-locking of the electric head, and meanwhile, because the valve rod is influenced by the pressure of fluid in the pipeline, the risk of opening the pipeline accidentally occurs.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a valve fixing device, and aims to solve the problem of how to lock a valve rod and prevent the valve rod from rotating after an electric head of an electric valve is disassembled.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a valve fixing device 100 for use with an electric valve is provided in an embodiment of the present invention. The electrically operated valve includes a valve housing 300 to which a pipe is connected, a valve stem 301 to which the valve housing 300 is connected, and an electric head for locking the valve stem 301. The fixing assembly 10 is used for limiting the clamping arm assembly 20 to rotate relative to the top block 200 or the coupling block 302, so that the valve rod 301 is fixed and cannot rotate relative to the coupling block 302 or the top block 200, and the reliability of the electric valve is improved.

Specifically, one end of the second adjusting member 12 is connected to the second clamping arm 22, and the other end of the second adjusting member 12 abuts against and presses the top block 200, so that the second clamping arm 22 is prevented from rotating relative to the coupling block 302 or the top block 200, and the valve rod 301 is prevented from rotating together. Optionally, the first notch 102 and the second notch 202 are both semicircular in shape, so that the first notch 102 and the second notch 202 surround to form a circular hole, and the valve rod 301 is located in the circular hole.
