1. A vernier caliper, comprising:

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of measurement, in particular to a vernier caliper.

Background

The vernier caliper is a high-precision measuring tool commonly used in industry, and is widely applied to life and engineering. The common vernier calipers in the current market can be divided into the following reading modes: the types of reading type, band meter type, digital display type and the like can be divided into the types of measuring length, inner diameter, outer diameter, depth and the like from the aspect of use, and the requirements of most projects can be basically met. However, for a measured object which is installed and fixed in a narrow space and has an irregular shape, the measuring claws of the vernier caliper in the prior art are respectively fixed on the main scale and the vernier and are limited by the arm length of the measuring claws fixed by the vernier caliper, so that the measuring claws cannot accurately grab the measuring surface of the measured object. Therefore, it is an urgent technical problem to be solved by those skilled in the art how to design a vernier caliper which can be applied to the measurement of the above-mentioned object to be measured.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a vernier caliper, which solves the technical problem that the conventional vernier caliper cannot measure a measured object which is installed and fixed in a narrow space and has an irregular shape.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problem is as follows:

a vernier caliper, comprising:

the caliper comprises a caliper body, a positioning device and a control device, wherein the caliper body comprises a main ruler and a vernier sliding on the main ruler;

the first clamping jaw is connected with the main ruler; and the number of the first and second groups,

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the second jaw 4 is a strip-shaped structure, the cursor 2 is provided with a second limiting portion, the second limiting portion includes a strip-shaped protruding portion 6 disposed on the cursor 2, and the second jaw 4 is provided with a sliding groove 7 adapted to the protruding portion 6 and disposed along the extending direction of the second jaw 4. After the second claw 4 is installed on the vernier 2, the strip-shaped bulge part 6 is inserted into the sliding groove 7, so that the second claw 4 can only directionally slide along the length direction of the second claw 4. The locking washer 9 can increase the friction force between the first jaw 3, so that the first jaw 3 is prevented from sliding after being adjusted in place, and errors in measurement are avoided. The locking device arranged on the second jaw 4 has the same structure as the locking device arranged on the first jaw 3.

It can be understood that locking device can also be designed as the structure of formula of magnetism, and after first jack catch 3 or second jack catch 4 adjusted to target in place, adsorb first jack catch 3 or second jack catch 4 respectively on main scale 1 or vernier 2 through magnet or magnetite, can realize the fixed function of first jack catch 3 or second jack catch 4 equally.

As shown in fig. 5, when the convex object to be measured is installed and fixed in a narrow space, in order to measure the height of the object to be measured, the top and the bottom of the object to be measured are shielded, and the existing vernier caliper cannot make the measuring arm catch the top and the bottom of the object to be measured. By using the vernier caliper, the first clamping jaw 3 is stretched along the extending direction of the first clamping jaw 3, the distance between the first clamping jaw 3 and the second clamping jaw 4 is adjusted to be the height of a convex-shaped measured object, so that the outer measuring arms of the first clamping jaw 3 and the second clamping jaw 4 respectively grab the top and the bottom of the measured object, and the height of the measured object can be measured.

According to the invention, the sliding positions of the first clamping jaw 3 and the second clamping jaw 4 along the extension direction are adjusted, so that the first clamping jaw 3 and the second clamping jaw 4 can grab the measuring surface of the measured object, and the problem that the vernier caliper cannot be measured due to the influence of the shape of the measured object and the environment is solved. The whole vernier caliper is simple in measurement operation, high in accuracy of measurement results and wide in application range.

It can be understood that, according to the shape and structure of the actual object to be measured, the invention can select not only the structural form of the first jaw 3 and the second jaw 4 which are connected in a sliding manner at the same time, but also the structural form of the first jaw 3 which is connected in a sliding manner and the second jaw 4 which is connected in a fixed manner, and also the structural form of the first jaw 3 which is connected in a fixed manner and the second jaw 4 which is connected in a sliding manner.

The first limit part on the main scale 1 and the second limit part on the vernier 2 can be interchanged, that is, the second limit part is arranged on the main scale 1, and the first limit part is arranged on the vernier 2. Or, both the first limiting part and the second limiting part are arranged on the main scale 1, and the first limiting part and the second limiting part are arranged on the cursor 2, so that the first clamping jaw 3 and the second clamping jaw 4 can be ensured to respectively slide directionally.
