The inner sides of the two parallel rods of the U-shaped card swiping frame 306 are provided with horizontal sliding grooves 302, the horizontal sliding grooves 302 extend to the opening end face of the U-shaped card swiping frame 306 to form IC card sliding grooves matched with the IC card 10, the card swiping face of the IC card 10 is opposite to the sensor 304 on the base 301 after the IC card 10 is inserted into the IC card sliding grooves, the upper part of the U-shaped hollow part of the U-shaped card swiping frame 306 is provided with a cover plate 303, and the cover plate 303 is fixedly arranged between the two horizontal rods of the U-shaped card swiping frame 306. The plug-in card swiping mechanism comprises a rotary disc 7, a card clamping mechanism 9 and a driving head motor 8, wherein the rotary disc 7 is arranged between two horizontal rods of the U-shaped card swiping frame 306, and the driving motor 8 is positioned below the rotary disc 7 and is in transmission connection with a rotating shaft of the rotary disc 7 to control the rotary disc 7 to rotate; the base 301 is provided with an assembly cavity 305 corresponding to the position of the driving motor 8, and the driving motor 8 is installed in the assembly cavity 305. The driving motor 8 is a double-head motor, wherein an output shaft at one end is provided with a second bevel gear 801, and the other end is provided with a shaft lever 802; as shown in fig. 5, a first bevel gear 701 matched with the second bevel gear 801 is arranged at the connection end of the rotating disc 7 and the driving motor 8, and is engaged with the second bevel gear 801 through the first bevel gear 701. As shown in fig. 6, the card-cleaning roller brush 6 includes two roller brushes distributed in an up-down parallel manner, the two roller brushes are rotatably connected through a bearing U-shaped brush holder 306, a channel matched with the IC card 10 is formed between the two roller brushes, a shaft 802 of the driving motor 8 is in transmission connection with an end of one of the roller brushes of the card-cleaning roller brush 6 through a belt pulley and a first transmission belt 601, and the other ends of the two roller brushes are in transmission connection with a second transmission belt 602 through a belt pulley. As shown in fig. 7, the card holding mechanism 9 includes a connecting rod 902, a connecting sleeve 903 and two chucks 901 with electromagnetic switches, the two chucks 901 are symmetrically disposed at two ends of the connecting rod 902, the connecting sleeve 903 is a U-shaped groove structure, and is fixedly clamped at the middle position of the connecting rod 902 by the groove portion thereof, and the connecting sleeve 903 is connected with the turntable 7 by the driving rod 702.

As shown in fig. 2, 8, 9 and 10, the IC card collecting device 5 of the subway card swiping gate in the embodiment includes a card slot 501, a collecting frame 502 and an ultraviolet sterilizer 503, wherein the collecting frame 502 is horizontally disposed in the hollow top seat 2, the vertical card slot 501 is vertically disposed at an inlet end of the collecting frame 502, a card inserting portion of the vertical card slot extends out of a top wall of the top seat 2, the ultraviolet sterilizer 503 is mounted on the collecting frame 502, and the pushing mechanism 4 is disposed behind the card slot 501 of the IC card collecting frame 5. The card inserting slot 501 comprises two rectangular rods which are vertically and symmetrically arranged, sliding grooves matched with the IC card 10 are formed in the opposite inner sides of the two rectangular rods, and gaps which are equal to or larger than the length of the IC card 10 are formed in one sides, close to the collecting frame 502, of the sliding grooves; the collecting frame 502 is of a rectangular frame structure, an IC card collecting cavity is arranged in the collecting frame 502, the collecting frame 502 is fixedly installed on the gap side of the card inserting groove 501 and forms an L-shaped structure with the card inserting groove 501, and the IC card collecting cavity of the collecting frame 502 and the card inserting groove 501 pass through the gap part; the ultraviolet sterilizer 503 is fixedly mounted on the upper portion of the collection frame 502, a lamp 505 is mounted on the top of the IC card collection chamber of the collection frame 502, and the lamp 505 is electrically connected with the ultraviolet sterilizer 503 through a connection wire 504. Push mechanism 4 is including servo motor 401, scarce gear 402, rack 403, sliding sleeve 404 and extension spring 405, sliding sleeve 404 is U type groove structure, and its U-shaped open end is to card slot 501, rack 403 slidable mounting is in sliding sleeve 404, and wherein one end is through extension spring 405 and the blind end inner wall fixed connection of sliding sleeve 404, servo motor 401 installs in footstock 2, and scarce gear 402 is installed in servo motor 401's the pivot to with the meshing of rack 403. Under the action of the servo motor 401 and the gear 402, the rack 403 is driven to horizontally move along the sliding sleeve 404, the IC card 10 inserted into the card insertion slot 501 is pushed into the outlet end of the collecting rack 502, then the IC card is recovered by opening the door 103, and the IC card is disinfected by the ultraviolet disinfector 503 in the pushing process.

In another embodiment, pulleys may be installed on the left and right sides of the rack 403, so that when the gear-lacking 402 drives the rack 403 to slide in the sliding sleeve 404, the rack 403 is connected with the sliding sleeve 404 through the pulley in a rolling manner, and the friction between the rack 403 and the sliding sleeve 404 can be reduced, thereby pushing the IC card 10 more stably.

The specific using mode and action of this embodiment include two functions of card swiping and card recycling, when swiping card, placing the IC card 10 at the U-shaped opening of the U-shaped card swiping frame 306, clamping the IC card 10 by the two chucks 901, providing power by the driving motor 8, driving the turntable 7 to rotate by the second bevel gear 801 and the first bevel gear 701, and pulling the connecting sleeve 903 by the driving rod 702, so that the IC card 10 slides along the horizontal sliding slot 302 by the card clamping mechanism 9, when the IC card 10 passes through the lower sensor 304, the card swiping process is realized, meanwhile, driving the two rolling brushes to rotate by the shaft rod 802 and the first driving belt 601, cleaning the upper and lower surfaces of the IC card 10 by using the two rolling brushes, and in the card swiping process, the IC card 10 can avoid contact with the sensor 304, realize the automatic card swiping process, and can clean the IC card 10, prevent a large amount of bacteria and viruses from being attached to the IC card 10 after long-term use, thereby protecting the health of the user.

The card recovery process provides power through servo motor 401, through lacking gear 402 and rack 403 transmission, make rack 403 slide around sliding sleeve 404, and utilize the elastic action of extension spring 405, realize rack 403 reciprocating motion, when IC-card 10 got into to collection frame 502 and collection frame 5 junction position, push pedal through rack 403 tip pushed IC-card 10 and constantly collected, open door 103 simultaneously, take out IC-card 10 in the collection frame 502, thereby make things convenient for the recovery of IC-card 10. The IC card 10 is pushed by the rack 403 to slide in the collecting rack 502, when the IC card 10 passes under the irradiation lamp 505, the ultraviolet sterilizer 503 is started, and the IC card 10 is sterilized by external irradiation, so that the cross propagation of virus and bacteria to users through the IC card 10 is effectively avoided.
