Background

In the existing 110kV and 35kV voltage class transformer substation of the power system, in order to check and evaluate the state performance of the electrical equipment operated by the transformer substation and ensure the safe and stable operation of the electrical equipment, power failure overhaul or test needs to be carried out on the related electrical equipment of the transformer substation in a planned way. In order to prevent the problems that the power-cut maintenance equipment suddenly comes, is transmitted by mistake, has residual charges, induces the charges to generate induced charges and the like in the maintenance or test process, and causes unpredictable damage to the safety of maintenance, testing personnel, instruments and equipment, the power-cut maintenance equipment must be reliably grounded in the maintenance or test process, so that the power-cut maintenance equipment always keeps the ground potential.

At present, the grounding modes adopted by the power system are generally two types: firstly, the ground connection of electrical equipment can be realized by closing the grounding switch of each incoming call side of the maintenance equipment, and secondly, for electrical equipment without grounding switches, such as a capacitor bank, a grounding transformer and a main transformer bus bridge, the ground connection is realized by hanging a grounding wire.

However, there are problems or technical difficulties for the operators to operate daily:

for the capacitor bank, the grounding transformer and other equipment in the transformer substation, the equipment is usually closed equipment, and the metal shell or a net door is adopted around the equipment to isolate the live equipment so as to ensure the operation safety of the equipment. When the grounding wire is hung in power failure maintenance, a metal mesh door is generally required to be opened, and an operator operates the grounding wire insulation operating rod to hang the grounding wire. However, due to the limitation of the capacitor bank, the arrangement of the grounding transformer, the structure of the grounding transformer, the arrangement position of the grounding point and other factors, the problem that the grounding line cannot be normally, reliably and quickly hung by using the grounding line insulating operating rod often occurs in the process of hanging and arranging the grounding line, so that certain potential safety hazards exist.

In order to ensure the safety of switching operation and maintenance test work and improve the efficiency of switching operation and maintenance test work, the grounding wire hanging operation must be completed safely, conveniently and reliably. Therefore, a set of grounding wire hanging operation tool capable of realizing safe, reliable and flexible operation of the grounding wire is very necessary for improving the working efficiency and ensuring the safety of operation, maintenance personnel, instruments and equipment.

The first embodiment is as follows: as shown in the attached figure 1, the ground clamp comprises a clamp adjustable bearing body 4, a clamp main body 1, a pressing block 2, a bending assembly and an adjusting assembly.

The shape of the adjustable supporting body 4 of the wire clamping device is cylindrical, and the main body 1 of the wire clamping device is rotatably connected with the adjustable supporting body 4 of the wire clamping device and is positioned at one end of the adjustable supporting body. The main body 1 of the wire clamper is concave and forms a slope. The pressing block 2 is arranged corresponding to the wire clamping device main body 1, and the pressing block 2 is also provided with an inclined surface, so that the wire clamping device main body 1 and the pressing block 2 form an inclined clamping opening through a pair of inclined surfaces, and the inclined angle of the clamping opening is about 45 degrees. The universal joint 8 can rotate along with the bending of the bending assembly, and the dismounting shaft head 10 can be utilized to rotate to drive the universal joint 8 to rotate, so that the screwing screw rod 3 is driven to rotate.

The detaching shaft head 10 can be connected with an insulating operating rod, so that the connection of the grounding wire clamp and the insulating operating rod is realized, and a grounding device is formed.

The working principle and the use method of the grounding wire clamp are as follows:

the wire clamping device comprises a wire clamping device body 1 with a 45-degree clamping opening, and a pressing block 2, wherein the pressing block 2 is connected with a universal joint 8 through a screw-tight screw rod, the upper part and the lower part of the universal joint 8 are respectively a sliding sleeve bearing part and an adjustable pressing plate connector 9, the two sides of the universal joint are fixed by adjustable pressing plates (a first adjustable pressing plate 6 and a second adjustable pressing plate 7), the adjustable pressing plates are tightened or loosened by an adjustable angle adjusting fine adjustment module, the bottom of the wire clamping device body 1 is connected with an adjustable bearing body, and the adjustable pressing plate connector 9 is connected with a detachable shaft head 10.

When the insulating operating rod is rotated by hand and inserted into the detaching shaft head 10, the universal joint 8 and the screwing lead screw connected with the universal joint are driven by rotation, so that the pressing block 2 moves upwards, the pressing block 2 is tightly clamped with a busbar or a lead wire to be grounded, otherwise, the pressing block moves downwards, and the busbar or the lead wire is loosened. If the angle of the wire clamp main body 1 needs to be adjusted, the dish nut of the adjustable supporting body 4 of the wire clamp is loosened, the wire clamp main body 1 is enabled to be adjustable in 360 degrees horizontally, meanwhile, the dish nut on the adjustable pressing plate is loosened, the angle fine adjustment module is enabled to release the meshing force, and the wire clamp can be enabled to be adjustable in 75 degrees left and right.

When the grounding wire is used, the angle between the adjustable pressing plate and the angle between the adjustable supporting body 4 of the wire clamping device can be adjusted in advance according to the position of the grounding device required to be grounded, and then the movable jaw of the grounding wire can be controlled to be bitten and loosened by rotating the insulating operation rod, so that the grounding device required to be grounded.

Above-mentioned multi-angle earth clamp improves and innovates on the basis of flat spiral earth connection, compares with other earth connection commonly used and has following advantage:

1. the angle adjusting device is added, and the application range is wide. The fixed angle of the main body 1 of the wire clamping device is 45 degrees, the rotating angle range of the adjustable pressing plate is 0-75 degrees in the left-right direction, and the rotating angle range of the adjustable supporting body 4 of the wire clamping device is 0-360 degrees in the horizontal direction. After the insulation operating rod is rotated to be linked with the adjustable pressing plate and the angle of the adjustable supporting body 4 of the wire clamp, the busbar or the lead in any angle range of the upper hemispherical surface of the horizontal plane can be grounded.

2. The grounding wire clamp has no gear or spring device, does not need to use lubricating oil or other maintenance liquid for maintenance, and can keep dry and clean.

3. The angle adjusting device has simple design thought and convenient and fast operation. The angle adjusting device uses the connecting plate and the rotating shaft, and the angle adjusting can be realized without other tools, so that the labor and the time are saved.

4. The manufacturing or maintenance is simple, and the cost is saved. The used materials are common materials and objects in the market, so that the cost is low; the replacement or the maintenance is convenient and fast, and the practicability is strong.

The flexible multi-angle grounding wire clamp development achievement in the grounding transformer has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to operate, high in working efficiency and the like. The grounding wire clamp is applied to the transformer substation, so that the convenience and the safety of the grounding wire hanging operation of the power failure overhaul equipment and the reliability of the grounding wire hanging operation are greatly improved, the working efficiency is improved, the safety of operation operators, repair testers and equipment is ensured, and meanwhile, the grounding wire clamp has wide market prospect and further innovation and improvement possibility.
