a motor (61) mounted on the base (1);

the first rotating shaft (62) is rotatably connected to the support plate (3), and the first rotating shaft (62) is in transmission connection with an output shaft of the motor (61);

a half gear (63) connected to one end of the first rotating shaft (62);

an L-shaped plate (64) connected to the diamond-shaped rod (52);
