Detailed Description

Further description is made with reference to the accompanying drawings: fig. 1 is a medium-sized kitchen waste classification processing apparatus of this embodiment, which includes an input component, a plastic packaging processing component, a primary separation component, a primary grinding component, a centrifugal separation component, a water processing component, a crushing component and a waste squeezing temporary storage component.

As shown in fig. 1, the input member includes an input chamber housing, an input top cover 101, a telescopic diagonal rod 102, a spike 103, a storage rotary pipe 104, an air nozzle 105, an air nozzle chamber 106, an air blower 107, a plastic package discharge port 108, and a trash discharge door 109. The input cavity shell is of a vertical square barrel structure, the input top cover is arranged on the top of the input cavity shell, as shown in figure 1, the right end of the input top cover is hinged with the top of the input cavity shell, the left end of the input top cover can be opened, the garbage discharge door is arranged on the bottom of the input cavity shell, the two garbage discharge doors are hinged with the bottom of the input cavity shell, the garbage discharge door can be opened downwards, two opposite inner side walls of the input cavity shell are respectively provided with a receiving rotary pipe, one end of each receiving rotary pipe is rotatably connected with the inner side wall of the input cavity shell through a bearing, the other end of each receiving rotary pipe is provided with the telescopic inclined rod, a plurality of the sharp spines are arranged on the telescopic inclined rods, as shown in figure 1, the spine tips of the sharp spines are inclined towards two ends, the telescopic inclined rods can partially extend into the receiving rotary pipes, and the receiving rotary pipes can drive the telescopic inclined rods to rotate at an angle of 180 ︒, the accommodating rotary pipe and the telescopic inclined rod are all obliquely arranged, the inclined mode is that the joint of the accommodating rotary pipe and the inner side wall of the input cavity shell is a higher end (namely, the two ends are high and the middle is low), an air nozzle is arranged on the inner side wall of the input cavity shell below the accommodating rotary pipe, the air nozzle cavity is communicated with the air nozzle, an air nozzle fan is arranged on the air nozzle cavity, and the plastic packaging outlet is formed in the side wall of the input cavity shell opposite to the air nozzle.

As shown in fig. 1, the plastic package processing part includes a heating chamber housing, a heating chamber inlet, an exhaust filter plate 201, a top exhaust pipe 202, an air guide inclined plate 203, a heating rod 204, a plastic package storage chamber housing, a storage chamber inlet 206, a storage chamber compression plate 207, and a storage chamber telescopic compression rod 208. The heating cavity inlet is arranged at the top end of the side wall of the heating cavity shell and is communicated with the plastic packaging discharge port, a top exhaust pipe is arranged on the top wall of the heating cavity shell, the heating cavity shell below the top exhaust pipe is obliquely provided with the exhaust filter plate, the filter hole of the exhaust filter plate allows air flow to pass but not allow solids to pass, a plurality of flow guide inclined plates are arranged in the heating cavity shell, the top end of each flow guide inclined plate is connected with the inner side wall of the heating cavity shell, the bottom end of each flow guide inclined plate is connected with the bottom wall of the heating cavity shell (namely a funnel structure with a big top and a small bottom is formed), the heating rod (namely the outer wall of the funnel) is arranged between the flow guide inclined plates and the inner side wall of the heating cavity shell, the heating rod is used for heating the plate upper material of the flow guide inclined plates, the plastic packaging storage cavity shell is arranged at the lower part of the heating cavity shell, and the area, the storage cavity extrusion plate is vertically arranged in the plastic package storage cavity shell, one end of the storage cavity telescopic extrusion rod is connected with the back of the storage cavity extrusion plate, the other end of the storage cavity telescopic extrusion rod is connected with the inner side wall of the plastic package storage cavity shell, and the storage cavity telescopic extrusion rod can be extended and shortened.

As shown in fig. 1, the preliminary separation part comprises a separation cavity shell, a water filtering sloping plate 301, an upper plate material discharge port 302 and a sewage discharge port 303; the separation cavity shell is of a square cylinder structure with an open top, the open top is connected and communicated with the garbage discharge door, a water filtering inclined plate is obliquely arranged in the separation cavity shell, filter holes (allowing water to pass through) are formed in the water filtering inclined plate, the upper object discharge port is formed in the joint of the lower end of the water filtering inclined plate and the side wall of the separation cavity shell, and the sewage discharge port is formed in the side wall of the separation cavity shell below the water filtering inclined plate.

As shown in fig. 1, the primary grinding component comprises a primary grinding chamber shell, a primary grinding chamber inlet 401, a central disc 402, a central shaft 403, a primary grinding driving motor 405, an eccentric rotating shaft 406, a grinding roller 407 and a primary grinding chamber discharge outlet 408; the primary grinding chamber shell is of a horizontal cylindrical structure, a primary grinding chamber inlet is formed in the top end of the primary grinding chamber shell circumferential wall, the primary grinding chamber inlet is communicated with the plate upper object discharge port, a central disc is respectively and vertically arranged outside the two end walls of the primary grinding chamber shell, the central disc passes through the central shaft and is connected with the center of the end wall of the primary grinding chamber shell, a primary grinding driving motor is connected with one central disc through a speed reducer and drives the rotation of the central disc, the two ends of an eccentric rotating shaft are respectively and rotationally connected with the eccentric positions of the two central discs through bearings, the eccentric rotating shaft runs through the two end walls 404 of the primary grinding chamber shell, the end walls of the two primary grinding chamber shells are rotationally connected with the two ends of the primary grinding chamber shell through bearings, the grinding rollers are provided with 2 and are respectively connected with the eccentric rotating shaft through the bearings, and the eccentric rotating shaft runs through the grinding rollers at the axle center positions of the grinding rollers, the bottom end of the circumferential wall of the primary grinding cavity shell is provided with a primary grinding cavity discharge opening.

In order to enable rolling to be smoother, the distance from the eccentric shaft to the circumferential wall of the primary rolling cavity shell is slightly larger than the distance from the eccentric shaft to the outer surface of the rolling roller (slightly larger than 2-10 mm).

Meanwhile, in order to enable rolling to be more efficient, the outer surface of the rolling roller is a roughened hard alloy layer. As shown in fig. 1, the diameter of the milling roller is greater than the radius of the primary milling chamber shell, but less than the diameter of the primary milling chamber shell.

As shown in fig. 1, the centrifugal separation part includes a rotary inner cylinder 501, a separation outer cylinder 502, a rotary inner cylinder feed inlet, a separation driving motor 503, a rotary inner cylinder discharge outlet 504 and a separation outer cylinder discharge outlet 505; the rotary inner barrel is a cylinder with a large-end-up inverted funnel structure, the separation outer barrel sleeve is arranged outside the rotary inner barrel, the barrel wall of the rotary inner barrel is of a densely-distributed through hole structure, the rotary inner barrel feeding port is formed in the top of the rotary inner barrel, the rotary inner barrel feeding port is communicated with a primary grinding cavity discharge port, the rotary inner barrel discharge port is formed in the bottom of the rotary inner barrel (the rotary inner barrel discharge port is arranged in a switchable manner, and is rotated for 3-5 minutes and then opened to release materials), the separation driving motor is connected with the top end of the rotary inner barrel through a speed reducer and drives the rotation of the rotary inner barrel, and a separation outer barrel water outlet is formed in the bottom end of the side wall of the separation outer barrel.

As shown in fig. 1, the water treatment part comprises a water treatment chamber shell, a first water inlet 601 of the water treatment chamber, a second water inlet 602 of the water treatment chamber, a porous filtering chamber plate 603, slag balls 604, an impurity temporary storage tank 605, a deodorant adding box 606, a flocculant adding box 607, a first guide plate 608, a second guide plate 609, a third guide plate 610, a treated water discharge port 611 and a precipitation tank 612; the first water inlet of the water treatment cavity and the second water inlet of the water treatment cavity are respectively arranged at the top (the top wall or the uppermost end of the side wall) of the water treatment cavity shell, the first water inlet of the water treatment cavity is communicated with the sewage discharge port, the second water inlet of the water treatment cavity is communicated with the water discharge port of the separation outer barrel, the porous filter cavity plate is obliquely arranged in the water treatment cavity shell (the left end and the right end are high as shown in figure 1), the cavity wall of the porous filter cavity plate is of a densely distributed through hole structure, slag balls are arranged in the porous filter cavity plate, an opening is arranged at the joint of the lower end (namely the left end) of the porous filter cavity plate and the side wall of the water treatment cavity shell and is communicated with the impurity temporary storage box (the impurity temporary storage box is an on-plate object enrichment area, solid objects and liquid which slide down and are filtered down from the plate are enriched at the position, the liquid is gradually filtered, the solid objects are also recoiled after being enriched, but, when the impurities are enriched to a certain degree, a new impurity temporary storage box is taken out and replaced, a deodorant adding box used for adding a deodorant into the water treatment cavity shell is arranged on the side wall of the water treatment cavity shell below the porous filtering cavity plate (namely the right side wall in figure 1), a first guide plate is transversely arranged in the water treatment cavity shell below the deodorant adding box, one end of the first guide plate is connected with the side wall of the water treatment cavity shell below the deodorant adding box, the other end of the first guide plate is suspended (namely the right end in figure 1 is connected, the left end is suspended and provided with a gap), a flocculating agent adding box used for adding a flocculating agent into the water treatment cavity shell is arranged on the side wall of the water treatment cavity shell below the first guide plate, a second guide plate is obliquely arranged in the water treatment cavity shell below the flocculating agent adding box, and the higher end of the second guide plate is connected with the side wall of the water treatment cavity shell, the lower one end is unsettled (the left end in fig. 1 is connected the right-hand member and is unsettled and leave the space) and orientation the box is added to the flocculating agent, and it has to be horizontal below the second guide plate the third guide plate, the third guide plate is being connected with the lateral wall of water treatment chamber shell near flocculating agent adds box one side, and the other end is unsettled (the right-hand member in fig. 1 is connected, and the left end is unsettled and leaves the clearance), has seted up on the lateral wall of water treatment chamber shell below the third guide plate (the right-hand member in fig. 1) the processing water discharge port, the bottom of the water treatment chamber shell of position below the processing water discharge port outwards expands to extend and forms the precipitation tank.
