Disclosure of Invention

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

The shaft core assembly shown in fig. 1 to 3 is applied to an electric spindle, and includes a first shaft core section 1, a second shaft core section 2 and two mutually engaged connecting pieces 3, one connecting piece 3 is sleeved on the first shaft core section 1, and the other connecting piece 3 is sleeved on the second shaft core section 2, so that the shaft core of the electric spindle in the prior art is divided into the first shaft core section 1 and the second shaft core section 2, and the two mutually engaged connecting pieces 3 are adopted for connection, and can be assembled from both ends respectively. The interchangeability of parts is improved, the assembly sequence of the parts is changed, and the assembly difficulty is reduced.

The connecting piece 3 is provided with an adjusting mechanism, and the inner diameter of the connecting piece 3 can be adjusted by the adjusting mechanism, so that the connecting piece 3 can freely slide on the corresponding first shaft core section 1 or second shaft core section 2 along the axis direction according to the bearing compression amount, the position precision of the bearing fixing position is improved, and the fixed spacer ring grinding process is reduced.

The connecting piece 3 is provided with a broken opening 33, the broken opening 33 forms the adjusting mechanism, the inner diameter of the connecting piece 3 is adjusted by adjusting the size of the broken opening 33, when the size of the broken opening 33 is reduced, the inner diameter of the connecting piece 3 is reduced, and when the size of the broken opening 33 is increased, the inner diameter of the connecting piece 3 is increased, so that the position of the connecting piece 3 is conveniently adjusted in the axial direction.

The spindle core assembly further comprises a locking member (not shown in the figure, and the existing bolt and other structures can be adopted), a locking hole 34 is formed in the connecting member 3, the locking member is arranged in the locking hole 34, when the connecting member 3 is arranged on the first spindle core section 1, the end part of the locking member is in butt joint with the outer surface of the first spindle core section 1 to realize the locking of the connecting member 3 and the first spindle core section 1, when the connecting member 3 is arranged on the second spindle core section 2, the end part of the locking member is in butt joint with the outer surface of the second spindle core section 2 to realize the locking of the connecting member 3 and the second spindle core section 2, the length change of the protruding locking hole 34 of the locking member is utilized to realize whether the connecting member 3 is in butt joint with the corresponding first bearing section or second bearing section, so that the connecting member 3 is convenient to be detached, and the electric spindle is abnormal or, only need loosen locking hole 34 on the connecting piece 3 that corresponds, then inspect and change, need not to change former cooperation precision, guaranteed the efficiency and the accuracy of maintenance, simultaneously after the assembly is accomplished, can demolish or install locking hole 34, adjust the whole installation accuracy of electric main shaft, appear unusually in the use, also the sectional type is maintained and is examined, under not demolising all parts, the troubleshooting.

The relation between the outer diameter d1 of the first shaft core section 1 and the inner diameter d2 of the connecting piece 3 is d2-d1 which is not more than 0.05mm, so that the connecting piece 3 can move on the first shaft core section 1 conveniently.

The relation between the outer diameter d3 of the second shaft core section 2 and the inner diameter d2 of the connecting piece 3 is that d2-d3 is less than or equal to 0.05mm, so that the connecting piece 3 can move on the second shaft core section 2 conveniently.

An electric spindle as shown in figure 4 comprises the above-mentioned spindle core assembly.

The electric main shaft comprises a first bearing seat 4 and a shell 5, wherein the first bearing seat 4 is arranged at the end part of the shell 5, the first shaft core section 1 is arranged on the first bearing seat 4 through a bearing, and the joint of the first shaft core section 1 and the second shaft core section 2 is positioned at the joint of the first bearing seat 4 and the shell 5, so that the whole electric main shaft can be assembled and disassembled from two ends, the assembly sequence of changed parts of the electric main shaft is changed, and the assembly difficulty is reduced, wherein the shell 5 shown in the figure comprises a cooling sleeve.

The electric spindle further comprises a rotor, which is arranged on the second spindle section 2.
