Background

In the industries of finishing, assembling, sheet metal, welding and the like, an F clamp is often needed to clamp an article, and the clamped article is damaged in many times. Because the F clamp does not have a device for displaying clamping force, a user cannot control the clamping force, and meanwhile, some parts of the F clamp are fixedly connected and cannot be detached, so that the F clamp occupies a large space when not used.

It is therefore necessary to develop a detachable F-clamp.

The invention provides a detachable F-shaped clamp, which solves the problem of clamping force control.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a detachable F-shaped clamp, which comprises a clamp assembly and a digital display assembly, wherein the clamp assembly can clamp an object, the digital display assembly can display the value of force applied by the clamp assembly to clamp the object, the clamp assembly comprises a clamp body, a connecting rod, a sliding rod, a cover plate and a thread rotating assembly, the connecting rod is arranged on the clamp body and is vertical to the clamp body, the sliding rod is arranged on the connecting rod and is vertical to the connecting rod, the thread rotating assembly is arranged on the sliding rod and is vertical to the sliding rod, the thread rotating assembly is parallel to the connecting rod, the sliding rod is parallel to the clamp body, the clamp body is detachably connected with the connecting rod through a ball locking pin, the thread rotating assembly is connected with the sliding rod through a thread, the thread rotating assembly can rotate and can move relative to the sliding rod through the thread, the clamp comprises a clamp body, a thread rotating component, a digital display component and a display screen, wherein a first pressing head is arranged at a position, corresponding to the thread rotating component, of the clamp body, the first pressing head can move relative to the clamp body, the digital display component is installed on the clamp body and comprises a sensor and the display screen, the display screen can display parameters stressed by the sensor, and the first pressing head is connected with the sensor.
