Comparative example 3

Comparative example 4

In order to show the mechanical properties of the rubber diatom ooze floor mat, the following tests are carried out for verification, and the detection results of the mechanical properties are shown in table 1.

TABLE 1 results of mechanical Properties measurements

(continuation table 1)

Results and discussion:

1. as can be seen from the results of examples 1 to 5, the results of the test items of example 3 are the best, and the comprehensive properties are excellent, so comparative examples 1 to 5 are provided on the basis of example 3.

2. From the results of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 3, it can be seen that when calcium carbonate, white oil or resin is absent in the formulation, the tear strength, shore hardness, tensile strength and elongation at break are all reduced, indicating that the three are indispensable in improving the mechanical strength; it is also noted that, in the absence of white oil, the elongation at break is only 88%, which is much lower than the values of the examples, and it is highly likely that, in the absence of white oil, the homogeneity of the mixing between the components becomes poor, which causes defects in the microphase state and tends to cause stress concentration.

3. From the results of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 4 to 5, it can be seen that when only one layer of polyester fiber is provided, the mechanical properties are significantly lower than those of the examples, but when the number of polyester fiber layers is increased to 3, the mechanical properties are not significantly improved, so that the double-layer polyester fiber is most suitable for cost and preparation complexity.

The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention, and all the changes or substitutions should be covered within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the appended claims.
