Background

For printing materials such as transparent ink, varnish, coating or cold sealing glue, the materials have no color, and when the materials are printed on the surfaces of films or paper, the positions of color marks printed after drying are colorless, so that the photoelectric device is difficult to detect, the color marks cannot be used for positioning, and the efficient production cannot be realized under normal conditions.

In the prior art, a fluorescent substance, a colored ink or the like is often added to a colorless material so that an optoelectronic device can detect the colorless material during printing. However, in the aspect of food packaging, the fluorescent substance contained has great influence on the safety of packaged food, and the national standard regulation is restricted in use, so that the use of the method is restricted.

There is therefore a need for a method or apparatus that addresses the above-mentioned problems.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

the overprinting device for the transparent printing material is simple in structure, ingenious in design and reasonable in layout, and is designed to solve the problems existing in overprinting of the traditional transparent material, a special structure is designed to creatively divide a printing groove into two parts, and a printing roller is also designed into two parts matched with the printing groove, so that a cursor roller part on the printing roller can be stained with colored normal ink to print a cursor in one-time printing operation, and a main image roller part can be stained with the transparent printing material (such as transparent ink, a transparent coating, transparent varnish or transparent cold sealing glue) to print the transparent material on the main body part of a printed body. The overprinting device and the overprinting method matched with the overprinting device solve the problems existing in the traditional process of printing the transparent material, and can realize the effective printing of the transparent printing material without any addition on the premise of ensuring the printing accuracy.
