Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of television packaging equipment, in particular to a television packaging box.

Background

With the rapid development of science and technology and the continuous improvement of the living standard of people, people pay more and more attention to the environment protection. However, the package of the television is generally packaged by using a paper box, and in order to avoid collision of the television, a layer of pearl cotton is adhered to the outside of the television for packaging, but when the package is unpacked, the pearl cotton is often torn, so that waste is caused, and the package is not environment-friendly.

the soft package assembly 3 comprises a soft package sheet 30 and two fixing rods 31, the soft package sheet 30 is made of pearl cotton, the soft package sheet 30 is used for protecting the outer side of the television, and two sides of the soft package sheet 30 are fixed on the two fixing rods 31;

in order to further increase the protection of the television in the accommodating cavity 10, corrugated paper boards 7 are attached to the inner wall of the accommodating cavity 10.

In the working process of the embodiment: when the television needs to be packaged, the television is placed in the packaging box, the fixing rod 31 located in the second clamping hole 14 is moved to stretch the soft packaging sheet 30 into the accommodating cavity 10 through the opening 12 and is fixed in the third clamping hole 15, so that the soft packaging sheet 30 is located between the television and the side wall of the accommodating cavity 10, the side surface of the television is prevented from being collided, the screw 8 is rotated to enable the elastic plate 6 to be abutted against the television, and the stability of the television is further improved; after taking out the television, rotate screw rod 8 and make elastic plate 6 slide to 16 bottommost ends of spout to be located outside holding tank 11, will be located the dead lever 31 pulling soft packing piece 30 of third joint hole 15 and fix this dead lever 31 in holding tank 11 and through second joint hole 14, be convenient for the used repeatedly of soft packing piece 30 in this box 1, if this soft packing piece 30 damages then only need to be changed soft packing piece 30 can, energy-concerving and environment-protective.

In this embodiment, a sliding groove 16 is formed on a side surface of the box body 1, and the elastic plate 6 is slidably mounted in the sliding groove 16, so that the elastic plate 6 is conveniently mounted.

In this embodiment, the flexible packaging sheet 30 is made of pearl wool.

In order to further increase the protection of the tv set in the accommodating cavity 10, it is preferable in this embodiment that the corrugated cardboard 7 is attached to the inner wall of the accommodating cavity 10.
