Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of X-ray equipment, in particular to an X-ray tube assembly.

Background

At present, an X-ray tube core for a CT machine is installed on an anode support through a fastener, and due to the fact that the fitting and fastening among parts are poor and the assembling error exists, when an X-ray tube assembly is integrally installed on a rack of the CT machine rotating at a high speed, the X-ray tube assembly can loosen, vibration can be caused, noise can be generated, and the anxiety and the fear can be brought to a patient due to irregular or sharp noise. Reducing noise to provide a quiet diagnostic environment for doctors and patients is a constant endeavor of the industry.

Disclosure of Invention

To overcome the above-mentioned deficiencies, the present invention provides an improved X-ray tube assembly that at least partially reduces noise generated by impacts, vibrations, between components, and alleviates anxiety and fear of the patient due to noise.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problem is as follows: an X-ray tube assembly is provided, comprising an X-ray tube core assembly, an end of the tube core assembly having a bearing sleeve; and the anode support is provided with an elastic pad between the anode support and the bearing sleeve, and the elastic pad is arranged around the bearing sleeve.

As a further improvement of the invention, the elastic cushion is an elastic washer which is sleeved on the bearing sleeve.

As a further improvement of the invention, the device also comprises a supporting piece, wherein the surface of the supporting piece is provided with a groove, and the elastic pad is positioned in the groove.

As a further improvement of the invention, the support member is a steel ring.

As a further improvement of the invention, the elastic pad is rubber.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: by arranging the elastic pad between the anode support and the bearing sleeve, the elastic pad is arranged around the bearing sleeve, so that the noise generated by impact and vibration between the anode support and the bearing sleeve when the CT machine rotates at high speed is at least partially absorbed, the anxiety and fear of a patient caused by the noise are relieved, and a quiet diagnosis environment is provided for doctors and the patient.

Detailed Description

The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an X-ray tube assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, an X-ray tube assembly 10 includes an X-ray tube core assembly 1, a bearing housing 2 is provided at an end of the tube core assembly 1, an anode support 3 corresponding to the bearing housing 2 and used for receiving and supporting the bearing housing 2, and an elastic pad 4 is provided between the anode support 3 and the bearing housing 2, and the elastic pad 4 is disposed around the bearing housing 2. In the embodiment, the elastic pad 4 is arranged between the anode support 3 and the bearing sleeve 2, and the elastic pad 4 surrounds the bearing sleeve 2, so that the noise generated by the impact and vibration between the anode support 3 and the bearing sleeve 2 when the CT machine rotates at a high speed is at least partially absorbed.

In particular, the elastic pad 4 may be an elastic washer which is fitted over the bearing housing 2, but it is understood that the elastic pad 4 may be a separate elastic body which is disposed around the bearing housing 2. The material of the elastic pad 4 may be rubber, but is not limited thereto, and may be other elastic materials, such as silicone rubber. The elastic washer is sleeved on the bearing sleeve 2, and plays a role in fastening while absorbing vibration.

In one embodiment of the present invention, a support 5 is further included, and the support 5 is used for accommodating the elastic pad 4. Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a supporting member according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the supporting member 5 is ring-shaped, a groove 51 is formed on a side surface of the supporting member 5, and the elastic pad 4 is located in the groove 51. The supporting member 5 is preferably made of a rigid material, for example, the supporting member 5 is a steel ring, but not limited thereto, and may be made of other rigid materials. In this embodiment, by accommodating the elastic washer 4 in the support 5, the support 5 plays a role of protecting the shape of the elastic pad 4, so that the support of the support 5 is protected from being crushed and losing elasticity.
