Background

In recent years, the economy of China is developed at a high speed, the industrialization process is promoted, various careers are developed to enter a motorway, and the development of new materials, new technologies and new energy is particularly rapid; this brings advantages to the industrial leather of our country; in particular, the electrical industry in China relates to automobile electronics, wires and cables, furniture, hardware fittings, packaging equipment, printed matters and the like, and is rapidly developed. However, in these two years, each country has strict environmental protection restrictions on import and export products, and the commodity inspection thereof must meet the SGS environmental protection commodity inspection test of the european union, and the license for environmental protection can be obtained to have import and export qualifications. Due to the above-mentioned commercial inspection, the seemingly insignificant micro logo printings may cause immeasurable significant economic losses to the enterprises, and export is restricted to the standard series.

At present, the printing and lettering processing industry in China basically adopts traditional Tianna water, benzene, acid and aromatic hydrocarbon chemical raw materials containing toxic and harmful substances as a diluent, and the diluent is basically composed of toluene, butyl acetate, cyclohexanone, isoamyl acetate and ethylene glycol ethyl ether acetate and belongs to national contraband; the long-time contact of human body can cause diseases of central nervous system, damage to liver and kidney, and cause acute conjunctivitis, pharyngolaryngitis, bronchopneumonia, pulmonary edema, headache, nausea, emesis, chest distress, palpitation, inappetence, etc. It can be used for treating chapped skin, dermatitis or eczema. Tianna water is inflammable and toxic, and can cause combustion and explosion when meeting open fire and high heat.

Because the diluent belongs to a high-risk material, the disadvantages of personal health and environmental pollution can be caused, and the environmental protection requirements of national and international import and export product packaging labels are not met; more importantly, the manufactured quota export commodity must pass through the European Community imported commodity and materials, and the harmful and toxic substances thereof must meet the export standard only if the SGS environmental protection detection certification is less than the commodity inspection certification of 0.1. Therefore, in recent years, the environmental protection control force is increased in China, and various measures which are promoted by the international environmental protection organization and concern about environmental protection are actively responded to control and promote the environmental protection measures. Specifically, especially the printing standard in the cable manufacturing industry, the printing standard requirements of GB5023, GB12706, GB5013, GB9330 and JB8734 must be met; the complete cable identification printing must have: the name, model, voltage, core number, section and meter code mark of the manufacturer, so the marking and printing of the wire and cable mark are necessary procedures of production and manufacturing enterprises.

Therefore, it is an urgent need to solve the problem of providing an environment-friendly diluent with convenient use and low cost.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the invention provides an environment-friendly diluent, which is developed and produced for more than 30 years in the wire and cable industry, and the working experience of cable manufacturing is proved after environment-friendly comparison and test are carried out on a diluted formula, and the simple and unique verification of a mixed formula of ethyl acetate and gasoline is adopted, so that the technical formula has environment-friendly performance, meets the requirement of European Union on environment protection, and is necessary for printing characters and code spraying marks in the wire and cable production and manufacturing industry; the diluent has the advantages of simple formula structure, wide local resources, environmental protection, convenient use, greatly reduced material cost, contribution to popularization and promotion of the industry and sunrise prospect.

The invention also provides application of the environment-friendly diluent in printing and lettering processing industry

Ethyl acetate, English name: ethyl acetate, its molecular formula C4H8O2Relative density (d420)0.9003, melting point-83.6 ℃,the boiling point was 77.1 ℃. Is miscible with various organic solvents such as ether, alcohol, halogenated hydrocarbon, aromatic hydrocarbon and the like, and is slightly soluble in water.

The ethyl acetate has excellent physicochemical properties, namely transparent liquid in appearance, colorless flammable liquid without suspended impurities and with fruit fragrance; the aqueous emulsion is mainly used as an industrial solvent, can be used as an environment-friendly coating, can be used as an adhesive, and is used for diluting printing ink; can also be widely used for the production of medicines, organic acids and other products; can be used as perfume material for fruit essence such as pineapple, banana, strawberry, etc., and perfume such as whiskey, cream, etc.

Ethyl acetate is a fast drying solvent for cellulose nitrate, ethyl cellulose, cellulose acetate and neoprene, and is a low toxicity solvent used in modern industries. Can be used as important raw material for organic synthesis in pharmaceutical and food industries.

The No. 120 gasoline is also named as solvent gasoline, is white gasoline and rubber solvent gasoline, and has fatty hydrocarbon compound as main component, colorless transparent liquid and strong smell. The density is less than 0.730, the boiling point is 80-120 ℃, and the product is mainly used as a food spice carrier.

The No. 120 solvent oil is produced by using high-quality light hydrocarbon in oil field as raw material and adopting continuous rectification process, and its main components include n-heptane, iso-heptane and cycloheptane, and also contain small quantity of octane and hexane, and at normal temp. and normal pressure it is liquid state, and is inflammable and volatile. The chemical properties are as follows: has a flash point (DEG C) of 6 ℃ and is flammable. It is insoluble in water and soluble in ethanol, ether, aromatic hydrocarbon and aliphatic hydrocarbon.

The No. 120 solvent oil has the advantages of strong dissolving capacity and low toxicity, is widely used for coating solvents, metal degreasing agents, mold release agents and paint removers, has strong dissolving capacity, moderate smell, colorless transparency and low toxicity, is used for preparing benzene-free diluents, and has good compatibility with organic solvents such as benzene, ketone, ester, alcohol and the like.

According to the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the environment-friendly diluent disclosed by the invention has the following beneficial effects:

(1) the environment-friendly diluent provided by the invention replaces the original toxic and harmful diluent of the traditional formula of Tianna water, benzene and acid; repeated tests show that the formula belongs to an environment-friendly safe product, and multiple tests and thermal aging tests prove that the environment-friendly safe product is prepared by comparing environment-friendly formulas through material molecular structure analysis.

(2) The formula of the environment-friendly diluent only comprises two materials, and the environment-friendly diluent is prepared by the two materials, has a simple structure, meets the requirement of environment-friendly commodity inspection, is convenient to obtain materials, and can save a large amount of cost; the formula is easy to dry, strong in adhesive force, simple to operate, easy to maintain and store, and can be used after being mixed; completely replaces the original traditional chemical raw materials containing toxic and harmful substances such as Tianna water, benzenes, acids and aromatic hydrocarbons as diluents; can be replaced by equal amount of ethyl acetate and gasoline; meets the environmental protection instruction of the modern government requirements of various countries.

(3) The environment-friendly diluent provided by the invention has a simple production process, no wastewater and waste residue are discharged in the production process, and a small amount of gas is volatilized to meet the national environment-friendly discharge standard, so that the environment-friendly diluent belongs to the environment-friendly diluent product technology and is beneficial to popularization.

After standing for 1-2 hours, the reaction is the same as the reaction just finished, and visual observation is carried out to obtain a clear and transparent finished product without mechanical impurities.

To further illustrate the technical effects of the present invention, the applicant also performed relevant tests on the examples obtained in examples 1 to 5, and the results are shown in table 1.

Meanwhile, the environment-friendly diluent provided by the invention is simple in production process, no wastewater or waste residue is discharged in the production process, and a small amount of gas is volatilized to meet the national environment-friendly discharge standard, so that the environment-friendly diluent belongs to the environment-friendly diluent product technology and is beneficial to popularization.
