Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of coal mining, and particularly relates to a power head assembly of a drilling machine, a power drill bit of the drilling machine and a spiral drilling and mining machine.

Background

The vast majority of coal mining areas in China have thin, medium and thick coal seams, wherein the thin coal seam is rich in reserves. The reserve of the thin coal seam below 1.3m in China accounts for about 20 percent of the total reserve of coal. However, the problems of great difficulty in mining the thin coal seam, low work efficiency, poor safety and the like are always the difficult problems of restricting production continuation and sustainable development of coal enterprises, so that part of mining areas are exhausted too early, and the task of mining and utilizing the coal resources in China is increasingly aggravated. The method has great significance for protecting and utilizing coal resources, prolonging the mining life of mines and realizing high-efficiency mining by making good the mechanical mining of the thin coal seam. In thin and ultra-thin coal seams, other mechanical coal mining is difficult, and the labor conditions, the working environment of workers and the safety problem are prominent.

The spiral drilling machine coal mining method is a novel unmanned working face coal mining method, can mine coal seams with the thickness of 0.3-1.2 meters, opens up wide prospects for mining thin and extremely thin coal seams, and obtains better technical and economic benefits in mining the coal seams with small thickness. The spiral drilling machine has the advantages of less manpower, better benefit and safe operation, and can simultaneously mine some balance reserve outside the surface, improve the utilization rate of limited non-renewable resources of coal, increase industrial reserve, recover more underground resources, prolong the service life of a mine and improve the economic and social benefits of the mine. At present, a motor is directly connected with a mechanical gearbox to drive a spiral drill rod and a drill bit to drill.

The applicant of the present invention finds out in the above technical solutions that the existing auger drilling and production machine has at least the following disadvantages:

1. the driving mechanism with the motor directly connected with the mechanical gearbox is large in size and heavy (about 50 tons), a wider roadway needs to be excavated during mining, movement and transition in a narrow roadway are not facilitated, and the construction cost of a coal mine is increased by excavating the wider roadway;

2. the motor is directly connected with the mechanical gearbox, and unsafe factors such as motor overload and rotation blockage exist in the driving motor;

3. the driving mechanism belongs to rigid mechanical connection, and due to the fact that the internal structure of the mechanical gearbox is complex, the driving mechanism can generate large impact when the load changes frequently to cause damage of the reduction gearbox, and the maintenance cost of the reduction gearbox is high;

4. the rotating speed of the driving mechanism is constant, and the speed cannot be adjusted in real time according to requirements.

Disclosure of Invention

2. the variable hydraulic motor adopts a hydraulic driving mode, so that unsafe factors such as overload and locked rotor do not exist;

3. the variable hydraulic motor is connected with the drill rod driving reduction gearbox through the planetary reducer, belongs to flexible connection, and has the advantages of small impact generated when the load changes frequently, low failure rate of damage of the reduction gearbox, convenient maintenance of the reduction gearbox and low maintenance cost;

4. the variable hydraulic motor can realize multi-gear (generally two-gear) or stepless speed change, and can manually regulate the speed or steplessly and automatically regulate the speed according to the hardness and the drilling depth of the coal seam, thereby adapting to the geological condition of the complex coal seam.

and the variable hydraulic motor 100 is used for providing power for the planetary reducer 200 so as to realize multi-gear or stepless speed change of the drill rod 400 installed on the drill rod driving reduction box 300.

The working principle of the embodiment of the invention is as follows:

the variable hydraulic motor 100 drives the planetary reducer 200 to operate, the planetary reducer 200 drives the drill rod driving reduction gearbox 300 to operate, the power output end of the drill rod driving reduction gearbox 300 is used for installing a drill rod 400 for drilling a coal seam, and the drill rod driving reduction gearbox 300 drives the drill rod 400 to rotate so as to drill the coal seam.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

For example, when the drilling load is large, a low-speed gear can be adopted, and the power head assembly drives the drill rod 400 thereon to drill at a low speed and a large torque; when the load is small and drilling is easy or powder is discharged, a high-speed gear can be used, and the power head assembly drives the drill rod 400 on the power head assembly to rotate at a high speed, so that the pulverized coal can be discharged quickly in time, and the drilling efficiency is improved.

Example 2

As shown in FIG. 2, an embodiment of the present invention also provides a drill power bit, comprising:

a drill bit 500;

a drill rod 400; the drill bit 500 is disposed at one end of the drill rod 400;

the drill head assembly of example 1; the drill rod 400 is mounted on a drill rod drive reduction gearbox 300 of the drill head assembly.

As shown in fig. 2, the drill bit 500 and the drill rod 400 are both of a helical type as a preferred embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 3, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the drill bit 500 and the drill rod 400 are provided in two pieces, and the drill rod driving reduction box 300 has two power output ends; the two drill bits 500 are respectively arranged at one end of the two drill rods 400, and the two drill rods 400 are respectively arranged at two power input and output ends of the drill rod driving reduction box 300.

Specifically, the drill bit 500 is connected to the drill rod 400 through a male and female connection head 510.

This embodiment provides a single directional drilling power bit and a dual directional drilling power bit on the basis of embodiment 1, with all the advantages of the red diamond power bit assembly of embodiment 1. In addition, the power drill bit of the drilling machine capable of drilling in two directions can drill into a coal seam simultaneously in two directions during coal mining, and coal mining efficiency can be doubled.

the drill power bit of any of embodiment 2;

a frame assembly 700; the power drill bit of the drilling machine is movably arranged on the frame assembly 700;

a base 800; the rack assembly 700 is movably arranged on the base 800;

the angle adjusting member 900 is disposed between the rack assembly 700 and the base 800, and is used for driving the rack assembly 700 to deflect on the base 800.

In particular, the present embodiment provides an auger mining machine having all the advantages of the drill head assembly of embodiment 1 and the power bit of the drill of embodiment 2. In addition, because the angle adjusting piece 900 is arranged between the base 800 and the frame assembly 700, the power drill bit of the drilling machine on the frame assembly 700 can realize certain angle adjustment during coal mining, the construction mining area of the auger drilling machine in the embodiment is increased, and the coal mining rate is improved.

a transmission member 730; the first pulley 750, the second pulley 720 and the sliding member 740 are connected through the transmission member 730; when the pulley bracket push-pull expansion member 760 drives the pulley bracket 770 to move on the support frame body 710, the first pulley 750 on the pulley bracket 770 drives the sliding member 740 to slide on the support frame body 710 through the transmission member 730.

Specifically, a nylon block 780 is disposed between the pulley bracket 770 and the support frame body 710. The structure of the frame assembly 700 of the embodiment can move the power drill of the drilling machine, and the specific working principle is as follows:

the pulley bracket 770 is driven to move on the support bracket body 710 by the pulley bracket push-pull expansion member 760, the first pulley 750 on the pulley bracket 770 drives the sliding part 740 to slide on the support bracket body 710 by the transmission member 730, and the sliding part 740 drives the drill power drill to move when sliding because the drill power drill is arranged on the sliding part 740.
