1. A bottle frame, comprising:

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of refrigerators, in particular to a bottle frame and a refrigerator.

Background

The current refrigerator is provided with a bottle frame on a door liner in order to fully utilize the space in the refrigerator.

Although the refrigerator door has enough height and larger space for placing the bottle frame, the height of the bottle frame is designed to be lower in order to save cost, and high objects placed on the bottle frame are easy to fall out when the door is opened.

In order to solve the technical problem, the bottle frame of the inner and outer two-layer frame of design is adopted to the current, the bottle frame of upset collet, but the collet upset back can't be fixed, easy lock once more, lead to the operation inconvenient, influence the use and experience.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention discloses a bottle frame and a refrigerator, and solves the problems that an existing bottom support cannot be fixed after being turned over and is easy to buckle again, so that the operation is inconvenient and the use experience is influenced.

The present invention is further illustrated by the following examples, but is not limited to the details of the description.

As shown in FIG. 1, the present invention discloses a bottle frame, which comprises a frame 10, a bottom plate 20 and a fixing component, wherein the bottom of the frame 10 is provided with an opening structure; the base plate 20 is reversibly disposed on the frame 10, and the base plate 20 has a first state and a second state; in a first state, the base plate 20 is overlying the open structure and the frame 10 can support an item; in the second state, the bottom plate 20 is out of the opening structure, the opening structure is used for passing through the article, and the frame 10 is used for limiting the article passing through the opening structure; the fixing member serves to fix the position of the base plate 20 when the base plate 20 is in the second state. In the above embodiment, the pivot end of the bottom plate 20 is provided with the shaft sleeve 22, the frame 10 is provided with the rotating shaft 40, and the shaft sleeve 22 is arranged on the rotating shaft 40 in a penetrating way. The bottle frame provided by the invention can realize the turnover of the bottom plate through the mutual matching of the shaft sleeve and the rotating shaft, thereby realizing the switching of the bottom plate between the first state and the second state.

In the second embodiment, the fixing member includes a shaft sleeve 22 and a rotating shaft 40, the shaft sleeve 22 is provided at the pivoting end of the base plate 20, and the rotating shaft 40 is provided on the frame 10; the sleeve 22 has a rotating state and a fixed state; in the rotating state, the shaft sleeve 22 rotates relative to the shaft 40 under the action of external force; in the fixed state, the sleeve 22 is relatively fixed to the rotary shaft 40. The fixing component of the bottle frame comprises the shaft sleeve and the rotating shaft, the shaft sleeve can rotate relative to the rotating shaft under the action of external force through mutual matching of the shaft sleeve and the rotating shaft, and the shaft sleeve is relatively fixed on the rotating shaft after rotating to a required position, so that the rotating shaft and the shaft sleeve can rotate in a matching way, a bottom plate can be fixed without additionally adding components, and the bottle frame has the function of one object and two purposes.

It should be noted that the shaft sleeve and the rotating shaft can be relatively fixed by friction force, and under the action of external force, the shaft sleeve and the rotating shaft can overcome the friction force between them to realize rotation. During assembly and installation, the bottom plate is placed in the bottle frame according to the corresponding position, and the hole of the bottom plate needs to be aligned with the side hole of the bottle frame; then the shaft is inserted from the shaft hole on the side surface of the bottle frame, passes through the rear end hole of the bottom plate and penetrates out of the other side hole of the bottle frame to one end; the assembled bottle frame is fixed on the door liner through the hanging lugs on the side surface of the bottle frame and is matched with the common bottle frame at the lower end of the bottle frame for use. The door lining has the function of limiting the axial displacement of the shaft, so that the device has a compact structure. The device has simple structure, low manufacturing difficulty and convenient assembly and disassembly.

When the magnetic sheet lifting device is used, if a higher object needs to be placed, the bottom plate can be lifted, and the bottom plate is attracted by the magnetic sheet at the moment, so that the vertical state of the bottom plate is kept.
