When the door 22 is closed, the pushing plate 46 contacts with the pushing rod 67, the pushing plate 46 pushes the pushing rod 67 to move in a direction away from the door 22, the pushing rod 67 drives the movable bar 62 to move in a direction close to the door 22 through the double-groove swing rod 66, so that the power supply block 64 contacts with the power receiving block 65, and the power supply block 64 does not supply power to the power receiving block 65.

The movable strip 62 is connected with the internal electrical component, when the internal electrical component has a leakage condition, the power supply block 64 supplies current to the power receiving block 65, the electromagnet 68 generates magnetic force under the influence of the current, and the magnetic force adsorbs the iron warning plate 69, so that the dangerous electric character is exposed on the box door 22.

On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 11, the portable electronic device further includes a grounding assembly 7, the grounding assembly 7 is disposed on the installation frame 1, the grounding assembly 7 includes a push plate 71, an elastic floor-connecting frame 72, a fourth torsion spring 73, a driving disk 74, a pulling guide frame 75 and a fourth extension spring 76, the push plate 71 is welded on the iron warning plate 69, the push plate 71 is used for pushing the pulling guide frame 75 to move upward, the installation frame 1 is rotatably connected with the elastic floor-connecting frame 72, the elastic floor-connecting frame 72 is used for guiding current into the ground, the elastic floor-connecting frame 72 is fixedly connected with the fourth torsion spring 73, one end of the fourth torsion spring 73 far away from the elastic floor-connecting frame 72 is connected with the installation frame 1, one end of the elastic floor-connecting frame 72 is fixedly connected with the driving disk 74, the pulling guide frame 75 is slidably connected with the installation frame 1, the driving disk 74 is in spacing fit with the pulling guide frame 75, a fourth tension spring 76 is coupled to the pulling guide 75, and an end of the fourth tension spring 76 remote from the pulling guide 75 is coupled to the mounting frame 1.

The iron warning board 69 drives the push plate 71 to move upwards, the push plate 71 pushes the pulling guide frame 75 to move upwards, the fourth stretching spring 76 is stretched, the pulling guide frame 75 drives the driving disc 74 and the upper device to rotate, the elastic floor connecting frame 72 is in contact with the ground, and the elastic floor connecting frame 72 guides current into the ground to prevent people from being injured due to electric leakage.
