The inner wall of the second electric socket 10 is provided with a cavity, the inner wall of the cavity is connected with a second electric connecting post 12 in a sliding manner, one end of the second electric connecting post 12 is fixedly connected with a conductive elastic sheet, the bottom of the inner wall of the cavity is fixedly connected with an electric connecting elastic sheet, one side of the conductive elastic sheet is in abutting contact with one side of the electric connecting elastic sheet, and one side of the electric connecting elastic sheet is fixedly connected with the other end of the induction coil 13; the other end of the second electric connecting post 12 is fixedly connected with a limiting piece, the middle part of the second electric connecting post 12 is fixedly connected with an ejecting sleeve 22, the bottom of the ejecting sleeve 22 is fixedly connected with a separating spring 23, the tops of the two sides of the second electric connecting seat 10 are respectively provided with a through groove, the tops of the two sides of the ejecting sleeve 22 are respectively fixedly connected with a pushing spring, one end of each of the two pushing springs is fixedly connected with a pushing block 24, one side of each of the two pushing blocks 24 is respectively and alternately connected with one side of the inner wall of the two through grooves, the top of the second electric connecting seat 10 is fixedly connected with an ejecting ring 25, two sides of the inner wall of the ejecting ring 25 are respectively and fixedly provided with an ejecting motor, the output end of each of the two ejecting motors is respectively and fixedly connected with a; a separation cylinder 27 is fixedly connected to one side of the top of the inner wall of the relay box 3, a separation sheet 28 is fixedly connected to the output end of the separation cylinder 27, the bottom of the separation sheet 28 is correspondingly arranged corresponding to the gap between the two conducting sheets 20, and both sides of the bottom of the separation sheet 28 are cut into inclined planes; the pop-up motor is started, the pop-up motor drives the cam 26 to rotate, the pushing block 24 is abutted to be separated from the through groove, the pop-up sleeve 22 is separated from the second electric connection seat 10 under the action of the separation spring 23, the second electric connection column 12 is driven to be separated from the electric contact with the induction coil 13, the electric input of the induction coil 13 is thoroughly interrupted, meanwhile, the separation cylinder 27 is used for driving the separation sheet 28 to be pressed downwards, two conductive heads are separated, the current output of the external circuit is interrupted in the separation mode, and the safety of the circuit is guaranteed.

The protective relay unit further comprises a protective box 29, a storage battery 30 is fixedly mounted on one side of the top of the inner wall of the protective box 29, a protective seat is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the inner wall of the protective box 29, a protective iron core 31 is fixedly mounted on one side of the top of the protective seat, a protective coil 32 is wound in the middle of the protective iron core 31, and the two thermistors 14 are electrically connected with the storage battery 30 and the protective coil 32; one side of one end of the protection seat is hinged with a protection touch plate 33 through a spring hinge, the other side of one end of the protection seat is fixedly connected with a separation cushion block, and one side of the protection touch plate 33 is fixedly connected with a push plate 34; the other side of the top of the inner wall of the protection box 29 is fixedly connected with a movable gasket 35, one side of the inner wall of the protection box 29 is fixedly connected with a fixed gasket 36, the separation cylinder 27 and the two pop-up motors are electrically connected with the movable gasket 35 and the fixed gasket 36, and the movable gasket 35 and the fixed gasket 36 are electrically connected with the storage battery 30; the power is supplied by the independent storage battery 30, and the protection relay unit can work normally when an external circuit is abnormal, so that the operation reliability of the protection relay unit is improved.

A partition plate 37 is fixedly connected to the central position of the middle part of the inner wall of the shell 2, exhaust fans are fixedly mounted at both ends of the partition plate 37, a plurality of guide plates 38 which are arranged in a staggered manner are fixedly connected to four side walls of the inner wall of the shell 2, and a plurality of ventilation openings 39 are formed in the middle part of the partition plate 37 and the outer wall of the shell 2; through setting up exhaust fan, guide plate 38 and vent 39 isotructures, to the inside ventilation that dispels the heat of casing 2, reduce the influence of external high temperature to relay work.

The tip fixedly connected with spacing ball 40 of iron stand 8, the top fixedly connected with limit stop of iron stand 8 opposite side, the other end that triggers shell fragment 17 passes through reset spring 41 and the one side fixed connection of 5 bottoms of bent plate for connection piece 16 and trigger shell fragment 17 can be in time stable reset.

The edge parts on two sides of the bottom plate 1 are bent, a plurality of fixing holes are formed in the middle parts of the two edge parts, the two sides of the top of the bottom plate 1 are fixedly connected with supporting seats 42, a plurality of fixing grooves are formed in the tops of the two supporting seats 42, and the tops of the fixing grooves are arranged corresponding to the bottoms of the fixing holes respectively; stability when the installation of improvement relay through making 1 settings of buckling of bottom plate for 1 bottom of bottom plate possesses certain space, promotes the relay radiating effect.

The working method of the relay comprises the following steps:

step three: when the relay works abnormally, when the temperature of the induction coil 13 or the trigger head is too high, the resistance of the thermistor 14 is reduced, when the current of the protection coil 32 reaches a threshold value, the protection contact plate 33 is attracted and contacts with the protection iron core 31, the pushing plate 34 pushes the movable gasket 35 to be in contact conduction with the fixed gasket 36, the popup motor is started to drive the cam 26 to rotate, the pushing block 24 is abutted to be separated from the through groove, the popup sleeve 22 is separated from the second electric connection base 10 under the action of the separation spring 23, the second electric connection post 12 is disconnected from the induction coil 13, the separation cylinder 27 pushes the separation sheet 28 to move downwards, two conducting sheets 20 are separated, and the electric connection between the conducting sheets 20 is disconnected.

When the relay is used, the supporting seats 42 are fixed at the using position, then the two sides of the bottom plate 1 are respectively clamped with the tops of the two supporting seats 42, the fixing holes and the fixing grooves are fixedly connected through a plurality of bolts or other connecting pieces, and then the relay is connected into a using circuit according to the connecting mode of a common relay;

when the current in the circuit exceeds the relay threshold value, the induction coil 13 is electrified, the electromagnetic induction is far away from the magnetic force generated to attract the trigger plate 18, so that the trigger plate 18 is contacted with the end of the iron core, meanwhile, the trigger elastic sheet 17 is bent to drive the connecting sheet 16 to displace, so that the plastic push sheet 19 pushes the trigger head, the trigger head pushes the connecting column 21, so that the two conductive heads are contacted, the two conductive sheets 20 are communicated and conduct, namely, the relay output circuit is switched on;

in the working process of the relay, the exhaust fan is started to cool the inside of the shell 2, when the working of the relay is abnormal and the temperature of the induction coil 13 or the trigger head is overhigh, when the resistance of the thermistor 14 is reduced and the current of the protective coil 32 reaches a threshold value, the protective touch plate 33 is attracted and contacts with the protective iron core 31, the pushing plate 34 pushes the movable gasket 35 to be in contact with and conducted with the fixed gasket 36, so that the ejecting motor is started to drive the cam 26 to rotate, the pushing block 24 is separated from the through groove, the ejecting sleeve 22 is separated from the second electric connecting seat 10 under the action of the separating spring 23, so that the second electric pole 12 is disconnected from the induction coil 13, and the separation cylinder 27 pushes the separation blade 28 to move downwards, and the two conducting strips 20 are separated, and the electric connection between the conducting strips 20 is disconnected, so that the whole circuit of the relay is interrupted, and the protection of the relay and the whole circuit is realized.

"fixedly connected" as described in the present invention means that two parts connected to each other are fixed together, typically by welding, screwing or gluing; "rotationally coupled" means that two components are coupled together and capable of relative motion.
