In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide an intelligent heating system for a 10KV cable intermediate molded connector, in which a temperature controller is arranged to maintain an electronic heating tape in a constant temperature state for heating, so that the material inside the intermediate molded connector of a cable body can be heated uniformly, the electronic heating tape can be used to replace open fire for heating, and a water cooling circulation device is arranged to wind the cable body on both sides of the electronic heating tape by using a corrugated pipe, so as to reduce the residual temperature generated by the electronic heating tape and prevent the insulation of the cable body from aging and damaging due to temperature increase.

According to the drawings of fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, the present embodiment provides an intelligent heating system for a 10KV cable intermediate molding joint, which includes a work platen 1, a work box 2, a cable fixing device 3, a cable body 4, an electronic heating belt 5, a temperature control probe 6, a temperature controller 7 and a water cooling circulation device, wherein the work platen 1 is provided with the work box 2, the work box 2 is provided with the cable fixing device 3, the cable body 4 is fixed on the cable fixing device 3, the electronic heating belt 5 is arranged on the intermediate molding joint of the cable body 4 in a penetrating manner, the electronic heating belt 5 is provided with a slot 8, the slot 8 is provided with the temperature control probe 6, the temperature control probe 6 is connected with a relay of the electronic heating belt 5, the work platen 1 is provided with the temperature controller 7, and the electronic heating belt 5 and the temperature control probe 6 are both connected with the temperature controller 7 through, and the working table plate 1 is provided with a water-cooling circulating device, and the water-cooling circulating device is used for cooling the cable bodies 4 at two ends of the electronic heating belt 5.

The water-cooling circulation device comprises a water-cooling circulation box 20, a water pump 21 and a corrugated pipe 22, the water-cooling circulation box 20 is arranged on the workbench plate 1, the water pump 21 is arranged inside the water-cooling circulation box 20, the corrugated pipe 22 is arranged on the water pump 21, and one end of the corrugated pipe 22 is wound on the cable bodies 4 at two ends of the electronic heating belt 5 and extends into the water-cooling circulation box 20.

The invention can keep the electronic heating belt 5 to heat under the constant temperature state by arranging the temperature controller 7, can ensure that the internal material of the middle molding joint of the cable body 4 is heated uniformly, fully and fused to achieve the best effect, furthest prolongs the service life of the middle molding joint, can replace the open flame to heat the electronic heating belt 5, ensures that the heating is more uniform, can be used in the fire-forbidden area, can prevent the internal material from generating harmful gas when encountering the open flame, protects the personal safety of workers, can reduce the residual temperature generated by the electronic heating belt 5 by arranging the water cooling circulating device and winding the corrugated pipe 22 on the cable body 4 at the two sides of the electronic heating belt 5, avoids the insulation of the cable body 4 from aging damage caused by the temperature rise, improves the service life of the cable body 4, and arranges all device components in the working box 2, heating process calorific loss is little, can improve heating efficiency, can stabilize fixed cable body 4 through setting up cable fixing device 3, and can adjust the interval between first fixed column 9 and the second fixed column 10 according to the in-service use demand through setting up the removal subassembly, and it is high to use the convenience.
