With regard to the description of each configuration of the auxiliary terminal 2a,2b, reference may be made to the description of each configuration of the auxiliary device 1.

Next, an example of the processing of the assist apparatus 1 of this exemplary embodiment will be described with reference to the flowchart of fig. 4, taking as an example a case of processing based on the purchased food information input from the assist terminal 2 a.

Before the processing performed by the auxiliary device 1, the user first inputs the purchased food information of the user through the input unit 21 of the auxiliary terminal 2a of the user. The user may be, for example, a single user as in the assistance system 100 of this example embodiment, or may be a plurality of users. For example, the purchased food information is information on food purchased by the user. Examples of the purchased food information include a transaction name (product name, name) of the purchased food, a manufacturing number, an image of the purchased food, an image of a receipt, an electronic receipt, POS (point of sale) data, image data of a nutritional symbol, and date, time, and place of purchase. Next, the purchased food information input by the user is output to the auxiliary device 1 by the communication unit 22 of the auxiliary terminal 2a via the communication line network 3.

Next, the process performed by the support device 1 is started. First, the acquisition unit 11 of the auxiliary device 1 acquires the purchased food information output from the auxiliary terminal 2a via the communication device 108 (step S1, acquisition step). For example, when the extraction unit 12 does not perform extraction from the acquired purchased food information, the acquisition unit 11 may store the purchased food information in the storage device 104.

Next, the extraction unit 12 extracts the nutritional component information of the purchased food from the purchased food information (step S2, extraction step). When the purchased food information is stored in the storage device 104, the extraction unit 12 may extract the nutritional component information from the purchased food information stored in the storage device 104, or may extract the nutritional component information from the purchased food information recently acquired at the center of step S1 and the purchased food information stored in the storage device 104. For example, the nutritional component information is information on the nutritional components of the purchased food. Examples of nutritional ingredients include: calories; carbohydrates such as saccharides, lipids (saturated fatty acids, polyunsaturated fatty acids, cholesterol, etc.), alcohols, and the like; a protein; inorganic salts such as sodium, calcium, potassium, iron, and the like; dietary fibers such as insoluble dietary fibers, water-soluble dietary fibers, and the like; vitamins such as vitamin a including retinol, alpha-carotene, beta-cryptoxanthin, etc., vitamin B group, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E including alpha-tocopherol, beta-tocopherol, gamma-tocopherol, sigma-tocopherol, etc., vitamin K, folic acid, nicotinic acid, pantothenic acid, and biotin; and a polyhydric phenol. The extraction of the nutritional component information may be performed, for example, by acquiring nutritional component information corresponding to purchased food from a database storing nutritional component information of each purchased food in or outside the apparatus, or by referring to a food component reference such as a japanese food component standard table for materials constituting each purchased food. When the extraction unit 12 includes purchased food information for different days, for example, it is preferable to extract the nutritional component information separately for each day. As a specific example, when the purchased food information includes three days of purchased food information, the extraction unit 12 may extract nutritional component information for the first day based on the purchased food information for the first day, extract nutritional component information for the second day based on the purchased food information for the second day, and extract nutritional component information for the third day based on the purchased food information for the third day. For example, the extracted nutritional ingredient information may be stored in the storage device 104.

Next, the estimation unit 13 estimates the future health condition of the user (hereinafter also referred to as "future health condition") based on the nutritional component information (step S3, estimation step). The future health means the health of the user after the current time. For example, the future health condition may be the health condition of the user at any time later than the current time specified by the user, or the health condition of the user at a predetermined time later than the current time (e.g., 1 month later, 2 months later, 1 year later, 2 years later, etc.). The future health condition may be, for example, one time point or multiple time points.

The future health status may be estimated, for example, based on excess or insufficient nutrients in the nutrient information. Specifically, first, the estimation unit 13 calculates a nutrient reference value suitable for the user (nutrient reference value of the user), for example, based on the attribute information of the user. The attribute information of the user is acquired by the acquisition unit 11, for example. Examples of the attribute information of the user include the age, sex, height, weight, amount of exercise, MET (metabolic equivalent; is an exercise intensity index), and physical activity level of the user. The nutrient reference value may be calculated, for example, from attribute information of the user and a nutrient intake reference for each attribute. Specifically, the nutrient reference value may be calculated, for example, by extracting a corresponding nutrient numerical value from the nutrient intake reference for each attribute based on attribute information of the user, and integrating the extracted nutrient numerical value for each nutrient. The nutrient reference value is preferably a numerical range. In this example, the nutrient reference value may also be referred to as a nutrient reference range. The nutrient reference range may, for example, be set within a range of ± 15% of the calculated nutrient reference value, and preferably within a range of ± 10% or ± 5% of the calculated nutrient reference value. When the user is a japanese person, for example, the nutrient intake reference of each attribute is a nutrient reference value recommended by the health, labor, and social security department, and a specific example thereof is dietary reference intake (2015 edition) of japanese (health, labor, and social security department). When the user is not a japanese person, regarding the intake of nutrient components for each attribute, for example, a meal intake reference of the country where the user is located may be referred to. The reference value may be, for example, a numerical range defined by a lower limit value and an upper limit value.

Next, the estimation unit 13 extracts the surplus or the shortage of the nutrient components based on the nutrient component information and the nutrient component reference value. Specifically, the estimation unit 13 compares the numerical value of each nutrient in the nutrient information with a corresponding one of the nutrient reference values, and determines whether the numerical value is less than, equal to (e.g., within a numerical range), or greater than the nutrient reference value. Next, for example, the estimation unit 13 determines a nutrient component smaller than the nutrient component reference value as an insufficient nutrient component, determines a nutrient component equal to the nutrient component reference value as a nutrient component that is not excessive or insufficient, and determines a nutrient component larger than the nutrient component reference value as an excessive nutrient component. The nutritional component information used by the estimation unit 13 may be, for example, nutritional component information extracted from 1 day of purchased food information, or may be nutritional component information extracted from 2 or more days of purchased food information, and is preferably nutritional component information extracted from about 1 month (about 30 days) of purchased food information. In the latter case, preferably, the estimation unit 13 calculates an average value of the nutritional component information for 1 day based on the nutritional component information extracted from the purchased food information for2 or more days, and uses the average value of the nutritional component information as the nutritional component information.

Next, the estimation unit 13 estimates the future health condition from the surplus or shortage of the nutrient components in the nutrient component information and the reference component of the health condition. Specifically, with respect to each of the surplus or deficiency nutrients, the estimation unit 13 determines whether the corresponding surplus or deficiency nutrient is present in the reference component of the health condition. Next, when the reference component of the corresponding health condition exists, the estimation unit 13 determines that the future health condition is the corresponding health condition. On the other hand, when the reference component corresponding to the health condition does not exist, the estimation unit 13 determines that the future health condition is good. For example, a reference component of a health condition means an over-nutrient or under-nutrient component associated with one health condition. Examples of health conditions include: diseased states of disease such as malnutrition, dyslipidemia, hypertension, hyperglycemia, sarcopenia, and the like; a condition related to body type, such as obesity; and a state not suffering from a disease (healthy state). Specific examples of the reference component of the health condition include, for example, the following information.

(health condition: excess or deficiency of nutrients)

Hyperglycemia: excess of lipids, proteins or sugars, or shortage of dietary fibre

Dyslipidemia: excess of lipids, sugars, proteins or alcohols such as saturated fatty acids, polyunsaturated fatty acids, cholesterol, or the like, or shortage of water-soluble dietary fiber;

hypertension: sodium (sodium chloride), excess carbohydrate, alcohol, lipid or protein, or shortage of potassium, n-3 fatty acid or dietary fiber

Sarcopenia: protein deficiency or vitamin D or general nutrition deficiency

For example, the future health condition may be estimated based on the amount of the nutritional components in the nutritional component information. In this case, the estimation unit 13 estimates the future health condition based on the amount of the nutritional components (intake amount) and the relationship between the amount of the nutritional components and the health condition. Specifically, with respect to the amount of each nutritional component in the nutritional component information, the estimation unit 13 compares information on the relationship between the amount of the nutritional component and the health condition, and extracts the health condition corresponding to the amount of the nutritional component. Subsequently, the estimation unit 13 estimates that the future health status is a health status corresponding to the amount of the nutritional ingredient. With regard to the relationship between the amount of the nutritional ingredient and the health condition, known information about the relationship between the amount of food intake and the health condition may be referred to. As a specific example, with respect to the relationship between the salt intake (g) and the annual increase amount of systolic blood pressure (mmHg), the following reference 1 can be referred to.

Reference 1: intersalt Cooperative Research Group, "an international study of electrolyte excretion and blood pressure, results for24hour sodium and potassium excretion" (Intersalt Cooperative Research Group, "International study of electrolyte excretion and blood pressure"), BMJ,1988,297 volume, stage 6644, page 319 and 328

Next, the output unit 14 outputs the future health condition (step S4, output step). Specifically, the output unit 14 outputs the future health condition to the auxiliary terminal 2a via the communication device 18 and the communication line network 3. When there are a plurality of future health conditions, the output unit 14 may output some or all of them. In the former case, the output unit 14 may output, for example, a predetermined number of future health conditions, or may output future health conditions that satisfy a condition (e.g., priority) specified by the user. Subsequently, the auxiliary device 1 terminates the process. For example, the future health condition may be output as text, graphics, images, character images, or the like, or may be output as instruction information for instructing display of these. For example, the output unit 14 may output the future health condition to the auxiliary terminal 2b of someone other than the user, in addition to or instead of the auxiliary terminal 2a of the user. For example, the auxiliary terminal 2b of someone other than the user is a terminal of an individual or an organization who checks or uses the health condition of the user. As a specific example, the terminal 2b may be a terminal of a family member, an insurance company, an NPO (non-profit organization) company, a volunteer organization, a government, a company, a health insurance association, or the like.

The outputted future health condition is acquired by the subsidiary terminal 2a via the communication unit 22 of the subsidiary terminal 2 a. Then, the future health condition is displayed on the display unit 23 of the subsidiary terminal 2 a.

According to the assistance apparatus, the assistance terminal, and the assistance system of the first exemplary embodiment, the future health condition of the user can be estimated and presented in accordance with the purchased food information of the user. Therefore, according to the assistance apparatus, the assistance terminal, and the assistance system of the first exemplary embodiment, the user can check how the effect of the currently performed health management appears by checking the future health condition. Therefore, according to the assistance apparatus, the assistance terminal, and the assistance system of the first exemplary embodiment, it is possible to make it easier for the user to implement health management.

While the estimation unit 13 estimates the future health condition in the assistance apparatus, the assistance terminal, and the assistance system of the first exemplary embodiment, the estimation unit 13 may further estimate the current health condition of the user from the nutritional component information. In this case, preferably, the output unit 14 outputs the current health condition of the user. The output unit 14 may output the future health condition and the current health condition at the same time, or may output them separately. The current health condition may be output, for example, as a numerical value (e.g., an excess numerical value, a deficiency numerical value, etc.) indicating excess or deficiency of the nutrient component extracted by the estimation unit, a diagram (graph, etc.) illustrating the numerical value, or the like. The surplus or deficit of nutrients can be extracted from the nutrient information in the same manner as described above. The nutritional component information used to estimate the current health condition may be, for example, nutritional component information extracted from 1 day of purchased food information, or may be nutritional component information extracted from 2 or more days of purchased food information, and is preferably nutritional component information extracted from about 1 month (about 30 days) of purchased food information.

Second example embodiment

This example embodiment is the same as the first example embodiment except that an image creating unit is included, which creates a character image in accordance with the future health condition and the character image is output as the future health condition. In this example embodiment, the future health may be presented to the user as a character image. Therefore, according to this exemplary embodiment, the health condition that is difficult to be revealed to a person other than the user such as a family member is output by using the character image, so that the health condition is easily revealed to a third party such as a family member. Thus, according to this example embodiment, a third party can intervene in the health management of the user, which facilitates the health management of the user.

Fig. 5 is a block diagram showing a configuration of an example of the assisting apparatus 1A of this example embodiment. As shown in fig. 5, the assist device 1A further includes an image creating unit 15. The hardware configuration of the assist device 1A is the same as the first exemplary embodiment except that the CPU 101 in the hardware configuration of the assist device 1 of fig. 2 includes the configuration of the assist device 1A of fig. 5 instead of the configuration of the assist device 1 of fig. 1.

An example of processing in the assisting apparatus 1A of this example embodiment will be described with reference to the flowchart of fig. 6 and the diagram of fig. 7.

First, steps S1 to S3 are performed in the same manner as steps S1 to S3 in the process of the assist device 1 of the first example embodiment.

Next, the image creating unit 15 creates a character image representing the individual of the user in accordance with the future health condition (step S5, image creating step). The character image may be referred to as an avatar (avatar). Although the character image may be a human type character image or a non-human type character image, the latter is preferable because the user can more easily accept the future health condition. For example, as shown in character images 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, and 4e of fig. 7(a), character images may be created by associating respective health conditions with character images in advance and extracting character images of health conditions corresponding to future health conditions. For example, a character image may be created by giving a facial expression or the like corresponding to the future health condition to a character image specified by the user. When there are a plurality of future health conditions, the image creating unit 15 may create character images corresponding to them.

Next, the output unit 14 outputs the character image as a future health condition (step S41, output step). More specifically, the output unit 14 outputs the future health condition to the auxiliary terminal 2a via the communication device 108 and the communication line network 3. Subsequently, the auxiliary device 1A terminates the process. For example, the character image output by the output unit 14 may be information on a character image or information for instructing display of a character image stored in the auxiliary terminal 2a of the user.

The outputted character image is acquired by the auxiliary terminal 2a via the communication unit 22 of the auxiliary terminal 2 a. The character image is displayed on the display unit 23 of the auxiliary terminal 2 a.

The assisting apparatus 1A of the second exemplary embodiment can change the manner in which the character image is displayed according to the future health condition. As a result, the assisting apparatus 1A of the second example embodiment can more effectively display the future health condition of the user. In the case of changing the display of the character image, the assisting apparatus 1A of the second exemplary embodiment may include, for example, a control information acquiring unit that acquires control information for controlling, based on the future health condition, at least one selected from the group consisting of an action of the character associated with the health condition (fig. 7(B)), a facial expression of the character (fig. 7(a)), a background image of the character image (fig. 7(C)), and a display position of the character image (fig. 7 (C)). For example, the control information is stored in the storage device 104. Thus, for example, the control information acquisition unit acquires the control information corresponding to the health information from the storage device 104 based on the future health condition. Further, the CPU 101 functions as a control information acquisition unit. Subsequently, the output unit 14 outputs the control information. For example, the control information may be output at the same time as the character image or may be separately output.

The outputted character image and control information are acquired by the auxiliary terminal 2a via the communication unit 22 of the auxiliary terminal 2 a. Subsequently, the character image is controlled based on the control information and displayed on the display unit 23 of the subsidiary terminal 2 a.

Third exemplary embodiment

This example implementation is the same as the first example embodiment except that the acquisition unit acquires attribute information of the user, extracts information on more important nutritional components depending on the age of the user included in the attribute information of the user, and estimates the future health condition of the user based on the extracted nutritional components. According to this example embodiment, since information on more important nutritional components is extracted depending on the age of the user and the future health condition of the user is estimated based on the extracted nutritional components, it is possible to estimate the future health condition of the user with better accuracy. Thus, according to this example embodiment, it is possible to give the user a sense of trust in the information of the health management, which promotes the health management of the user.

Fig. 8 is a block diagram showing a configuration of an example of the assist apparatus 1B of this example embodiment. As shown in fig. 8, the assisting apparatus 1B further includes an age determining unit 16. The hardware configuration of the assist device 1B is the same as the first exemplary embodiment except that the CPU 101 in the hardware configuration of the assist device 1 of fig. 2 includes the configuration of the assist device 1B of fig. 8 instead of the configuration of the assist device 1 of fig. 1.

An example of processing in the assisting apparatus 1B of this exemplary embodiment will be described with reference to the flowchart of fig. 9.

First, the acquisition unit 11 acquires purchased food information of the user and attribute information of the user (step S11, acquisition step). For example, the purchased food information and attribute information of the user may be acquired simultaneously or separately. For example, attribute information of the user may be stored in the storage device 104. In this case, the acquisition unit 11 acquires the attribute information of the user from the storage device 104.

Next, step S2 is performed in the same manner as step S2 in the processing of the assisting apparatus 1 of the first exemplary embodiment.

Next, the age determining unit 16 determines whether the age of the user satisfies the age condition (step S6, age determining step). Examples of the age condition include an age that separates an aged person and an adult other than the aged person and an age that separates the adult and a minor. Specific examples of the age condition include a plurality of age categories such as 18 to 29 years old, 30 to 49 years old, 50 to 69 years old, 70 years old or more, and the like. For example, with respect to the elderly, a shortage of nutrients is associated with a decline in health status. On the other hand, for example, in relation to other adults and minors, an excess of nutrients is associated with a decline in health status. For this reason, it is preferable to set the age condition such that the elderly person proceeds to step S32 described below, and other adults and minors proceed to step S31 described below.

Subsequently, in the case of Yes, that is, when the age of the user satisfies the age condition, the estimation unit 13 compares the nutritional component information with the nutritional component reference value of the user, and extracts the surplus nutritional component in the same manner as in step S3 in the process of the assisting apparatus 1 of the first exemplary embodiment (step S31). Subsequently, the estimation unit 13 estimates the future health condition of the user from the surplus nutrient component in the nutrient component information and the reference component of the health condition. Then, the process proceeds to step S4. On the other hand, in the case of No (No), that is, when the age of the user does not satisfy the age condition, the estimation unit 13 compares the nutritional component information with the nutritional component reference value of the user, and extracts an insufficient nutritional component in the same manner as in step S3 in the process of the assisting apparatus 1 of the first exemplary embodiment (step S32). Subsequently, the estimating unit 13 estimates the future health condition of the user based on the insufficient nutrient component in the nutrient component information and the reference component of the health condition.

Next, step S4 is executed in the same manner as step S4 in the processing of the assisting apparatus 1 of the first exemplary embodiment, and the processing is terminated.

Fourth exemplary embodiment

The program of this example embodiment is a program capable of executing the health management assistance method on a computer. Alternatively, the program of this exemplary embodiment may be recorded on a computer-readable recording medium, for example. The recording medium is, for example, a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium. The recording medium is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Hard Disk (HD), an optical disk, and a Flexible Disk (FD).

While the present invention has been described above with reference to illustrative exemplary embodiments, it is not intended that the invention be limited thereto. Various changes and modifications as may be apparent to those skilled in the art may be made in the arrangement and details of the invention without departing from the scope of the invention.
