The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: fresh bamboo shoot shell → cleaning → softening and ironing by heating → drying → splicing according to the sample → sewing → finished product.

The bamboo shoot shells peeled off from fresh bamboo shoots are added into a feeding machine, the feeding machine automatically adds the bamboo shoot shells into a multifunctional cleaning machine with flowing circulating water flow, then the bamboo shoot shells are cleaned by the multifunctional cleaning machine, the cleaned bamboo shoot shells are conveyed into a drum-type heating softening ironing machine by a conveying belt of the multifunctional cleaning machine, the cleaned bamboo shoot shells are heated and softened by the heating softening ironing machine, the softened and ironed bamboo shoot shells enter a drying machine along with the conveying belt, the dried bamboo shoot shells enter a pattern-splicing machine, the bamboo shoot shells are spliced according to a designed pattern and then conveyed into a full-automatic sewing machine, and the biomass environment-friendly line made of the single bamboo shoot shells is sewn according to the designed pattern. The purpose of changing waste into valuable is achieved.

The invention has the advantages that the bamboo shoot shell is not added with any additive, and the sewing thread is a biomass environment-friendly thread made of the bamboo shoot shell, which is disclosed in the patent application No. 2019109955171 and a production method thereof. Solves the problem that the plastic shopping bag is difficult to be stopped because of no ideal substitute. The feeding machine (1) → the multifunctional cleaning machine (2) → the drum-type warming and softening ironing machine (3) → the drying machine (4) → the sample-pressing jigsaw machine (5) → the full-automatic sewing machine (6) → the finished product packaging machine (7).

The following examples further illustrate the invention.

Adding the bamboo shoot shells stripped from fresh bamboo shoots into a feeder (1), automatically adding the bamboo shoot shells into a multifunctional cleaning machine (2) with flowing circulating water flow by the feeder, feeding the bamboo shoot shells cleaned by the multifunctional cleaning machine (2) into a drum-type heating softening ironing machine (3) by a conveyor belt of the multifunctional cleaning machine, feeding the bamboo shoot shells subjected to heating softening ironing into a dryer (4) by the conveyor belt, feeding the dried bamboo shoot shells into a full-automatic sewing machine (6) after being spliced according to a designed pattern by a sample splicing machine (5), sewing the single bamboo shoot shells by using a biomass environment-friendly line made of the bamboo shoot shells according to the designed pattern to form the bamboo shoot shells, and then feeding the bamboo shoot shells into a finished product packaging machine (7) for packaging and warehousing.
