Background

Female Urinary Incontinence (UI) is the largest unadorned disease of female health worldwide today, with one third (over 7.5 billion) of women suffering from pelvic floor muscle relaxation in the age range of 18-65 years. The treatment costs for annual (UI) treatment in the global market are approximately $ 136 million, with an 8% growth rate, and annual treatment costs in the united states alone are as high as $ 30 million, but the innovation in this market is limited, the treatment is largely ineffective, and much focus is on controlling symptoms (pads, underpants, and diaper) rather than treating the underlying disease. In the prior art, researches on pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training are more and more, for example, the invention patent application with the application number of 201510541750.4 discloses an intelligent pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training device and a using method thereof, wherein two pairs of electrodes are arranged on a drop-shaped vaginal electrode, and are used for respectively acquiring myoelectric signals and sending pulse current to electrically stimulate pelvic floor muscles so as to perform rehabilitation training on the pelvic floor muscles; however, the handle arranged at the lower end of the device can not be completely placed in the vagina, and if a person is in an upright state, the handle arranged at the lower part can easily slide out due to the action of gravity, so that the rehabilitation training process can not be completed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a pelvic floor muscle trainer and a training method, which are used for solving the problems in the prior art, can be completely placed in a vagina, are fully attached to pelvic floor muscles through the self-expansion effect of an expansion body and are clamped at the placing position, and can finish the rehabilitation training of the pelvic floor muscles without displacement, sliding out and the like on the premise of not influencing the self action of a person even if the person is in a standing position, so that the pelvic floor muscle trainer is more convenient to use.

1) squeezing the electrode pulse pads on the two sides of the expansion body towards the direction of mutual approaching, and putting the pelvic floor muscle trainer into the vagina;

2) the product host generates pulse current, the pulse current is transmitted to pelvic floor muscles through the electrode pulse pads and forms a loop through the pelvic floor muscles, the product host monitors the resistance value in the loop, and when the resistance value is reduced, the pulse current intensity is reduced and/or the pulse frequency is reduced;

3) and after the treatment is finished, taking out the pelvic floor muscle trainer.

2. When the pelvic floor muscle trainer is used, the electrode pulse pads on the two side faces can be compressed towards the mutual approaching direction, the distance between the two side faces without the electrode pulse pads can be slightly increased due to extrusion, material flowing and the like, and the whole pelvic floor muscle trainer can be ensured to be smoothly put in by arranging the cross section of the expansion body into the flat structure and arranging the electrode pulse pads at the large-diameter end of the flat structure, so that the pelvic floor muscle trainer is more convenient to use; meanwhile, the pair of electrode pulse pads is ensured to have larger initial distance, so that the electrode pulse pads are more fully attached to pelvic floor muscles after being restored in the vagina.
