The common single-groove short-tail rivet forming mode is secondary thread rolling, wherein thread rolling is carried out on a single groove firstly, and then thread rolling is carried out on threads; the specific thread rolling mode is as follows: thread rolling is carried out on the single groove and thread rolling is carried out again; four pairs of screw plates are adopted, namely a positioning screw plate, a single-groove screw plate, a thread screw plate and a screw base plate. The existing thread rolling can be finished by two devices or two times of die replacement, so that the processing efficiency is low, and the processing quality requirement can not be met due to errors of die replacement operation.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention discloses a single-groove short-tail rivet one-time thread rolling forming die according to the defects of the prior art. The invention aims to provide a thread rolling forming die which can finish the processing of a single-groove short-tail rivet at one time by utilizing the existing thread rolling equipment.

The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

the single-groove short-tail rivet one-time thread rolling forming die is composed of a die fixed block and a die moving block which are arranged on a thread rolling machine tool and have the same structure, and the die moving block moves relative to the die fixed block and rolls rivets for forming; the method is characterized in that: the die fixed block and the die moving block are sequentially provided with a single-groove thread rolling area and a thread rolling area in the thread rolling moving direction;

a single-groove thread rolling part is continuously arranged below the single-groove thread rolling area; the front section above the single-groove thread rolling area is provided with a positioning anti-slip part of a vertical tooth structure, and the rear section above the single-groove thread rolling area is provided with a positioning shaping part;

a thread rolling base plate is arranged below the thread rolling area, a thread rolling leading-in part with gradually-increased thread rolling height is arranged at an inlet above the thread rolling area, the thread rolling leading-in part is connected with the thread rolling part, and a thread rolling separation part with gradually-decreased height is arranged at an outlet above the thread rolling area.

The length ratio of the single-groove thread rolling area to the thread rolling area along the thread rolling moving direction is not less than 2: 1.

The single-groove thread rolling part is of an equal-diameter structure from the inlet to the middle section, the tail section of the single-groove thread rolling part is provided with a single-groove separation part with gradually-reduced height, and a positioning shaping part with the length not larger than that of the equal-diameter structure is arranged above the equal-diameter structure of the single-groove thread rolling part.

The length of the thread rolling leading-in part is not more than 1 time of the perimeter of the outer diameter of the thread of the screwed rivet, the length of the thread rolling part is not less than 2 times of the perimeter of the outer diameter of the thread of the screwed rivet, and the length of the thread rolling separation part is not more than 1 time of the perimeter of the outer diameter of the thread of the screwed rivet.

The height of the thread rolling thread groove of the thread rolling part is greater than the design height of the thread of the forming rivet.

The invention has the advantages that the multifunctional forming die is integrated on one group of dies, so that one-time thread rolling forming is realized, and the processing efficiency of the single-groove short-tail rivet is improved. The transition structure of the single-groove thread rolling area and the thread rolling area is stable and does not interfere with each other; the single-groove separation part of the tail section of the single-groove thread rolling part is continuously connected with the thread rolling lead-in part, so that the thread rolling quality of the rivet is further improved; the height of the thread rolling part of the forming die is greater than that of the rivet thread, so that the service life of the die can be prolonged; the thread die can be designed to be shorter, and the processing cost is reduced.

a single-groove thread rolling part 2 is continuously arranged below the single-groove thread rolling area, and a single-groove separation part 4 with gradually reduced height is arranged at the tail section of the single-groove thread rolling part 2; a positioning anti-slip part 1 of a vertical tooth structure is arranged at the front section above the single-groove thread rolling area, and a positioning shaping part 3 is arranged at the rear section above the single-groove thread rolling area;

a thread rolling base plate 8 is arranged below the thread rolling area, a thread rolling leading-in part 5 with gradually-increased thread rolling height is arranged at an inlet above the thread rolling area, the thread rolling leading-in part 5 is connected with a thread rolling part 6, and a thread rolling separation part 7 with gradually-decreased height is arranged at an outlet above the thread rolling area.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, after the rivet M is fed to the inlet, the mold moving block C moves to be displaced from the mold fixed block B and engages the rivet M with the mold fixed block B, in the figure 1, the upper arrow indicates the movable direction of a die moving block C, the die moving block C moves and a rivet M rotates in the processing process, a positioning anti-slip part 1 of the die moving block C and a die fixed block B positions, fixes and drives a rivet M rod to rotate, the lower part of the rivet M is extruded and processed by a single-groove thread rolling part 2 to the rear part of a single-groove thread rolling area, the lower part of the rivet M is shaped by an equal-diameter structure, the rod part of the rivet M is shaped by a positioning shaping part 3, the rivet M is separated from the single-groove separation part 4 and is clamped and occluded by the thread rolling leading-in part 5 of the thread rolling area, the die moving block C moves to complete extrusion processing of the upper thread rolling part 6 on the rivet M rod, the lower thread rolling base plate 8 is suspended, and the rivet M is separated from the thread rolling separation part 7 in the process of figure 2 to complete processing.

Fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a processing surface of a thread rolling forming die, and as shown in fig. 4, the processing surface of the die moving block C and the die fixed block B have the same structure.
