When the second photoelectric sensor 85 cannot detect the cover 100 at the cover fixing mechanism 3, the second cylinder 23 is controlled to drive the cover pressing plate 24 downwards to press the cover 100 with the circular ring, the first rotary clamping cylinder 27 is controlled to drive the supporting block 28 to rotate and support below the cover 100, the supporting block 28 and the cover pressing plate 24 cooperate together to clamp the cover 100, then the third cylinder 26 is controlled to drive the cover supporting plates 25 at two sides to move reversely, so that the cover 100 is separated from the cover supporting plates 25, the first cylinder 21 is controlled to drive the first connecting seat 22 to move downwards, the cover 100 is placed at the cover fixing mechanism 3 and reset, meanwhile, the cover fixing mechanism 3 clamps and fixes the cover 100, and another cover 100 with the circular ring is manually placed on the cover supporting plate 25 for later use.

When the first photoelectric sensor 40 cannot detect the inner page 200 on the inner page bottom plate 41, the fifth air cylinder 47 is controlled to drive the rear push plate 43 to move backwards, the side push air cylinder 48 drives the side push plate to move outwards, then the fourth air cylinder 46 is controlled to drive the supporting claws 45 on the two sides to move reversely, so that a stack of inner pages 200 placed on the supporting claws 45 fall onto the inner page bottom plate 41, then the supporting claws 45 are controlled to reset, and another stack of inner pages 200 are manually placed on the supporting claws 45 for standby.
