Background

In addition, the traditional heavy oil stain cleaning agent mainly adopts a soaking decontamination use mode, and has poor cleaning capability on heavy oil stains, so that the problems of large dosage of the cleaning agent, incomplete cleaning, more foams, difficult washing, great environmental pollution and the like are caused. Therefore, the foam type cleaning agent is used for cleaning heavy oil stains on metal parts, compared with a soaking liquid cleaning mode, foam can stay on the surface of the oil stains for a longer time, is more fully combined with oil stain permeation, can effectively decompose the stains, can achieve the effect of powerful stain removal, and has the characteristics of small using amount and strong stain removal capability.

However, the existing foam type heavy oil stain cleaning agent generally has the following problems: the surfactant with strong degreasing capability has strong oleophylic and lipophilic capabilities, slow foaming speed, small foam amount and instability; the surfactant with stronger foaming ability has poor oleophilic and lipophilic abilities, resulting in poor degreasing ability. The solvent of the cleaning agent also has the following problems: (1) the solvent with strong smell has strong polarity and good cleaning power, so the development of solvent-type low-odor or odorless cleaning agent is very difficult. (2) Solvents with high flash points have poor volatility and poor cleaning ability; the solvent with low flash point has fast volatility and better cleaning capability. (3) The solvent type cleaning agent generally has corrosivity to human bodies or rubber and the like, and the technical difficulty is high in how to develop a non-corrosive solvent type cleaning agent.

In view of this, the present application is specifically made.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a foam type cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof, and aims to form a cleaning agent which is free of corrosion, high in flash point, rich in foam and stable, and improve the cleaning effect of the cleaning agent.

The invention also aims to provide the application of the foam-type cleaning agent in heavy oil stain cleaning.

The invention provides a foam type cleaning agent which comprises, by weight, 40-70 parts of an organic solvent, 10-30 parts of a surfactant, 0.1-2 parts of benzotriazole, 0.5-5 parts of triethanolamine and 10-30 parts of water; the organic solvent is at least one selected from trimethylbenzene, ethylene glycol butyl ether and propylene glycol butyl ether.

In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the paint comprises 35-60 parts of organic solvent, 15-25 parts of surfactant, 1-1.5 parts of benzotriazole, 1-3 parts of triethanolamine and 15-25 parts of water.

The embodiment of the invention provides a foam type cleaning agent which comprises, by weight, 40-70 parts of an organic solvent, 10-30 parts of a surfactant, 0.1-2 parts of benzotriazole, 0.5-5 parts of triethanolamine and 10-30 parts of water; the organic solvent is at least one selected from trimethylbenzene, ethylene glycol butyl ether and propylene glycol butyl ether.

The embodiment provides a foam type cleaning agent, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 45 parts of trimethylbenzene, 15 parts of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, 12 parts of ammonium oleate, 12 parts of oleic acid monoethanolamine, 1 part of benzotriazole, 2 parts of triethanolamine and 13 parts of water.

The embodiment also provides a preparation method of the foam type cleaning agent, which comprises the steps of mixing the materials according to the formula provided in the embodiment, and stirring the mixture at the room temperature for 30min at the rotating speed of 800 r/min.

The embodiment provides a foam type cleaning agent, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 45 parts of trimethylbenzene, 15 parts of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, 15 parts of oleic acid monoethanolamine, 1 part of benzotriazole, 2 parts of triethanolamine and 22 parts of water.

Example 6

The embodiment provides a foam type cleaning agent, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 45 parts of trimethylbenzene, 15 parts of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, 15 parts of cocoyl isethionate, 0.1 part of benzotriazole, 5 parts of triethanolamine and 19.9 parts of water.

The embodiment also provides a preparation method of the foam type cleaning agent, which comprises the steps of mixing the materials according to the formula provided in the embodiment, and stirring the mixture at the room temperature at the rotating speed of 1000r/min for 25 min.

Example 7

The embodiment provides a foam type cleaning agent, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 45 parts of trimethylbenzene, 15 parts of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, 15 parts of cocoyl isethionate, 2 parts of benzotriazole, 0.5 part of triethanolamine and 22.5 parts of water.

The embodiment also provides a preparation method of the foam type cleaning agent, which comprises the steps of mixing the materials according to the formula provided in the embodiment, and stirring the mixture at the room temperature at the rotating speed of 1000r/min for 25 min.

Comparative example 1

The comparative example provides a foam type cleaning agent, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 45 parts of No. 120 solvent oil, 15 parts of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, 12 parts of ammonium oleate, 12 parts of monoethanolamine oleate, 1 part of benzotriazole, 2 parts of triethanolamine and 13 parts of water. Namely: the only difference from example 2 was that trimethylbenzene was replaced with # 120 mineral spirit.

Comparative example 2

The comparative example provides a foam type cleaning agent, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 45 parts of 200# solvent oil, 15 parts of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, 12 parts of ammonium oleate, 12 parts of monoethanolamine oleate, 1 part of benzotriazole, 2 parts of triethanolamine and 13 parts of water. Namely: the only difference from example 2 was that trimethylbenzene was replaced with 200 #.

The present example also provides a method for preparing a foam-type detergent, referring to example 2.

Comparative example 3

The comparative example provides a foam type cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof, and the difference from the example 2 is only that: the benzotriazole is replaced by sodium benzoate.

Comparative example 4

The comparative example provides a foam type cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof, and the difference from the example 2 is only that: does not contain triethanolamine.

Test example 1

The cleaning agents obtained in examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were tested for various parameters and for the heavy oil stain removal rate, and the results are shown in Table 1.

The testing method of the flash point refers to GB/T217752008, and the foam stability test adopts an oscillation method: taking 20ml of sample, placing the sample in a 200 ml measuring cylinder with a plug, shaking the sample vigorously up and down by hands for about 5min, standing, leveling and timing.
